Claims (19)
- Garnabbremsvorrichtung für Textilmaschinen, mit einer Haltestruktur (26), die einen Satz aus drei Garnführungsbuchsen (34, 36, 64) hält, durch die das Schussgarn (F) laufen kann, und einem U-förmigen Bremselement (62), das mit einer Motoreinrichtung (56) verbunden ist und die mittlere Buchse (34) übergreift, um mit dem Garn (F) während des Abbremsens in den freien Bereichen zwischen der mittleren Buchse (34) und den Endbuchsen (36, 64) in Eingriff zu kommen und dadurch das Garn (F) durch Reibung abzubremsen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchsen (34, 36, 64) an einer Halteeinrichtung (38,40) befestigt sind, deren Position einstellbar ist, um die gegenseitige Stellung der Buchsen (34, 36, 64) zu verändern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung wahlweise in einer ersten Stellung arretiert werden kann, in der die mittlere Buchse (34) im Wesentlichen koaxial zu den Endbuchsen (36, 64) ist und von dem Garn (F) durchquert wird, oder in einer zweiten Stellung, in der die mittlere Buchse (34) bezüglich der Endbuchsen (34, 64) axial versetzt ist und nicht von dem Garn (F) durchquert wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtungen Hülsen (38, 40) umfassen, deren Achse bezüglich der Achse der entsprechenden Buchsen (34, 36) parallel und beabstandet ist, wobei die Hülsen auf einem Buchsenlagerzapfen (42) drehbar gelagert sind, der starr mit der Haltestruktur (26) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülsen (38, 40) in Kopf-an-Kopf Kontakt auf dem Buchsenlagerzapfen (42) angeordnet sind und einer von ihnen in Anlage an einer Basis (50) des Zapfens ist, die starr mit der Haltestruktur (26) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülsen (38, 40) und die Basis (50) des Zapfens an den ringförmigen Flächen, wo gegenseitiger Kontakt auftritt, Mittel (44, 46, 48, 52) zum gegenseitigen Arretieren haben, die wahlweise in der ersten oder der zweiten Stellung arretiert werden können. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitigen Arretierungsmittel Zähne (44, 48) umfassen, die von den Kontaktflächen hervorstehen und in korrespondierende Sitze (46, 52) eingreifen können, die auf den benachbarten Kontaktflächen gebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Hülse (38) in gepackter Art zwischen die Basis (50) und die Endhülse (40) geklemmt ist, wobei die gegenseitigen Arretierungsmittel aufgrund eines Paares von Klemmschrauben (58, 60) gegenseitig in Eingriff sind, die in die entgegengesetzten Gewindeenden des Buchsenlagerzapfens (42) eingreifen und in Anlage an der Endhülse (40) bzw. an der Basis (50) sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis ein hervorstehender zylindrischer Sitz (50) der Haltestruktur (26) ist, der den Buchsenlagerzapfen (42) aufnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Buchse (134) eine radiale Transhtionsbewegung ausführen kann und In einer bezüglich der Endbuchsen (136, 164) axial versetzten Stellung arretiert werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung einen Gewindesitz (86) umfasst, der starr mit der mittleren Buchse (134) verbunden ist und in den eine Schraube (88) eingreifen kann, wobei die Schraube drehbar in eine Aufnahme (90) eingreift, die starr mit der Haltestruktur (26) verbunden und in Anlage an der Aufnahme (90) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (90) in einem Block (100) gebildet ist, der abnehmbar auf einem Lagerzapfen (142) angebracht ist, der starr mit der Haltestruktur (126) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endbuchsen (164, 136) durch entsprechende Buchsen (200, 202) gehalten sind, die auf dem Lagerzapfen (142) angebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Rückhaltemittel umfasst, die zum Verhindern der Rotation der mittleren Buchse (134) bezüglich der Haltestruktur (26) geeignet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Buchse (134) in einer Endstellung arretiert werden kann, in der während des Abbremsens kein Kontakt mit dem durch sie laufehden Garn (F) auftritt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Buchse (134) oval ist und ihre Hauptachse parallel zur Richtung der radialen Translationsbewegung ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verwendung auf einem gewöhnlichen Schussgerät (10) mit einem Motorgehäuse (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestruktur (26, 126) Mittel (16, 24, 28) zum Befestigen an dem Motorgehäuse (12) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel einen feststehenden Arm (16) umfassen, der aus dem Motorgehäuse (12) hervorsteht und an einem Ende (22) einen Hohlzapfen (24) starr hält, der abnehmbar in einen komplementären Sitz (28) der Haltestruktur (26, 126) eingeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der komplementäre Sitz (28) einen Längsschlitz (30) auf seiner Wand hat und dass die Arretierung der Haltestruktur (26, 126) auf dem Hohlzapfen (24) mittels Befestigungsschrauben erreicht wird, die in ein tangentiales Loch (82) eingeführt sind, das in einem Rand das Schlitzes (30) gebildet ist, und in entsprechende Gewindelöcher (84) eingreifen, die auf dem gegenüberliegenden Rand vorhanden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Endbuchsen der Auslass (64) des Hohlzapfens (24) ist.
