Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur automatischen Erzeugung und Anreicherung einer Datenbank in einem Verteilsystem für Poststücke, das über ein Intranet-Kommunikationsnetzwerk (16) mit Computerterminals (18A, 18B, 18C) von Empfängern dieser Poststücke verbunden ist und das umfaßt:
    Lesemittel (10) zum Erkennen der Postdaten, die auf diese Poststücke gedruckt sind,
    Bearbeitungsmittel (12), um in Beziehung zu einer Arbeitsdatenbank (14), welche Identifikationsdaten bezüglich der Empfänger der Poststücke umfaßt, den speziellen Empfänger eines bestimmten Poststücks zu identifizieren, und
    Verteilmittel (10), um dieses Poststück dem so identifizierten Empfänger zuzuweisen,
       wobei zuerst automatisch zur elektronischen Postadresse jedes Empfängers eine bestimmte elektronische Aufforderung gesandt wird, welche ihn auffordert, sich mit einer Webseite des Verteilsystems zu verbinden, um dort persönliche Identifikationsdaten einzugeben und
       wobei diese Daten anschließend, sobald sie eingegeben sind, automatisch in einer temporären Datenbank (22) gesammelt werden, um mit den Daten in der Arbeitsdatenbank verglichen zu werden, um so deren automatische Aktualisierung sicherzustellen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die elektronische Aufforderung zur Verbindung bei jedem Empfänger, der Anwender des Intranet-Kommunikationsnetzwerks ist, durch ein Computerterminal (20) zur Verwaltung des Netzwerkes weitergegeben wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die elektronische Aufforderung zur Verbindung eine URL-Adresse der Webseite des Verteilsystems derart umfaßt, daß mit einer einzigen Bestätigung eine automatische Visualisierung einer Eingabemaske der persönlichen Identifikationsdaten erlaubt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die persönlichen eingegebenen Identifikationsdaten gewählt sind aus der Gruppe, die umfaßt Name, Vorname, elektronische Adresse, Telefon, den Service oder die Funktion des Empfängers.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Aufforderung zur Verbindung mit einer vordefinierten Periodizität, zum Beispiel monatlich, versandt wird.
  6. System zum Verteilen von Poststücken, das über ein Intranetkommunikationsnetz (16) mit Computerterminals (18A, 18B, 18C) von Empfängern dieser Poststücke verbunden ist und das umfaßt:
    Mittel zum Lesen (10), um Postdaten zu erkennen, die auf diese Poststücke gedruckt sind,
    Bearbeitungsmittel (12), um in Bezug zu einer Arbeitsdatenbank (14), welche Identifikationsdaten bezüglich der Empfänger der Poststücke umfaßt, den speziellen Empfänger eines bestimmten Poststücks zu identifizieren und
    Verteilmittel (10), um dieses Poststück dem so identifizierten Empfänger zuzuordnen, und ferner umfassend
    eine zweite Datenbank (22) zum temporären Speichern der persönlichen Identifikationsdaten, welche vorher auf der Ebene einer Web-Seite des Verteilsystems eingegeben wurde, die auf den Computerterminals der Empfänger der Poststücke in Erwiderung einer automatischen Absendung durch das Verteilsystem einer für diese Empfänger bestimmten elektronischen Aufforderung zur Verbindung angezeigt wird.
  7. Verteilsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsmittel außerdem Mittel (12) zum Vergleichen (40) der eingegebenen (36) und in der temporären Datenbank (22) gespeicherten (38) persönlichen Identifikationsdaten mit in der Arbeitsdatenbank (14) gespeicherten entsprechenden Identifikationsdaten umfassen.
  8. Verteilsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem Mittel (12) zum Modifizieren des Inhalts der Arbeitsdatenbank (14) in Abhängigkeit der Ergebnisse umfaßt, die durch die Vergleichsmittel geliefert werden.
  9. Verteilsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem ein Computerterminal (20) zur Verwaltung des Netzwerkes umfaßt, um die elektronische Aufforderung zur Verbindung an jeden Empfänger, der Anwender des Intranetkommunikationsnetzes ist, zu weiterzuleiten.
  10. Verteilsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Aufforderung zur Verbindung eine URL-Adresse der Web-Seite des Verteilsystems derart umfaßt, daß mit einer einzigen Bestätigung eine automatische Visualisierung einer Eingabemaske der persönlichen Identifikationsdaten erlaubt wird.
