Abstract

The equipment operates in conjunction with the spring-loaded bolt (2) of a gun, especially a self-loading pistol, which does not have a hammer. The bolt can move axially and combines with a trigger bar (10) to provide a double-action function, in which more than one round is discharged. At least one switchable interconnecting member is arranged between the bar and the bolt, in order to provide a single-action function, in which only one round is discharged. The switching action may take place automatically during the firing sequence, and may also involve the addition or removal of interconnecting members.

Description

The invention relates to a trigger device for hammerless Firearms, especially self-loading pistols, with an axially displaceable, spring-loaded firing pin, the double action function with a trigger rod Trigger device cooperates.

The well-known hammerless self-loading pistols either work only with single-action or only with double-action function or with intermediate positions (EP-PS 77 790).

This means that the Firing pin tensioned by actuating the trigger and after passing through the trigger path automatically for firing the shot is triggered. For this purpose, the firing pin has one pivotable driver on which the trigger rod for System comes and the firing pin against the force of one Firing pin spring tensions. At the end of the withdrawal route, the Trigger rod deflected downwards via a control cam, so that the cocked firing pin is released for ignition becomes. The one running back and forward through the recoil Breech block cannot tension the firing pin, because the connection between the trigger rod and firing pin remains interrupted as long as the trigger is pressed is. Only when the trigger handle is in its foremost position has reached, the deflected trigger rod is re-adjusted Released above until they relaxed the driver Reach in the firing pin for the next clamping process can.

With the well-known hammerless self-loading pistols The single-action function is the firing pin through the returning or advancing closure piece tensioned and with the help of a catch pawl in the cocked position held. The movement of the closure piece takes place either automatically by the recoil or manually by Pull back the locking piece against the force of the locking spring. By pressing the trigger, the catch pawl triggered and the firing pin released for ignition.

In contrast to the hammerless self-loading pistols most self-loading pistols in addition to the firing pin a hammer that strikes the firing pin and drives it forward to ignite the cartridge. This known self-loading pistols usually work both with double-action and single-action functions. At The double action function becomes the hammer for the first shot by pulling the trigger and after Passing the trigger path released for ignition (Clamping trigger). After the shot is fired, the breech moved backwards by the recoil, whereby the hammer is automatically tensioned and by a catch is held in the tense sell (single-action function). For the next shot is then through Pulling the trigger only released the catch and the percussion hammer released for ignition.

Some of the shooters use this for percussion pistols well-known combination of double-action and Single-action function felt disadvantageous because of the first shot a relatively high pull-off force for tensioning the Schlaghammers needed and the following shots with one much lower trigger force can be triggered. Out Security reasons are therefore also in practice Self-loading pistols required that only with DoubLe action function work and an equal size for each shot Need deduction force.

This also applies to the well-known, hammerless self-loading pistols to that either only with double action or only work with single action function and against the Hammer pistols basically have the advantage that smaller masses are moved and fewer parts required are.

EP-PS 77 790 shows a hammerless self-loading pistol with a deduction function that is between double-action and Single action function lies. In this known version the trigger rod has a stop that with interacts with a driver of the firing pin. It is the starting position of the attack at an intermediate point of the Movement path of the firing pin provided so that the Firing pin is partially cocked. This is supposed to be achieved be that for the first shot with cocking trigger and for all subsequent shots always require the same trigger force becomes. So this is not a real double-action and singie action function, but a between deduction function located in these two operating modes.

Furthermore, US-PS 5,355,768 and CH-PS 494 386 are hammerless self-loading pistols known to fire a shot in double-action mode and in continuous fire mode enable. However, these weapons do not have a single-action mode with single fire. With weapons of the type described there, a very important task of a self-loading pistol, namely the firing of individual shots with the firing pin already fully cocked cannot be resorted to.

Also known from DE 605 729 is a trigger mechanism during the clamping process the firing pin in a cocking position preparing the shot, d. H. in partially tense Condition, holds on. To trigger the striking mechanism, the firing pin is over a trigger shaft, which is connected to the trigger via a trigger shaft axis, so the tensioning process continues. Only when the deduction is a little further than his When the pressure point position is withdrawn, the firing pin is released. Due to the design one way is overcome and the striking mechanism is further stretched. The said Scripture thus describes no combination of DA and SA deduction, a shot release without Clamping, with a lower pulling force than with DA, is not possible due to the system.

The invention has for its object to a hammerless self-loading pistol for single fires create that meets the needs of shooters and through simple measures both the combination of double-action and single-action functions as well as just double-action functions enabled and converted or converted to one or the other operating mode can.

According to the invention the object is achieved in that one or more between firing pin and trigger rod, switchable intermediate elements are provided, which in addition to the Double action function also a single action function enable.

With the combined operating mode double action and single action function the connection and disconnection takes place the pontics automatically during the firing sequence.

According to a further feature of the invention, the Switching from double-action and single-action functions to double action only or vice versa by expanding or installation of the intermediate links.

In another embodiment of the invention, the Switching from double-action and single-action functions to double action only or vice versa by manual Switching the intermediate links on and off with the help an actuator attached to the firearm.

The intermediate links advantageously consist of a interacting with the trigger rod, spring-loaded Support and a spring-loaded catch piece for the firing pin, which is pivotally mounted in the handle of the firearm are, the catch piece that with single-action function holds the firing pin in the cocked position, can be locked and released by the support.

Further features of the invention are in the claims contain.

The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular in that the design of the trigger device according to the invention even with hammerless self-loading pistols enables both double-action and single-action functions. In addition, the self-loading pistol is simple Assembly measures optionally from double-action and single-action function double action only and vice versa convertible. This makes the different in practice The shooters' wishes and the Possible uses of the pistol enlarged. For the manufacturer there is a type adjustment and more cost-effective Manufacturing and simplifications in warehousing and delivery of spare parts. In addition, the invention Construction a reduction in the number of Trigger parts compared to known designs.

Fig. 1 of the drawing shows the rear part of a hammerless self-loading pistol, with the trigger in the starting position for the double action function (Clamping trigger) is located. In the closure piece 1 Self-loading pistol is a firing pin 2 against the force a firing pin spring 3 axially movable. On the bottom of the firing pin 2 has a driver 4 with a front stop surface 5, a lower one Contact surface 6 and a rear stop surface 7. The front stop surface 5 is engaged with a front pressure surface 8 a catch 9 in the longitudinal direction the pistol movable trigger rod 10. At the front End of the trigger rod 10 is a in the handle 11 Gun pivotally mounted trigger trigger 12 articulated. One at the rear end of the trigger rod 10 and in one Trigger housing 13 attached tension spring 14 pulls the trigger rod 10 and the trigger 12 forward until the Trigger trigger 12 on a stop 15 of the handle 11 comes to the plant. In addition, the trigger rod 10 through the tension spring 14 moves up and with a control edge 16 against a tax approach 17 of the trigger housing 13 pressed. In the front area of the trigger rod 10 is one further control cam 18 arranged with a control cam 19 of the closure piece 1 interacts. In the Return movement of the closure piece 1 hits the control curve 19 on the control cam 18 of the trigger rod 10, the thereby moving down. A return spring 20 holds the firing pin 2 in the rest position.

In the rear area of the trigger rod 10 is in the trigger housing 13 a support 21 pivotally supported by a Leg spring, not shown, counterclockwise forward to a stop 22 of the trigger housing 13 is pressed. A laterally attached to the trigger rod 10 Driving cleats 23 is provided in the upper position of the trigger rod 10 (FIGS. 1 and 2) with a Stop cams 24 of the support 21 cooperate. in the Trigger housing 13 is also a catch pawl 25 for the Firing pin 2 pivotally mounted, one approximately horizontally lying slot 26 of the catch 25 of one Bearing pin 27 of the trigger housing 13 is penetrated. The Elongated hole 26 is only for mounting the catch pawl 25 required. With a spring, not shown, the Catch pawl 25 pushed up until it catches with it 28 (Fig. 2) on the lower contact surface 6 of the firing pin 2 comes to the plant. A support cam 29 of the support 21 is behind a downward approach 30 the Catch pawl 25 (Fig. 2).

To trigger the first shot using a trigger (Fig. 1) is the trigger trigger 12 at the very front pulled through at the back. The printing area 8 takes Trigger rod 10, which on the front stop surface 5 of the Driver 4 rests, the firing pin 2 with and tensioned the firing pin spring 3. At the latest in front of the rear, cocked position of the firing pin 2 is the trigger rod 10 pressed down over the control shoulder 17 until the pressure surface 8 of the stop surface 5 of the The driver releases and the firing pin 2 released for ignition is and hits the cartridge (Fig. 2).

After ignition, the closure piece 1 with the relaxed firing pin 2 due to the recoil in the rear position moved (Fig. 3). The catch pawl 25 from the lower contact surface 6 of the firing pin 2 run over and then up to the catch position Approved. From Fig. 3 also shows that the Return of the closure piece 1, the trigger rod 10 on the Control cam 19 and the control cam 18 moves down and the driving lug 23 of the trigger rod 10 from the stop cam 24 the support 21 has been released. This allows the Support 21 under the pressure of its spring, not shown Swivel forward until it stops 22 on the trigger housing 13 comes to the plant. The support cam lays down 29 under the approach 30 of the catch 25, which thereby in the catching position is held.

After reaching the rear position according to FIG. 3 the closure piece 1 does not slide under the pressure of the shown spring back to the front. It hits the front stop surface 5 of the firing pin 2 on the Catch lug 28 of the catch pawl 25 in the catch position, so that with the further forward movement of the closure piece 1 the firing pin spring 3 compressed and the firing pin 2 cocked and by the catch 25 in the cocked position is held (Fig. 4). After this Releasing the trigger 12 moves the trigger rod 10 under the pressure of the tension spring 14 also forward and also upwards because the control cam 18 is disengaged from the control curve 19 and thus the trigger rod 10 after is pulled up against the tax approach 17. The forward movement the trigger rod 10 is stopped when with their catch 9 on the rear stop surface 7 of Driver 4 of the firing pin 2 strikes. The trigger handle 12 takes the starting position shown in Fig. 4 for the beginning of the single action function. For Trigger trigger the trigger 12 is pulled, until the driving lug 23 of the trigger rod 10 after a short preferred route to the stop 24 of the support 21 hits and has reached the pressure point. By further Pressing the trigger 12, the support 21 in Pivoted clockwise and the catch pawl 25 released, so that the firing pin 2 by the force of the Firing pin spring 3 is driven forward and the Cartridge ignites. The position of the trigger to Time of the forward movement of the firing pin 2 is in Fig. 5 shown. During the subsequent return of the closure piece 1 from the recoil repeats itself Fig. 2 already described sequence of movements until the trigger device 4 again for the has once again started the single-action function.

To the trigger device in the starting position according to FIG. 1 for the start of the double action function first the cocked firing pin 2 starting from the Position of the trigger device according to FIG. 4 can be relaxed. A manual actuation device is provided for this purpose, which is shown in Figs. 7 to 9. In the back Area of the closure piece 1 is a depressurizer 31 in a vertical guide 32 of the closure piece 1 slidably stored. A spring 33 holds the release button 31 in the upper position according to FIG. 7. At the lower end of the Relaxer 31 is an oblique control surface 34, in the depressed state of the depressurizer 31 cooperates with the rounded, upper end 35 of the support 21. By depressing the release button 31 the control surface 34 meets the upper end 35 of the support 21, which is thereby pivoted clockwise and the Catch pawl 25 no longer supports (Fig. 8). The catch pawl 25 moves by the force of the firing pin spring 3 below and releases the driver 4 of the firing pin 2. The cocked firing pin 2 can be a short Move the piece forward until it comes with for safety reasons an upper nose 36 on a stop 37 of the depressor 31 hits and is held (Fig. 8 and 9). By releasing the depressor 31, the firing pin becomes 2 in the upper position of the depressor 31 again released because the stop 37 is outside the trajectory the nose 36 is located. At the end of the forward movement the firing pin 2 meets the well-known automatic Securing the self-loading pistol, which is an unwanted Firing prevented. The firing pin lock 2 in the depressed state of the depressurizer 31 represents an additional fuse that the firing pin the energy to ignite the cartridge takes, if the automatic backup fails for any reason.

The expansion of this Parts can be easily carried out by that the bearing bolts of the support and catch pawl with one usual tools are pierced and removed so that the two parts removed from the trigger housing 13 without replacement can be. In this way, a deduction function allows the tensioning of the firing pin 2 exclusively by actuating the trigger 12 (Double action only). The way this deduction function works is the same as in Figs. 1 and 2 and the associated description explained. After the ignition of the Cartridge (Fig. 2), however, the firing pin 2 at Rewind and forward of the closure piece 1 due to the not available support 21 and catch 25 not caught and excited, but back to the starting position brought to Fig. 1. By installing the support 21 and the Catch pawl 25 can put the gun back on the combined Deduction function double action and single action changed become.

It is also possible to use the support 21, which is double-action-only (DAO) doesn't bother leaving it in the gun. For the DAO function is sufficient if only the catch pawl 25 is removed becomes.

In addition, another embodiment, not shown conceivable in which the support 21 and the catch 25 by an operating lever attached to the outside of the firearm be pivoted so far that they are outside the range of action of the trigger rod 10 and the firing pin 2 lie, in order thereby the deduction function "Double Action Only ". By resetting the operating lever in the starting position, the support 21 and the Catch pawl 25 switched on again, thereby the combined Deduction function double action and single action too receive.
