Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Steuern des Farbwechsels in einer Beschichtungsanlage unter Verwendung einer Farbwechselventilanordnung mit längs eines Farbkanals (10, 210) verteilt in den Farbkanal mündenden, Beschichtungsmaterial unterschiedlicher Farben zugeordneten gesteuerten Farbventilen (F1-F5), wobei
nach Öffnen des Farbventils (F3) mit Beschichtungsmaterial einer gewünschten Farbe dieses Beschichtungsmaterial aus einer Zufuhrleitung (12, 212) durch das geöffnete Farbventil (F3) in den Farbkanal und aus diesem in eine den Farben gemeinsame Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) fließt
und nach dem Schließen des Farbventils (F3) und vor dem Öffnen eines Farbventils (F1-F5) für das nächste gewünschte Farbmaterial die Farbwechselventilanordnung gespült wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Öffnen des Farbventils (F3) für das jeweils gewünschte Beschichtungsmaterial der Farbkanal (10, 210) auf der der Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) abgewandten Seite der Einmündung des zu öffnenden Farbventils (F3) verschlossen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Verschließen des Farbkanals (10, 210) ein Absperrelement (6, 202, 206) durch den Farbkanal geschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass öfter benötigtes Beschichtungsmaterial Farbventilen (F4, F5) zugeführt wird, die sich näher an der Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) befinden als Farbventile (F1, F2), denen seltener benötigtes Beschichtungsmaterial zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Beendigung des Beschichtungsvorgangs nach dem Schließen des Farbventils (F3) verbliebenes Beschichtungsmaterial vor Öffnen eines Farbventils (F1-F5) für das nächste gewünschte Beschichtungsmaterial von einem Molch aus der Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) und dem nicht verschlossenen Teil des Farbkanals (10, 210) durch das zu diesem Zweck wieder geöffnete Farbventil (F3) in dessen Zufuhrleitung (12, 212) zurückgedrückt wird, wobei der Molch beim Zurückdrücken des Beschichtungsmaterials aus der Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) in den Farbkanal (10, 210) bis zu dessen Sperrstelle an der Einmündung des geöffneten Farbventils (F3) bewegt wird.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung zur Verbindung einer Anzahl von Zufuhrleitungen (12, 212) für Beschichtungsmaterial wählbarer unterschiedlicher Farben mit einem Applikationsorgan,
mit Farbventilen (F1-F5) für die wählbaren Farben, die zwischen je einer Zufuhrleitung (12, 212) und einen ihnen gemeinsamen Farbkanal (10, 210) geschaltet sind, dessen Ausgang in eine den Farben gemeinsame Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) führt,
wobei mehrere Farbventile (F1-F5) längs des Farbkanals (10, 110) verteilt angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein in dem Farbkanal (10, 210) verschiebbares Absperrelement (6, 202, 206) vorgesehen ist, das von einer steuerbaren Antriebseinrichtung (8, 205, 208) in wählbare Positionen einstellbar ist, in denen es den Farbkanal (10, 210) auf der der Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) abgewandten Seite des jeweils gewählten Farbventils (F3) verschließt. - Farbwechselventilanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Antriebseinrichtung (8) eine Relativbewegung zwischen den Farbventilen (F1-F5) und einem Absperrschieber (7) durchführbar ist, der sich von dem der Ausgangsleitung (4) abgewandten Ende des Farbkanals (10) in den Farbkanal hinein erstreckt, und an dessen der Ausgangsleitung (4) zugewandten Ende sich das Absperrelement (6) in seiner Verschließposition an der Mündung des jeweils gewählten Farbventils (F3) befindet.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absperrelement (6) ein Molch oder ein von dem Absperrschieber (7) verschiebbarer, an der Innenwand des Farbkanals (10) anliegender Abdichtkörper ist.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Antriebseinrichtung (205) eine Relativbewegung zwischen den Farbventilen (F1-F5) und einem Rohrelement (202) durchführbar ist, das sich von dem der Ausgangsleitung (204) zugewandten Seite des Farbkanals (210) in den Farbkanal hinein erstreckt und das in der Verschließposition an der Mündung des jeweils gewählten Farbventils (F3) befindliche Absperrelement enthält.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absperrelement durch den geschlossenen Boden des verschiebbaren Rohrelements (202) gebildet ist
und das Rohrelement (202) mindestens eine mit der Mündung des jeweils geöffneten Farbventils (F3) ausrichtbare Öffnung (211) hat. - Farbwechselventilanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbkanal (10, 210), die Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) und die Verbindung (3, 203) zwischen ihnen bei durchgehend gleichbleibendem Innendurchmesser molchbar ausgebildet sind.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich von dem der Ausgangsleitung (204) abgewandten Ende des Farbkanals (210) ein Schieber (207) in das Rohrelement (202) erstreckt, der von einer eigenen Antriebseinrichtung (208) in dem Farbkanal verschiebbar ist.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (7) oder das verschiebbare Rohrelement (202) Öffnungen von Ventilen enthält, mit denen Spülmittel und/oder Druckluft in den Farbkanal (10, 210) geleitet und/oder eine Rückführleitung an den Farbkanal angeschlossen wird.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbventile (F1-F5) Nadelventile sind, deren Nadel (14) und Ventilsitz(13) bei geschlossenem Ventil zur Herabsetzung des Totvolumens einen stufenlosen Übergang mit der Innenwand des Farbkanals (10, 210) bilden.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnfläche der Ventilnadel (14) durch eine konkave Ausnehmung (15) der Querschnittsform des Farbkanals (10, 210) angepaßt ist.
- Farbwechselventilanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufuhrleitungen (12, 212) für öfter benötigtes Beschichtungsmaterial an Farbventile (F4, F5) angeschlossen sind, die näher an der Ausgangsleitung (4, 204) angeordnet sind als Farbventile (F1, F2) für seltener benötigtes Beschichtungsmaterial.
