Claims (6)
- Installation d'injection de carburant pour un moteur à combustion interne comprenant :- une pompe à carburant haute pression (10) et un injecteur de carburant (12) pour un cylindre du moteur à combustion interne, la pompe à carburant haute pression (10) présentant un piston de pompe (18) entraîné par le moteur à combustion interne et délimitant une chambre de travail de pompe (22),- une soupape à commande électrique (23) commandant une communication de la chambre de travail de pompe (22) avec une chambre de détente (24),- l'injecteur de carburant (12) ayant un organe d'injection (28) commandant au moins un orifice d'injection (32) et mobile dans une direction d'ouverture par la pression régnant dans une chambre de pression (40) communiquant avec la chambre de travail de pompe (22) contre la force d'un ressort de fermeture (44),- le ressort de fermeture (44) s'appuyant d'une part au moins indirectement sur l'organe d'injection (28) et d'autre part au moins indirectement sur un piston d'accumulation coulissant (50), qui est soumis à la pression régnant dans la chambre de travail de pompe (22) sur sa face située à l'opposé du ressort de fermeture (44),- le piston d'accumulation (50) mobile dans une chambre d'accumulation (54) contre la force du ressort de fermeture (44), à partir d'une position initiale, ayant son mouvement de course d'évitement dans la chambre d'accumulateur (54) limité par une butée (53), et le piston d'accumulation (50) présentant une partie de tige (62) guidée dans un alésage de communication entre la chambre d'accumulation (54) et la chambre de travail de pompe (22), et une zone (55) disposée dans la chambre d'accumulation (54) avec une section transversale plus grande que la partie de tige (62), et- un amortissement du mouvement de course du piston d'accumulation (50) provoqué par une fente (68) entre la partie de tige (62) et l'alésage de communication (56),caractérisée en ce que
la partie de tige (62) du piston d'accumulation (50) présente un segment de tige (64) avec une section transversale plus petite dans sa position initiale dans l'alésage de communication (56), et un segment de tige (63) avec une section transversale plus grande à l'extérieur de l'alésage de communication (56) en direction de la chambre de travail de pompe (22), et lors du mouvement de course d'évitement du piston d'accumulation (50) dans la chambre d'accumulation (54), son segment de tige (63) avec la section transversale plus grande plonge dans l'alésage de communication (56). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le segment de tige (63) dont la section transversale est plus grande ne plonge dans l'alésage de communication (56) qu'après une course d'évitement partielle (h1) du piston d'accumulation (50). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
lors du mouvement de course d'évitement du piston d'accumulation (50), la zone (55) du piston d'accumulation (50) disposée dans la chambre d'accumulation (54) est soumise à la pression aussi longtemps que le segment de tige (63) de section transversale plus grande est à l'extérieur de l'alésage de communication (56), et lorsque le segment de tige (63) de section transversale plus grande plonge dans l'alésage de communication (56), seule sa face de section transversale est soumise à la pression régnant dans la chambre de travail de pompe (22). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que
la transition du segment de tige (63) de section transversale plus grande au segment de tige (64) de section transversale plus petite se produit sur une arête de commande (66) se terminant sur la surface latérale de la partie de tige (62). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le segment de tige (64) de section transversale plus petite du piston d'accumulation (50) est formé, à partir du segment de tige (63) de section transversale plus grande, par au moins une partie aplatie (65) à la périphérie de la partie de tige (62). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que
le segment de tige (63) de section transversale plus grande du piston d'accumulation (50) a une forme au moins approximativement cylindrique.
