Claims (7)
- A device for adjusting a folding blade (10), the device comprising: a push-rod assembly (12) coupled to the folding blade (10) for producing a vertical movement of the folding blade (10), said push-rod assembly (12) including an inner push rod (14), an outer push rod (16), and a positioning device (26) for adjusting a position of said outer push rod (16) relative to said inner push rod (14), said positioning device (26) being firmly secured to a frame relative to at least one of said push rods (16, 14).
- The folding-blade adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein said positioning device (26) includes a gearwheel (24) and a pinion (20) meshing in engagement with one another.
- The folding-blade adjusting device according to claim 2, wherein said gearwheel (24) is formed with an internal thread and is supported on a stop (28).
- The folding-blade adjusting device according to claim 3, further comprising a threaded sleeve (22) provided on said outer push rod (16), said threaded sleeve being externally threaded, and said gearwheel (24) being positioned with said internal thread thereof engaging in said external thread of said threaded sleeve (22) for converting a rotational movement of said gearwheel (24) into a vertical movement of said outer push rod (16).
- The folding-blade adjusting device according to any one of claim 2 through claim 4, further comprising a spindle (18) and/or a motorized drive for turning said pinion (20).
- The folding-blade adjusting device according to any one of claim 1 through claim 5, further comprising a compression spring (30) provided at a lower end of said inner push rod (14) for pressing said outer push rod (16), relative to said inner push rod (14), into a defined end position.
- A folder, comprising at least one folding unit with a folding blade, wherein the folding blade (10) comprises a device for adjusting said folding blade (10) according to any one of claim 1 through claim 6.
