Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Steuerung eines einfach wirkenden Druckluftzylinders (2), in welchem eine unter Druckkammer (4) des Zylinders (2) zyklisch einer Druckphase unterzogen wird, zugeordnet insbesondere dem Anheben eines Gegenstandes, während welcher die Druckkammer (4) ein unter Druck stehendes, von einer Druckgasquelle kommendes Gas aufnimmt, und einer Ablassphase, zugeordnet insbesondere dem Absenken des Gegenstandes, während welcher das unter Druck stehende Gas aus der Druckkammer (4) abgelassen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Ablassphase das Gas aus der Druckkammer (4) mit Hilfe eines Venturi-Effektes abgelassen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welchem der Venturi-Effekt mit Hilfe eines Gasstromes erhalten wird, erzeugt durch das Öffnen einer Hilfsablassleitung (10), welche an die Druckgasquelle angeschlossen ist, und welche während der Ablassphase mit der Druckkammer (4) in Verbindung gebracht wird.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Steuerung eines einfach wirkenden Druckluftzylinders (2), enthaltend:
    - ein normalerweise geschlossenes Zweiwege-Druckventil (7), welches auf einen Befehl hin eine Druckgasquelle mit einer Druckkammer (4) des Zylinders in Verbindung setzt, insbesondere zum Anheben eines Gegenstandes;
    - ein normalerweise geschlossenes Zweiwege-Ablassventil (8), welches auf einen Befehl hin die Druckkammer (4) mit einem Ablass (9) in Verbindung setzt, insbesondere zum Absenken eines Gegenstandes;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Hilfsablassleitung (10) mit einem Ansaugbereich (11) enthält, auf einen Befehl hin mit der Druckkammer (4) verbindbar, und in welcher durch eine Venturi-Vornchtung, die in dem genannten Ansaugbereich vorgesehen ist, ein Unterdruck erzeugt werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3, enthaltend ein normalerweise geschlossenes Zweiwege-Totalablassventil (12), welches an der Hilfsablassleitung (10) zwischen der Druckgasquelle und dem Ansaugbereich (11) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3 oder 4, enthaltend eine Ablassleitung.(13), an welcher das Ablassventil (8) arbeitet, welche Ablassleitung (13) an einem Ende mit der Druckkammer (4) verbunden ist und an dem anderen Ende mit dem Ansaugbereich (11).
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche von 3 bis 5, bei welcher das Druckventil (7), das Ablassventil (8) und das Totalablassventil (12) in eine Ventilgruppe eingegliedert sind, enthaltend einen Ventilkörper (14), welcher wie folgt aufweist: eine Einlassöffnung (15) für die Druckluft; einen ersten Hohlraum (16), der in einer Förderöffnung (17) zum Anschluss an die Druckkammer (4) des Zylinders (2) endet; einen zweiten Hohlraum (18), der in einer Ablassöffnung (19) endet; einen ersten Sitz (20) für das Druckventil (7); einen zweiten Sitz (21) für das Ablassventil (8); einen dritten Sitz für das Totalablassventil (12; und eine Anzahl von Verbindungsleitungen, enthaltend: eine erste Leitung (23), welche den ersten Sitz (20), den ersten Hohlraum (16), den zweiten Sitz (21) und den zweiten Hohlraum (18) miteinander verbindet; eine zweite Leitung (24), welche die Einlassöffnung (15), den ersten Sitz (20) und den ersten Hohlraum (16) mit der Förderöffnung (17) miteinander verbindet; eine dritte Leitung (25), welche die Einlassöffnung (15), der ersten Sitz (20) und den dritten Sitz (22) miteinander verbindet; eine vierte Leitung (26), welche den dritten Sitz (22) und den zweiten Hohlraum (18) miteinander verbindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, bei welcher: das Druckventil (7) in den geschlossenen und geöffneten Positionen jeweils die zweite Leitung (24) schliesst und öffnet; das Ablassventil (9) in den geschlossenen und geöffneten Positionen jeweils die erste Leitung (23) schliesst und öffnet; das Totalablassventil (12) in den geschlossenen und geöffneten Positionen jeweils die Verbindung zwischen der dritten Leitung (25) und der vierten Leitung (26) schliesst und öffnet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6 oder 7, bei welcher die dritte Leitung (25) und die vierte Leitung (26) im Verhältnis zu der ersten Leitung (23) und zu der zweiten Leitung (24) versetzt angeordnet sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche von 6 bis 8, bei welcher der Ansaugbereich (11) in dem zweiten Hohlraum (18) angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche von 6 bis 9, bei welcher der erste Hohlraum (16) ein Sitz für ein Sicherheitsventil (28) ist.
  11. Druckluftwinde zum Anheben von Gegenständen, enthaltend einen Balg (3) aus verformbarem Material, welcher im Inneren eine Druckkammer (4) eingrenzt, angeschlossen an eine Druckgasquelle, wobei ein oberes Ende des Balgs (3) betrieblich einem anzuhebenden Gegenstand zuzuordnen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winde eine Vorrichtung (6) nach einem jeden der Patentansprüche von 3 bis 10 enthält, die zwischen der Druckgasquelle und der Druckkammer (4) arbeitet.
