Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fluid dispenser comprising a flexible pouch of variable volume having an opening, a pocket holder having a fastening surface at which the opening of the flexible pouch is fixed, and a dispensing member such as a pump or a valve, mounted on the pocket support to be able to take fluid product through the opening of the flexible bag (see for example the document US-A-6065642).
  • a fluid dispenser such as can meet in the field of cosmetics, perfumery or from the pharmacy.
  • Soft bags are usually used to protect the fluid product of the ambient air and thus avoid any deterioration of the fluid product by oxidation or desiccation.
  • the user supports on the pusher of the dispensing member, which has the effect of delivering a a dose of fluid that is taken from the flexible bag by the pump or valve.
  • the pump or valve To prevent the fluid from coming into contact with air in the flexible pocket, it crashes on itself decreasing volume as you fluid is extracted from it by the pump or the valve.
  • the flexible pouch is fixed, often by welding, to the support of pocket on which the pump or valve is mounted.
  • the pocket support forms for this a fixation appendage which often has a diamond shape or look.
  • the welding attachment surfaces of the appendix of fastening are constituted by the outer walls of a cylinder, not circular, but in the shape of a diamond or an eye.
  • the bag is generally formed from two sheets flexible welded together on their peripheries, except at the level of the opening, so that the opening is formed by a non-welded zone together of the two leaves.
  • the two constituent sheets of the pocket are in contact with one another and the opening is closed in an unsealed manner.
  • This kind of flexible pouch is advantageous for distributors having an elongated vertical shape. Indeed, the flexible pouch, to present a certain capacity, must be sufficiently long, since between its state filled and empty, its height does not vary much.
  • the present invention aims to overcome this disadvantage of the art prior art by defining a fluid dispenser whose flexible pouch is particularly well suited for use in a pot-shaped dispenser.
  • the pocket flexible comprises two flexible sheets welded together on their periphery the along a weld line, the opening of the flexible pouch being located on a leaves.
  • the opening is located substantially in the center of one of the leaves.
  • the weld line of the two sheets extends in a plane substantially parallel to that of the mounting surface of the support of pocket.
  • the empty flexible pouch has a thickness almost zero in the direction of the longitudinal axis.
  • the support is used to cut the opening of the sheet, advantageously by punching.
  • the dispensing member 3 is a pump, but it could also have been be a valve.
  • the pump 3 comprises a pump body 30 defining a lower end 33 forming the inlet and an upper end forming a protruding collar 34.
  • the pump 3 comprises a rod actuator 31 which is movable in the pump body 30 along an axis
  • the end of the actuating rod 31 is capped by a pusher 32 which defines a dispensing orifice 35.
  • the pusher 32 is here in the form of a cup with the dispensing orifice 35 placed in its center in order to collect the product dispensed by the pump. Once the product distributed on the pusher 32, the user only has to collect it using one or more fingers. It is understood that such a pump 3 is more suitable the distribution of creams or pasty cosmetic products in general.
  • the pump 3 is advantageously a pump without air intake, it is at say that it does not allow the entrance of outside air inside the pump to as the fluid product is dispensed.
  • the pump 3 is received in a pocket holder 2 which comprises a substantially tubular sleeve 22 and an annular flange 21 which extends radially outwardly at the lower end of the sleeve 22.
  • the interior of the sleeve 22 is hollow and thus forms a through passage 23.
  • the sleeve 22 forms a receiving housing, advantageously by snap-fastening, to receive the protruding flange 34 of the pump body 30.
  • the pump 3 is thus fixed in the sleeve 22 with the body pump 30 extending into the passage 23.
  • the lower end 33 of the body of pump 30 which forms the inlet of the pump is advantageously located at the the lower end of the sleeve 22, as can be seen in Figure 1.
  • the sleeve 22 and the pump 3 have the same longitudinal axis A.
  • the sleeve 22 forms one or more anchoring profiles 221 whose function will be given below.
  • the flange 21 which extends radially outwardly from the lower end of the sleeve 22 has a substantially flat annular fixing surface which extends over one of the faces of the flange 21.
  • this plane fastening surface is located on the upper face 212 of the flange 21, that is to say on the face turned in direction of the sleeve 22.
  • this surface of ring fixation can be provided with reliefs that do not affect the configuration general plane of the surface.
  • These reliefs can for example be used to improve the quality of the fixation of the pocket. These reliefs may for example be heat-sealing ribs for melting at least partially during the welding the flexible pouch to the pocket support.
  • the lower face 211 of the flange 21 can also serve as a fastening surface instead of the face 212. However, when this lower face 211 does not serve as a fixing surface, it is not necessarily flat and can therefore have a relief not insignificant.
  • the lower face 211 is preferably also plane, and the thickness of the flange 21 is preferably relatively small, so that the flange is in the form of a low flat annular disk thickness pierced at its center by the through passage 23.
  • the pocket 1 is fixed to the pocket support 2 at the level of the surface of fixation, which is here the upper face 212. Since the fixing surface 212 is annular and flat and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A, the pocket flexible 1 at its opening 121 is disposed flat and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A. The part of the flexible pouch 1 bordering its opening 121 therefore extends flatly on the flange 21 around the sleeve 22 which protrudes through the opening 121. The flange 21 is therefore disposed within the flexible pouch 1 while the sleeve 22 extends to outside. Therefore, the passage 23 of the sleeve 22 communicates the inside of the flexible pouch through its opening 121 with the pump 3. More precisely, as can be seen in FIG. 1, the inlet 33 of the pump 3 is located at the opening 121 of the pocket 1.
  • the opening 121 of the pocket 1 is formed in a flexible sheet 12, preferably at its center.
  • This sheet 12 is connected to another sheet 11 along a peripheral link line 112.
  • the opening 121 is formed by the single sheet 12 and that the sheet It does not therefore participate in the formation of this opening 121.
  • the peripheral connecting line 112 common to the two sheets 11 and 12 extends in a plane parallel to the plane of the fastening surface 212 of the support pocket 2 and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A. Therefore, a The volume of the bag 1 is increased largely by increase in height in the direction of axis A.
  • the flexible sheet 11 can come into contact with the underside 211 of the flange 21 so that the thickness of the pocket corresponds to the thickness cumulative of the two flexible sheets 11 and 12 and the flange 21 which is extremely flat. This is especially true when the flexible sheets are flat.
  • the thickness of the bag 1 in the empty state in the direction of the axis A can be of the order of 1 to 3 mm.
  • this flexible pouch 1 is particularly well suited for use in dispensers of fluid product which is in the form of pot and not vial. We can effect to have a relatively large capacity for the flexible pouch 1 with a relatively small pocket height in the direction of the A axis.
  • the dispenser also includes a hull 4 which includes a outer casing 40 cylindrical in Figure 1.
  • the shape outer shell 40 can be very varied depending on the aesthetic appearance that we want to give to the distributor. In the case of Figure 1, this is a dispenser in the form of pot, so that the outer casing 40 is not very high in relation to its diameter to give it the appearance of a pot.
  • the envelope 40 extends to the level of the pusher 32 of the pump 3 which can advantageously move inside the envelope 40. At its end lower envelope 40 may be provided with a bottom (not shown). AT the inside of the envelope 40 extends an annular plate 41 which is here substantially plane. We could also have formed this plate 41 with other shapes, for example frustoconical.
  • This plate 41 extends inwards and defines at its center a hole 43 in which extends the sleeve 22 of the pocket support 2.
  • the latter is formed with retaining means 42 which cooperate with the anchoring profiles 221 formed near the upper end of the sleeve 22.
  • These means of retainer 42 may for example be in the form of a socket slotted frustoconical which allows some elastic deformation towards the outside to allow the passage of the anchor profiles 221 at the level of the upper end of the sleeve 42.
  • the engagement of the anchoring profiles 221 to the upper end of the sleeve 42 corresponds with the support of the flange 21 under the plate 41 at the edge of the hole 43.
  • the tapered retaining sleeve 42 is not a form of limiting realization.
  • the soft bags attached to a pocket support are usually made from two sheets welded together on their peripheries except at the opening in which is inserted the support of pocket before final welding.
  • the manufacture of the pocket is different in that the fixing of the pocket support is carried out before solder the two leaves together. More precisely, we begin by practicing an opening 121 in a flexible sheet 12. The sleeve is then introduced 22 of a pocket holder 2 through the opening 121 to the sheet 12 comes into contact with the upper fixing face 212 of the flange 21. then, advantageously by welding, the sheet 12 on the flange 21 along a welding line 122.
  • the flexible sheets 11 and 12 may be flat, but they may also be curved, as in Figures 2 to 4, for example by thermoforming.
