Description

The invention relates to a device for bagging bulk goods according to the preamble of claim 1.
Devices for bagging bulk goods are already known. In bagging systems of this type, bags formed from tubular films are fed to a filling funnel, filled, sealed and discharged onto an outlet belt. A product container is assigned to the hopper, in which the bulk material to be filled is received. A scale is usually arranged between the product container and the filling funnel, by means of which the quantity to be filled into the sack is determined. In known weighing systems, suction is provided in the area of the scales, which serves to extract dust-like bulk material together with the surrounding air and to supply it to a dust filter. These dust filters usually consist of depth filters, i.e. Fiber filters that are often stacked on top of each other.
Since the bulk goods to be filled are often changed in such bagging systems, different materials collect in the depth filter, so that after cleaning dust filter there is usually no pure material that could be returned to the products to be filled. The solid obtained during regular cleaning of the dust filter must therefore be regularly discarded in the known bagging systems.
The object of the invention is to develop a generic bagging system for bulk material in such a way that the bulk material portion sucked off during bagging can be recovered at least in large part.
This object is achieved by the combination of the features of claim 1.
Accordingly, in a device for bagging bulk goods with a product container for receiving the bulk goods, a filling funnel and a dust filter, a separator is connected upstream of the dust filter, which is connected to the filling funnel via a suction line. The separator is then preferably connected to the product container via a conveyor line for the separated bulk material.
According to this solution, the dust which arises during the filling of the bulk material in the area of the hopper is immediately detected and fed via the suction line to a separator, which according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention can be a cyclone. The coarser solid content is separated in the separator, while the very fine content is fed with the air to the dust filter for separation in the depth filters contained therein. The separated bulk material is returned from the separator via a conveyor line to the product container, where it can be added to the bulk material to be filled.
Further advantages of the invention result from the subclaims following the main claim. Details and advantages of the invention emerge continue from the exemplary embodiment described below with reference to the single figure.
A bagging system is shown schematically in the figure.
The bagging system, which is constructed conventionally, is generally provided with the reference number 10. Here, from a tubular film roll 12, hoses are separated in an otherwise not shown manner, which are welded closed at one end so as to form a sack. The corresponding sacks are hung under a hopper 14 for filling with bulk material. After filling, the bags 18 are closed in a welding station and then removed via an outlet belt 16. The filling funnel 14 is part of the bagging system 10. A product container 22 is arranged above the filling funnel for receiving the bulk material to be filled. From there, the bulk material is fed via a scale 24 to the filling funnel for filling the sacks 18, which are not shown in each case here.
A suction hood 26 is arranged on the filling funnel 14 above the area for hanging the bags 18. Suction lines 28 and 30 connect to the suction hood 26 and open into a common line 32. The line 32 runs tangentially into a cyclone 34 which has at its lower end a collecting container 36 for receiving the separated bulk material. A conveying line 38 for the separated bulk material leads from this collecting container 36 to the product container 22. The separated bulk material can be supplied to the product container 22 by type via this conveying line.
At the upper end of the cyclone 34, a suction line 39 is connected, which feeds the conveying air and the non-separated fine fraction of the bulk material to a dust filter 40. The dust filter is raised on stage 20 via feet 42. Several filter layers are arranged one above the other in the dust filter. The cleaned air flows out of the dust filter in the direction of arrow A, while the fine fraction of the bulk material is retained in the filter mats. To clean the filter mats, a vibrating motor 44 is arranged on the dust filter 40, which causes the entire dust filter to vibrate so that the separated dust partially falls into a funnel 46 arranged below the dust filter, from which this waste material can be drawn off via a waste material outlet 48. Since the filter mats of the dust filter 40 are not to be exchanged every time the product is changed, it cannot be avoided here that when the dust filter 40 is shaken, different product gets into the funnel 46, so that the material removed here cannot be fed to the product container 22.
In the exemplary embodiment shown here, a cyclone 34 is described as a pre-separator. Depending on the product specification of the bulk material, other separators, such as deflection sifters etc., can also be used as pre-separators.
