Two of these inserts are then placed in a wrapping with a distance between the inlays in the direction of the packed objects, so that weight may be partially released along the objects packed.

Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungseinlage, die eine Kammstruktur umfasst, wobei die Wabenkonstruktion eine Grundplatte (A) und Trennwände (B) aufweist, folgende Schritte umfassend:
    - Zuführen eines Grundplattenmaterials (A),
    - Zuführen eines zweiten Materials parallel mit dem Zuführen des Grundplattenmaterials,
    - Falten des zweiten Materials zur Ausbildung von Trennwänden (B), wobei die Höhe mindestens einer der Trennwände und die Weite zwischen den Trennwänden in Abhängigkeit von Produkten, die in der derzeitig hergestellten Verpackungseinlage gelagert werden sollen, kontinuierlich anpassbar ist,
    - Einrichten der Anpassung der Höhe durch Variieren der Zuführung des zweiten Materials,
    - Einrichten der Anpassung der Weite durch Variieren der Zuführung des Grundplattenmaterials,
    - Anbringen der ausgebildeten Trennwände an der Grundplatte.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Zuführen des Grundplattenmaterials unter Nutzung einer ersten Zuführeinheit.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Zuführen des zweiten Materials unter Nutzung einer zweiten Zuführeinheit.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Schneiden des zweiten Materials zum Ausbilden einer separaten Trennwand (B), und wobei die Höhe der separaten Trennwand durch Anpassen der Breite eines aus dem zweiten Material geschnittenen Rohlings zur Ausbildung der separaten Trennwand bestimmt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Falten des Rohlings in Hälften und Umschlagen von Klappen des Rohlings in entgegengesetzten Richtungen derart, dass die Klappen einen T-Flansch bilden,
    - Anbringen des T-Flanschs an der Grundplatte.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Einstellen der Zuführung des Grundplattenmaterials derart, dass bei der Anbringung der Trennwände an der Grundplatte eine gewünschte Weite zwischen den Trennwänden erzielt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Schneiden des Grundplattenmaterials, wenn die Verpackungseinlage eine angestrebte Länge hat.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Anbringen des T-Flanschs der Trennwand an der Grundplatte mittels Kleben oder Einrasten oder Vernieten.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, darüber hinaus die Schritte umfassend:
    - Falten eines Bogens des zweiten Materials, um eine höhere Anzahl an Trennwänden (B) zu bilden,
    - Schneiden des zweiten Materials, wenn der gefaltete Bogen eine Länge angenommen hat, die der Länge der Grundplatte (A) für die Verpackungseinlage entspricht.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Regeln der Geschwindigkeit der Zuführung des Bogens, um die Höhe der Trennwände des Bogens anzupassen.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, darüber hinaus den Schritt umfassend:
    - Einstellen der Zuführung des Grundplattenmaterials derart, dass eine gewünschte Weite zwischen den Trennwänden erzielt wird.
