Definitions

  • the invention relates to a nozzle for removing liquid from a container with an insertable under sealing in an opening of the container liner, which is provided with a passage opening for the liquid, and with an axially displaceably guided in the sleeve piston having an inlet opening and a Has outlet opening for the liquid, wherein the piston closes in a retracted into the bushing blocking position the passage opening of the bush, and wherein in an extended position of the piston from the bushing, the inlet opening of the piston with the passage opening of the bushing is in communication and by rotary actuation a flow path the piston can be released and shut off.
  • Such a tap is known from DE 198 25 929 A1.
  • the tap is designed for a rotary actuation of the piston.
  • the extended out of the bushing piston can be rotated from the passage opening of the bung box locking position into a release position in which the inlet opening of the piston with the passage opening of the bushing is in connection, rotate and vice versa.
  • the release position liquid exits from the outlet opening of the piston, which acts as a removal opening of the tap.
  • the tap of DE 198 25 929 A1 is of mature, well-proven in practice construction.
  • the tap is characterized in particular by a high level of operational reliability and a high degree of operating convenience. A cost-effective production and installation of the tap is ensured by its construction of only two parts.
  • the well-known tap is mainly used to remove under pressure bottled carbonated liquids, especially drinks, from barrels, small barrels (party kegs) or cans. It's all about party kegs for beer.
  • a disadvantage of the known tap is felt that he drips in the delivery of pressurized carbonated liquids.
  • the inside of the bushing and the cavity of the piston fills with liquid.
  • closing the tap remains downstream of the passage opening of the liner a liquid residue in bushing and piston stand.
  • the carbon dioxide contained in the liquid residue relaxes and continues to leak liquid from the tap. This is the well-known dripping.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a nozzle of the type mentioned, with the least possible change in construction, practically the same external dimensions, practically the same external appearance and - very important - exactly the same operation bar any dripping and fixed beam direction.
  • the new tap should take the place of the tap of DE 198 25 929 A1, practically without the user noticing the difference, only that the cock just does not drip and is unaffected by the rotary actuator in its beam direction.
  • the outlet opening of the piston is closed or released by rotational actuation of a seated blocking bushing therein.
  • a seated blocking bushing In the blocking position of the shut-off bush, liquid present in the tap can not escape, ie the tap does not drip.
  • the outlet opening of the piston acts as a removal opening of the tap. Since not the piston, but the Absperrbuchse is rotated therein, the jet direction of the tap remains unchanged during the rotary operation.
  • the piston in the bushing is only axially adjustable. So there is no rotational adjustment of the piston provided. This makes it possible to simplify the construction of the piston.
  • the rotational adjustment of the shut-off bushing is decoupled from the axial adjustment of the piston in the tap according to the invention.
  • the user can therefore independently pull the piston out of the bushing and turn the shut-off bush in the piston. It can not come to maloperations, since only liquid leaks out of the tap when the piston has been pulled out of the bushing sufficiently far and the stop bushing has been rotated sufficiently far in the piston.
  • the tap according to the invention is in three parts and thus somewhat more expensive to manufacture and assemble, as the two-piece tap of DE 198 25 929 A1.
  • the associated somewhat higher production costs are more than made up for by the advantage of not dripping and being of a fixed beam direction.
  • a tap according to the preamble of claim 1 for a bag-in-box packaging is known in the liquid is filled without pressure.
  • the tap is not suitable for dispensing CO 2 -containing liquid. Due to the CO 2 pressure too high axial forces would occur at the tap.
  • the inlet opening and the outlet opening of the piston are located on the underside thereof and are aligned axially relative to one another.
  • the openings are aligned axially with each other.
  • the piston is stop-limited in its extension movement out of the bushing.
  • shut-off bushing is stop-limited in its rotational movement in the piston on both sides.
  • a shield is provided on the outer end face of the shut-off bush, from which a handle bar is divided.
  • the handle bar is provided with an elastic covering.
  • the covering of the handle bar is structured on the surface in its grip improving manner, in particular provided with ribs or webs. This increases the ease of use of the tap.
  • the coating is formed in two-component injection molding of the handle. This is preferred for cost reasons.
  • the handle bar has at least one predetermined breaking point connection to the liner.
  • the connection consists of the elastic material of the covering. This also serves the ease of use.
  • the tap is in three parts. It consists of a bushing 10, a piston 12 and a Absperrbuches 14th
  • the bush 10 has a circular cylindrical cup body 16, the bottom 18 is closed at its inner end.
  • a conically expanding bung made of elastic material is formed, which has a flange-like outer bearing part 20, a recessed behind it circumferential sealing part 22 and located in front of the sealing part 22, circumferential conical locking part 24 whose diameter is greater than that the sealing part 22.
  • the tap according to the invention is pressed as a completely pre-assembled unit consisting of bushing 10, piston 12 and stop bushing 14 in the round opening of a container to be emptied, which contains a liquid. It is a pressureless or pressurized liquid that may contain carbon dioxide. Specifically, it is about the tapping of drinks, especially beer, from barrels, small barrels (party kegs) or cans.
  • the tap is pressed with the cup body 16 and the conical locking portion 24 of the bushing 10 ahead in the round opening of the respective container.
  • the peripheral sealing part 22 receives the edge of the opening under seal, so that it comes to rest between the flange-like bearing section 20 and the latching portion 24 of the bushing 10, with the latter engages the edge of the opening.
  • the conical latching portion 24 of the bushing 10 is provided with a flattening 26. Furthermore, serving for alignment and anti-rotation ribs 28 are integrally formed on the outer surface of the cup body 16.
  • the piston 12 has a circular cylindrical cup body 30, whose bottom 31 is closed at its inner end. The outer end of the piston 12 is open.
  • the blind groove 32 is not sufficient to the inner end of the piston 12 zoom whose coat is fully cylindrical here.
  • the blind groove 32 is tapped with a cam 33 which is integrally formed on the flange-like bearing part 20 of the bush 10.
  • the cam 33 is elastically deformed by the fully cylindrical end of the piston 12 until it jumps into the blind groove 32 and engages there.
  • the axial extension length of the piston 12 from the bush 10 is limited by the stop of the cam 33 at the groove bottom of the blind groove 32.
  • the cup body 16 of the bush 10 is provided close to the conical locking portion 24 with a passage 34 for the liquid.
  • the passage opening 34 is located on the underside of the opening 10 of the container corresponding aligned bushing.
  • the cup body 30 of the piston 12 has at its inner end an inlet opening 36 and at its outer end an outlet opening 38 for the liquid.
  • the openings 36, 38 are located at the bottom of the axially guided in the bushing 10 piston 12. They are aligned axially to each other.
  • the shut-off bushing 14 is seated in the open outer end of the piston 12, so that it covers the outlet opening 38.
  • the stop sleeve 14 has a cylinder cup body 40 with a flange-like shield 42 on the outer bottom.
  • the shut-off bush 14 is seated with the cylinder cup body 40 axially fixed and stop-limited rotatably in the outer end of the piston 12. It is sealed with an integrally formed on the cylinder cup body 40 annular bead 41 against the piston 12.
  • a circumferentially extending blind groove is used on the outer jacket of the cylinder cup body 40, which is tapped by a molded-on piston 12 cam.
  • the cam is elastically deformed until it jumps into the blind groove and engages there.
  • the shut-off bushing 14 is axially fixed in the piston 12.
  • the angle of rotation of the shut-off bush 14 is limited on both sides by the stop of the cam at the ends of the blind groove.
  • a circumferential groove on the inner surface of the piston 12 and a cam on the stop bushing 14 may be provided in the same way to achieve their axial fixation and angular rotation adjustability.
  • the shut-off bush 14 has a blocking position in the piston 12, in which it closes off the outlet opening 38 of the piston 12 in a sealed manner.
  • an elastic insert on the outer surface of the bushing 14, which is formed in two-component injection molding technology is used.
  • the cylinder cup body 40 of the stop bush 14 is provided with a passage opening 44 for the liquid, which can be brought by turning the stopper sleeve 14 with the outlet opening 38 of the piston 12 in connection.
  • the outlet opening 38 of the piston 12 and the passage opening 44 of the shut-off bushing 14 come together to full coverage.
  • piston 12 of the flange plate 42 of the stop bushing 14 comes with the flange-like plant section 20 of the bush 10 outside in flush contact.
