Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Ablegen eines Spinnkabels (15) in eine stillstehende Kanne (4). Hierzu wird das Spinnkabel (15) durch ein Fördermittel (11) zur Kanne (4) gefördert und zum Ablegen in die Kanne (4) derart geführt, daß die Einlaufposition des Spinnkabels in die Kanne (4) sich stetig verändert. Um das Spinnkabel mit hoher Befüllungsdichte ablegen zu können, wird die Führung des Spinnkabels zum Ablegen in die Kanne erfindungsgemäß durch oszillierende Bewegungen des Fördermittels (11) quer zur Förderrichtung beim Fördern bewirkt. Damit lassen sich vorteilhaft unerwünschte Rückwirkungen beim Ablegen auf das Spinnkabel (4) vermeiden.
