Abstract

A lock system for a multi-barrel gun with at least two movably arranged firing pin pieces and a trigger device that has sears associated with the firing pin pieces, at least one trigger, and a switching mechanism for automatically connecting the trigger to the sear of the not yet released second firing pin piece after the firing of a first shot as a consequence of an actuation of the sear of the first firing pin piece for its release by the trigger. The switching mechanism has a base body that can shift in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the gun. The base body includes a firing lever rotatably arranged on it that can be actuated by the trigger, that is at an interval from the sears in the cocked state of the firing pin pieces and that does not engage with the sear belonging to the second firing pin piece for firing the second shot until after completion of the spring-back of the weapon.

Description

The invention relates to a lock system for multi-barreled rifles according to the preamble of claim 1.

From DE 197 49 290 A1 a generic lock system for double-barreled rifles is known. There two juxtaposed and loaded by a respective percussion spring beating pieces are held by a respective locking lever in its clamping position. For sequential release of the two percussion pieces by a common trigger a Umschaltstück is pivotally hinged to the print sheet, which is brought by a spring in a switchover position after a first actuation of the trigger. In the switchover position, the connection between the trigger and the locking lever belonging to the second striking piece for releasing the second striking piece is produced by the forwardly pivoted changeover piece during a second actuation of the trigger. In order to avoid a so-called double, i. to avoid accidental start of the second shot when firing the intended first shot, a pivotable about a second pivot axis pendulum mass is arranged in the closure housing, the Umschaltstück both in the recoil movement of the rifle and in the subsequent spring back from the body of the shooter in so long holds a passive position until the rifle has come to rest again. However, such a lock system is relatively complex and requires a correspondingly high manufacturing and assembly costs.

The object of the invention is to provide a simple to install and insensitive lock system for multi-barreled rifles, which is universally applicable and has a high reliability.

This object is achieved by a lock system with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and expedient embodiments of the invention are the dependent claims.

A significant advantage of the lock system according to the invention consists in the ease of mounting and universal applicability in conjunction with different Proofing systems. Depending on the needs of the shooter and the field of use of the weapon different trigger systems can be used in a simple manner. Only appropriate bearing or retaining pins must be removed and the corresponding deductions exchanged. The lock system also offers the possibility of a simple manual switching, so that even if a fault in the automatic switching system relatively quickly a second shot can be delivered. As a result, an improvement in the reliability can be achieved. When both strikers are in their cocked position, the trigger and the Umschaltmasse forming body is separated from the trigger bars. As a result, increased security against unwanted triggering of a shot is achieved. In addition, the lock system is less sensitive to shocks.

The lock system according to the invention has slidable parts substantially in the longitudinal direction of the weapon. The lock can thus be constructed extremely compact and does not require much space.

Dadurch werden die beiden Spannhebel 9 und 10 fixiert und gegen Herausfallen gesichert.1 shows a closure housing 1 a multi-barreled Kipplaufwaffe in which an upper and lower firing pin 2 and 3 are guided axially displaceably for two superimposed runs. On the underside of the closure housing 1, a lock plate 4 is releasably mounted with the cams arranged thereon. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the lock plate 4 carries two striking pieces 5 and 6, which are arranged next to one another and which are displaceable parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tilting gun, and which can be actuated separately from one another. In the closure housing 1, two clamping rods 7 and 8 shown in dashed lines in Figure 2 are also arranged, through which the two striking pieces 5 and 6 via clamping levers 9 and 10 against the force of each shown in Figure 1 striker 11 are displaced into a retracted clamping position. The tie rods 7 and 8 are arranged such that these when tilting a to a pivot 12 am Closing housing 1 tiltably arranged (not shown) running part are moved backwards while pressing the two striking pieces 5 and 6 via the clamping levers 9 and 10 to the rear. The two mirror-symmetrically designed clamping levers 9 and 10 are articulated via lateral pivot pin 13 in a transverse bore 14 in the lock plate 4 pivotally. The beveled at its front pivot pin 13 have an upper groove 15, engage in the two parallel webs 16 on the underside of a arranged in a corresponding recess in the lock plate 4 holding piece 17. As a result, the two clamping levers 9 and 10 are fixed and secured against falling out.

6 in seiner gespannten Rückzugsstellung ausgebildet. Below the two striking pieces 5 and 6 are mounted on the lock plate 4 two rotatable about a transverse pin 18 arranged lever-shaped trigger rods 19 and 20, through which the connection between a trigger 21 and the two striking pieces 5 and 6 is made. At the by each a compression spring 22 and 23 acted upon upward front end of the two trigger rods 19 and 20, a detent 24 is formed for holding the respective striking piece 5 and 6 in its cocked retracted position. The two compression springs 22 and 23 are located with their lower end on the retaining piece 17 and are arranged with their upper ends in corresponding holes on the underside of the trigger bars 19 and 20 respectively. In this way, both the front ends of the two trigger rods 19 and 20 are acted upon by the two compression springs 22 and 23 upwards, and the retaining piece 17 for the lateral support of the two clamping levers 9 and 10 pressed down. The rear ends of the trigger rods 19 and 20 are actuated by a trigger device, which is formed in the embodiment shown in Figure 1 as Einabzug system for delivering two consecutive shots from the upper and lower barrel with a single trigger 21.

In the single-trigger system shown in Figure 1, the withdrawal shown in Figure 4 in a side view 25 three side juxtaposed front transverse holes 26 for receiving a transversely through the lock plate 4 extending bearing pin 27 and a rear through-hole 28 for a the Trigger movement limiting retaining pin 29 on. By selecting one of three juxtaposed transverse bores 26 as a bearing bore for the trigger 21, the withdrawal force can be adjusted. The rear through-hole 28 has a larger diameter than the retaining pin 29 and limits the possibility of movement of the trigger 21. By a small trigger spring 30 of the trigger 21 is pressed into its front starting position.

According to Figure 4, a recess 31 is provided between the front transverse bores 26 and the rear through hole 28 in the extractor blade 25, in which a changeover button 32 is arranged laterally displaceable. In the switch button 32 is a front bore 33 in which a spring-loaded detent ball 34 is housed. Located on an inner side of the recess 31 are two adjacent ball seats 35, in which the detent ball 34 can engage in two switch positions for holding the changeover button 32.

The reversing button 32 shown in Figure 6 in a front view includes two upstanding parallel webs 36, via which either the one or the other hammer piece associated trigger bar 19 or 20 for triggering a shot from the upper or lower barrel is actuated. By appropriately moving the switch button 32, it can be selected whether the top or the bottom run is fired first with the trigger 21. Between the two webs 36 also has a central locking rib 37 upwards, the function will be explained in more detail below.

In a shift position shown on the left side of the switch button 32 is to the right against the trigger 21 before. In this position, the right web 36 comes into contact with the rear part of the trigger bar 20, while the left web 36 with a predetermined lateral gap b spaced from the trigger rod 19 engages in a lateral groove 38 on the underside of the trigger bar 19. If the trigger 21 is actuated for the first time in this position, the rear end of the trigger bar 20 is raised via the right-hand web 36. In this case, the arranged at the front end of the trigger bar 20 catch 24, the hammer 6 free, so that this can beat 9 by the tension of the striking spring 11 on the belonging to the lower barrel firing pin. On the other hand, the left web 36 of the changeover button 32 does not come into contact with the trigger bar 19 when the trigger 21 is actuated, so that the upper run is not fired during the first actuation of the trigger 21. If, on the other hand, the first shot is to be dispensed from the other run, the changeover button 32 can be moved to the other switching position shown in the middle of FIG. Then the left web 36 comes into contact with the trigger bar 19, while the right web 36 comes out of contact with the other trigger bar 20. Upon the first actuation of the trigger 21, the rear end of the trigger bar 19 is then lifted by the left web 36 of the switch button 32, while the right Stay 36 with a lateral gap bl spaced from the trigger bar 20 engages in a lateral groove 38 on the underside of the trigger bar 20. As a result, the hammer 5 is released for firing a shot from the upper barrel. The contact points between the webs 36 and the trigger bars 19 and 20 are marked in Figure 7 for clarity by X. If the slide button 32 is accidentally not in a predetermined by the detent ball 34 and the ball seats 35 right or left switch position, but in a center position shown on the right side of Figure 7, the arranged between the two webs 36 securing rib 37 arrives at the plant a recognizable even in Figure 8 narrow region 39 of a central web 40 in the lock plate 4. As a result, the trigger 21 is locked so that a simultaneous firing of both runs can be prevented. The central web 40 is located between two elongate slots 41 through which the upper parts of the trigger blade 25 protrude. In the right and left switching position of the changeover button 32, however, the locking rib 37 engages in a right or left lateral recess 42 on the central web 40, so that the trigger 21 can be actuated.

For automatic switching from one run to the second run after delivery of the first shot, a switching mechanism shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 is arranged below the two striking pieces 5 and 6 and has parts shown separately in FIGS. The switching mechanism includes a fork-shaped base body 43 arranged below the two striking pieces 5 and 6, which is displaceably guided on the lock plate 4 via a lower guide part 44 in the longitudinal direction of the tilting-action weapon. The lower guide member 44 is slidably disposed in a corresponding recess 45 of the lock plate 4.

As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 10 and 11, between the two parallel legs 46 and 47 of the fork-shaped main body 43, a trigger lever 48 is pivotally connected about a transverse pin 49. In a arranged on the top of the trigger lever 48 blind hole 50, a spring 51 is arranged, which is supported according to Figure 1 with its upper end via a guide pin 52 on the underside of the striking pieces 5 and 6. Via the spring 51, a front end 53 of the trigger lever 48 is pressed against two parallel rear webs 54 of the trigger sheet 25, which are better seen in Figures 4 and 5. On the upper side of the main body 43 is a plate-shaped switching part 55 with a rear end projecting upward wedge-shaped pressure piece 56 by a predetermined Angle amount arranged displaceably on both sides. The switching part 55 has a substantially circular front end 57 which is rotatably guided in a correspondingly shaped part of a recess 58 on the upper side of the base body 43. For lateral displacement of the switching part 55, the recess 58 is widened wedge-shaped to the rear. About the wedge-shaped pressure piece 56, the position of the main body 43 and the trigger lever 58 is determined in dependence on the position of the striking pieces 5 and 6, as will be explained in more detail below. In a continuous longitudinal bore 59 of the main body 43, a coil spring 60 is arranged, which is supported via two end-side guide pieces on a rear side of the trigger lever 48 and a designated in Figure 9 by the reference numeral 61 rear wall of the lock plate 4.

The lock system described above for a double-barreled dump gun functions as follows:

In the cocked position, the above-described parts of the lock system according to the invention take the position shown in Figures 1 to 3 a. The two striking pieces 5 and 6 are held by the respective trigger bars 19 and 20 in their retracted position. Also, the main body 43 with the hingedly arranged trigger lever 48 is held on the voltage applied to the back of the beaters 5 and 6 wedge-shaped pressure piece 56 of the switching 55 in the retracted position. In this position, the front end 53 of the trigger lever 48 according to Figure 3 by a predetermined distance e of rear nose-shaped projections 63 and 64 of the trigger lever 19 and 20 spaced apart. In this clamping position thus no direct connection between the trigger lever 48 and the trigger rods 19 and 20 is present.

If the trigger 21 is actuated, then depending on the position of the Umschaltknopfs 32, the rear end of either the right or the left trigger bar 19 or 20 raised by the webs 36 of the changeover button 35, wherein the front end of the trigger bar 19 and 20 located catch 24 the corresponding hammer 5 or 6 releases. If the changeover button 32 is located, for example, in the position shown in the middle illustration according to FIG. 7, the hammer 5 is released for firing a shot from an upper run during the first actuation of the trigger 21. When this moves forward under the action of the striking spring 11, the switching part 55 which can be pivoted by 2.5 ° to both sides deviates laterally, as can be seen in the upper illustration of FIG. Is located on the other hand, the changeover button 32 in the other switching position, the hammer 6 is first released to fire a shot from a lower run at the first actuation of the trigger 21. Then, the switching part 55 deviates to the other side, as shown in the lower view of FIG. When the switching part 55 evades due to the forward movement of one of the beaters 5 or 6 to the side, the base 43 can move under the action of the coil spring 60 shown in FIG 12 forward, so that the front end 53 of the trigger lever 48 under the nose-shaped projection 63rd or 64 of the not yet released hammer piece belonging trigger bar can get. This is illustrated in FIG. 13 by the reference symbols a and e, respectively. Then, when the trigger 21 is actuated a second time, the rear end of the other trigger bar is lifted by the trigger, whereby the hammer is released for firing a shot from the second barrel.

The mechanism for avoiding accidental firing of the second shot during the recoil and springback of the rifle after firing the intended first shot will now be described with reference to Figure 9, which illustrates the state of the lock system of the present invention upon actuation of the trigger 21 to fire the first shot shows. By operating the trigger 21, the rear end of the trigger bar 19 is lifted by the web 36 of the changeover button 32, wherein the arranged at the front end notch 24, the hammer 5 releases. At the same time the resting on the rear webs 54 of the trigger blade 25 trigger lever 48 is pivoted upward. Due to the tension of the striking spring 11, the striking piece is moved forward in the direction of the firing pin. Also, via the switching part 55 now released base 43 with the pivotally mounted thereon trigger 48 is pressed by the coil spring 60 to the front. As long as the trigger 21 is actuated, however, the front end 53 of the trigger lever 48 can not pass under the nose-shaped projection 63 of the other trigger bar 20, but is pressed against the rear edge thereof. In this position, the second hammer 6 can not be released.

The firing of the shot results in a shooter-directed recoil force that moves the rifle backwards. Due to the inertia of the main body 43, the front end 53 of the trigger lever 48 remains pressed against the rear edge of the trigger bar 20, so that the front end during the backward movement of the rifle even then can not get below the projection 63, when the shooting finger detaches from the trigger and the trigger 21 is moved forward by the spring 30.

20 gelangen. If, after completion of the recoil movement, the rifle springs back from the shooter's shoulder to the front, there is a risk that the trigger 21 will bounce against the shooting finger and be operated unintentionally. Upon actuation of the trigger 21 but at the same time the trigger lever 48 is raised, whereby underreaction of the front end 53 is prevented under the projection 63 of the trigger bar. Only when the springback is completed and the trigger 21 is in its initial position, the trigger lever 48 can reach with its front end 53 for delivery of the second shot under the projection 63 or 64 of the corresponding trigger bar 19 and 20 respectively.

The above lock system is not intended for a Einabzug only. It can also be used in conjunction with other trigger systems, allowing quicker switching between different trigger systems. In Figures 14 and 15, the lock system according to the invention is shown in conjunction with a so-called two-combination trigger. In this embodiment, a front trigger 65 and a rear trigger 66 are provided, each of which can serve both runs. As is apparent from Figure 15, the trigger bar 19 is located on an upwardly projecting deduction sheet 67 of the rear trigger 66. The other trigger bar 20 rests on a correspondingly upwardly projecting trigger blade 68 of the front trigger 65. Both trigger rods 19 and 20 are in constant contact with the two prints 65 and 66, which is indicated by the reference numeral X. In this trigger system, the first shot can be issued by operating the front or rear trigger. After delivery of the first shot of the above-described switching mechanism automatically switches so that the next shot from the other run can be discharged again with the same trigger. If necessary or a malfunction of the switching mechanism, the next shot can also be delivered with the other trigger.

An exchange of different deductions can be done easily. It only need the bearing pins 27 and the retaining pin 29 are removed. Then other deductions can be used as needed.

At the shutter housing 1, an additional fuse to prevent accidental release of the lock is provided. This backup consists of an adjustable via a slide 69 L-shaped locking lever 70, which comes in a securing position shown in Figure 1 with its downwardly projecting leg 71 to rest on the front end 53 of the trigger 48 and both its rotation and the operation the trigger 21 prevented. In the retracted position of the slider 69 shown in Figure 14, the downwardly projecting leg 71 of the safety lever 70 releases the trigger, so that the trigger can be actuated.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawing. It can with appropriate advantages e.g. can also be used in rifles with side-by-side barrels. In addition to the described indentation with the manual switch or selector and the so-called two-combi trigger can also be a Einabzug without Selector or two normal prints are used.
