Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Lattenrost mit jeweils sich über eine Hälfte des Rostes erstreckenden Latten, die an ihren Enden über Lattenkappen und Lattenkappenträger an Längsrahmen des Rostes gelagert sind, entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Lattenroste werden vielfach in Einzelbettversionen, z.B. in den Maßen 90x200cm, hergestellt. Hiezu werden zwei Längsholme verwendet, auf denen die Lattenkappenträger montiert sind. Die Längsholme werden wiederum durch zwei Querholme verbunden. Auf die Lattenkappenträger werden die Lattenkappen aufgesetzt. Wenn eine Liegebreite von z.B. 180x200cm erreicht werden soll, werden zwei Einzelrahmen nebeneinander gelegt. Dadurch entstehen größere Kosten sowohl wegen des höheren Materialverbrauches, als auch der vermehrten Montagezeit.
  • In der FR-A-2 731 603 ist ein solcher Lattenrost mit zwei mittleren Längsholmen beschrieben, bei dem eine Kupplungsplatte mit vier Dornen zwei Lattenkappenträger mit entsprechenden, die Dorne aufnehmenden Bohrungen verbindet. Die beiden Lattenkappenträger liegen dabei je auf einem der beiden Längsholme auf und tragen je eine Latte. Die Kupplungsplatte erstreckt sich zwischen die beiden Längsholme.
  • Es wurde auch schon vorgeschlagen, siehe z.B. FR-A-2623381 , einen Lattenrost mit einer Liegebreite für ein Doppelbett zu schaffen, der einfacher zu montieren ist als die bisherigen Lattenroste und dessen Herstellungskosten auch niederer sind. Dazu wurde nur ein mittlerer Längsholm angeordnet, auf dem mittlere Lattenkappenträger befestigt sind, von denen jeder sowohl die nach der einen als auch die nach der anderen Richtung sich erstreckenden Latten mit ihren Lattenkappen aufnimmt.
  • Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, einen derartigen Lattenrost zu vereinfachen, was dadurch erreicht wird, daß jeder Lattenkappenträger vier Ansätze zur Aufnahme von Lattenkappen aufweist, wobei zwei Ansätze zur Aufnahme einer, zwei Latten zugeordneten Lattenkappe der einen Richtung, und zwei Ansätze zur Aufnahme einer, zwei Latten zugeordneten Lattenkappe der anderen Richtung, ausgebildet sind.
  • Um ein einfaches Aufstecken der Lattenkappen auf die Lattenkappenträger zu erreichen, sind deren Ansätze vorteilhaft als Dorne ausgebildet.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben, ohne jedoch auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 in schaubildlicher Ansicht einen erfindungsgemäßen Lattenrost;
    • Fig. 2 in vergrößertem Maßstab das Detail A in Fig. 1;
    • Fig. 3 einen Lattenkappenträger nach der Erfindung.
  • Gemäß den Zeichnungen weist ein erfindungsgemäßer Lattenrost zwei seitliche Längsholme 1 und 2, zwei Querholme 3 und 4 sowie einen mittleren Längsholm 5 auf. Auf dem mittleren Längsholm 5 sind Lattenkappenträger 6 befestigt, die Lattenkappen 7 tragen. Diese nehmen Latten 8 auf.
  • Ein Lattenkappenträger 6 besitzt eine Grundplatte 9, von der zwei hinterschnittene Zapfen 10 nach unten ragen. Mit diesen Zapfen 10 kann der Lattenkappenträger 6 am Holm 5 befestigt werden. Auf der den Zapfen 10 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Platte 9 ist mittig eine Wand 11 angeordnet, von der nach der einen Seite Dorne 12, nach der anderen Seite Dorne 13 ausragen. Auf diese Dorne 12 und 13 werden Hülsen 14 der Lattenkappen 7 aufgeschoben. Dabei nehmen die Dorne 12 die Lattenkappen 7 der einen Seite und die Dorne 13 die Lattenkappen 7 der anderen Seite auf.
  • Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So könnte die Befestigung der Lattenkappenträger auf dem mittleren Längsholm 5 auf andere Weise als gezeigt erfolgen. Auch müßten die Dorne 12 nicht unbedingt zylindrischen Querschnitt besitzen.

Claims (1)

  1. Lattenrost mit jeweils sich über eine Hälfte des Rostes erstreckenden Latten (8), die an ihren Enden über Lattenkappen (7) und Lattenkappenträger (6) an Längsholmen (1, 2, 5) des Rostes gelagert sind, wobei nur ein mittlerer Längsholm (5) angeordnet ist, auf dem die mittleren Lattenkappenträger (6) befestigt sind, von denen jeder sowohl die nach der einen als auch die nach der anderen Richtung sich erstreckenden Latten (8) mit ihren Lattenkappen (7) aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Lattenkappenträger (6) vier Ansätze (12, 13) zur Aufnahme von Lattenkappen (7) aufweist, wobei zwei Ansätze (12) zur Aufnahme einer, zwei Latten (8) zugeordneten Lattenkappe (7) der einen Richtung, und zwei Ansätze (13) zur Aufnahme einer, zwei Latten (8) zugeordneten Lattenkappe (7) der anderen Richtung, ausgebildet sind.
