Claims (11)

  1. Bedrucktes und gestaltetes Dokument, das eine abziehbare Karte aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Karte (50) durch Ausschneiden eines Bereichs eines Abschnitts (18) des Dokuments (1) geformt wird, wobei der Abschnitt durch das Falten und Kleben auf mindestens zwei Dicken (181, 182, 185) eines einzigen Blatts (110) gebildet wird, von dem eine erste Fläche (110a) teilweise mit einem Film versehen wird und die zwei Seiten (181a, 182a) des Abschnitts bildet, während seine zweite, der ersten entgegengesetzte Fläche (110b) über einen Bereich (181b, 182b) ihrer Oberfläche gegengeklebt ist.
  2. Dokument nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (18) durch Falten und Kleben des Blatts (11) auf mindestens drei Dicken geformt wird, so dass ein Zwischenbereich (185) des Blatts zwischen zwei äußere und mit einem Film versehene Bereiche (181, 182) des Abschnitts eingeschoben und geklebt wird.
  3. Dokument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Karte (50) durch eine Vorausschnittlinie (189) begrenzt wird, die im Abschnitt (18) angeordnet ist.
  4. Dokument nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorausschnittlinie (189) lokal unterbrochen ist, so dass die Karte (50) vor ihrer Trennung vom Abschnitt (18) über mindestens eine trennbare Brücke (189a) mit dem Abschnitt verbunden ist.
  5. Dokument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Karte (50) mit einer eineindeutigen Zeichenfolge (201) bedeckt ist, die für das Dokument (1) spezifisch ist.
  6. Dokument nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dokument (1) an einer von der Karte (50) unterschiedlichen Stelle (16) mit einer Zeichenfolge (201') gleich derjenigen bedeckt ist, die auf die Karte aufgebracht ist.
  7. Dokument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (18) am Ende eines Blatts (110) geformt ist, das durch geeignetes Falten das Dokument (1) oder einen Teil des Dokuments bildet, insbesondere seine äußere Hülle (11).
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines bedruckten und gestalteten Dokuments ausgehend von mindestens einem Blatt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Schritte aufweist, die darin bestehen:
    - a) durchgehend auf einer drehenden Maschine Informationen auf die zwei Flächen (110a, 110b) eines in Bewegung befindlichen Endlosbands (110) zu drucken,
    - b) einen Bereich (181a, 182a) einer ersten Fläche (110a) des Bands mit einem Schutzfilm (11) zu bedecken;
    - c) einen Bereich (181b, 182b) einer zweiten Fläche (110b) des Bands, entgegengesetzt zur ersten, mit einem Klebstoff (187) zu bestreichen;
    - d) das Band so zu falten (F1, F2), dass ein Abschnitt (18) dreifacher Dicke gebildet wird, dessen zwei gegenüberliegende Seiten (181a, 182b) mit dem Schutzfilm (111) bedeckt sind, und
    - e) durch teilweises Zerschneiden (189) des Abschnitts (18) eine vom Abschnitt abziehbare Karte (50) zu definieren.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt d) ein Endumschlag (185) des Blatts (110) gegen einen mit Klebstoff (187) bestrichenen Bereich (182b) der zweiten Fläche (110b) gedrückt wird (F1), dann der so geformte Zweischicht-Aufbau (188) gegen einen zweiten Bereich (181b) der zweiten Fläche gedrückt wird (F2), der ebenfalls mit Klebstoff bestrichen ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem einen Schritt des Druckens auf die abziehbare Karte (50) und ggf. auf einen anderen Bereich (16) des Dokuments (1) einer für das Dokument spezifischen Zeichenfolge (201, 201') aufweist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt d) der Abschnitt (18) geformt wird, indem er durch eine Faltlinie (19) mit einem Hauptbereich (11) des Dokuments (1) verbunden ist.
