- Zerkleinerungsgrad entsprechend Mittelwert der Quotienten aus größtem Aufgabekorn - Durchmesser und kleinster Weite des Brechspaltes am Brechspaltaustritt
Claims (10)
- Kegelbrecher, beinhaltend ein innerhalb eines Gehäuses (2) vorgesehenes, auf einer Brecherachse (3) positioniertes etwa kegelstumpfartig ausgebildetes Brechwerkzeug (4,4') vorgebbarer Höhe, vorgebbarer Geometrie sowie vorgebbaren Durchmessers, das von einem innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) angeordneten etwa kegelstumpfartig ausgebildeten Brechmantel (5,5') vorgebbarer Bauhöhe, vorgebbarer Geometrie sowie vorgebbaren Durchmessers unter Bildung eines Brechraumes (6,6') umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei größeren Baugrößen einer Baureihe der Brecherdurchmesser erhöht, aber die Bauhöhe (h) des Brechraumes (6') unabhängig vom Durchmesser des Brechwerkzeuges (4') sowie des Brechmantels (5'), über eine von den Durchsatzstufen bestimmte Baureihe gesehen, im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildet ist, und zwar in etwa gleich der Bauhöhe (h) des kleinsten Brechers der Baureihe.
- Kegelbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlankheit des Brechraumes (6') zwischen Brechraumeintritt und Brechraumaustritt für alle Baugrößen einer Baureihe im wesentlichen gleich ist.
- Kegelbrecher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brechraumhöhe (h) derjenigen Brecher (1') einer Baureihe mit geringer Baugröße auf diejenigen Brecher (1') der gleichen Baureihe mit mittlerer und größerer Baugröße unmittelbar übertragbar ist.
- Kegelbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Durchmesser Brechwerkzeug (4') zur axialen Bauhöhe (h) des Brechraumes (6') für die Baugrößen einer Baureihe des Brechers (1') im Bereich zwischen 1:1 bis 15:1 liegt.
- Kegelbrecher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich zwischen 2,6:1 und 15:1 liegt.
- Kegelbrecher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich zwischen 3:1 und 15:1 liegt.
- Kegelbrecher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich zwischen 2,6:1 und 8:1 liegt.
- Kegelbrecher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich zwischen 3:1 und 8:1 liegt.
- Kegelbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfpunkt (11) des Brechers (1') am unteren Ende des Brechraumes (6') vorgesehen ist.
- Kegelbrecher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Schwerpunkt des Brechwerkzeuges (4') und der bzw. den Lagerstelle(n) (7) der Brecherachse (3) mit zunehmender Brechergröße im wesentlichen gleich bleibt.
