Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Aufrichtung und teilweisen Montage einer Vielzahl identischer, aus einem halbsteifen Werkstoff wie zum Beispiel Karton oder Wellpappe bestehender Verpackungen, und zwar ausgehend von einem vorgeschnittenen und geformten Zuschnitt, wobei jede Packung eine Vielzahl an Seitenwandungen (1) aufweist, die untereinander gelenkig über erste Faltungslinien in Verbindung stehen und von denen wenigstens einige an wenigstens einer ihrer Extremitäten einen Flügel (2,3) aufweisen, der Klappflügel genannt wird und der mit der angrenzenden Wandung (1) über eine zweite Faltungslinie gelenkig in Verbindung steht, wobei die Faltungslinien, die mit den Flügeln (2,3) in Verbindung stehen, die sich an der gleichen Extremität der Wandungen befinden, in derselben Querebene angeordnet sind, und zwar derart, dass die umgeklappten Flügel sich in dieser Ebene in Berührung mit den benachbarten Flügeln befinden, und durch Mittel, die in dieser Technik bekannt sind, montiert und verriegelt sind, wobei dieses Verfahren die Aufrichtung und Montage der Seitenwandungen (1) einer jeden Packung betreffende Schritte umfasst und Schritte, die auf die Faltung der Klappflügel (2) gerichtet sind, die sich an den gleichen Extremitäten einiger der Seitenwandungen befinden und sich senkrecht zu diesen erstrecken sowie zur eventuellen Montage dieser Klappflügel, wobei die Aufrichtung eines jeden Zuschnitts mittels eines Formgebungsdornes (5) bewirkt wird, dessen äußerer Querschnitt zumindest teilweise dem inneren Querschnitt der zu formenden Packung entspricht, wobei jeder Formgebungsdorn (5) durch ein motorisches System mitgenommen, und durch aufeinander folgende Stationen geführt wird, in denen oder zwischen denen feste oder bewegliche Organe vorgesehen sind, mittels welchen die folgenden Handlungen ausgeführt werden:
    - die Wandungen (1) der Packung, die sich aneinander anschließen, werden durch Faltung um den Formgebungsdorn in ihre endgültige Position überführt, in der sie an die äußere Form des Dornes angepasst sind;
    - in dieser Position werden zwei einander benachbarte, nicht aneinander grenzende Wandungen der Packung untereinander durch Klebung eines Teiles (4) verbunden, welches an die eine der Wandungen angrenzt und welches von der anderen der Wandungen überlagert wird oder es werden diese Wandungen unter Verwendung eines unabhängigen Mittels miteinander verbunden;
    - die Klappflügel (2), die sich an der gleichen Extremität der Packung in einander benachbarten Positionen befinden, werden senkrecht zu den angrenzenden Wandungen gefaltet und miteinander verbunden;
    - die auf diese Weise aufgerichtete und teilweise montierte Packung, die an der Extremität der Wandungen, die derjenigen gegenüberliegt, an der die Klappflügel miteinander verbunden worden sind, offen ist, wird von dem Formgebungsdorn (5) getrennt, der mit dieser gleitend in Verbindung steht;
    wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
    dass die Zuschnitte vorläufig nach Maßgabe der Gestalt eines U oder eines J um die ersten Faltungslinien gefaltet werden, dass die unterschiedlichen Formgebungsdorne synchron mitgenommen werden, und dass sich jeder Formgebungsdorn zwischen einem Ausgangspunkt und dem Punkt, an dem die aufgerichtete und teilweise montierte Packung von dem Formgebungsdorn getrennt wird, kontinuierlich und ohne Unterbrechung seiner Bewegung entlang einer geschlossenen Kurve bewegt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jeder Packung das Teil (4), welches vorläufig mit einer angrenzenden Wandung (1) verleimt ist, in Berührung mit einer benachbarten Wandung (1), durch die es überlagert wird, geführt ist, und zwar unter Mitwirkung einer entlang dessen Bewegung fest angeordneten Führung sowie des zugeordneten Formgebungsdornes (5).
  3. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, welche Vorrichtung aus einer Vielzahl starrer Formgebungsdorne (5) besteht, deren jeder einen Außenquerschnitt aufweist, der wenigstens teilweise dem Innenquerschnitt der darzustellenden Packungen (6) entspricht, mit einem Zuführmittel (10), mittels welchem diese Formgebungsdorne mit einem vorgeschnittenen Zuschnitt beschickt werden, der vorläufig nach Maßgabe eines U oder eines J gefaltet ist, einem Mittel zur Mitnahme eines jeden Formgebungsdornes (5) und des diesem zugeordneten Zuschnitts in den aufeinander folgenden Stationen, mit festen oder beweglichen Mitteln, die in diesen Stationen oder zwischen diesen angeordnet sind, um die Gesamtheit der Wandungen (1) eines jeden Zuschnitts um den Formgebungsdorn (5) herumzufalten, um die Form desselben nachzubilden, sowie mit Mitteln, um in dieser Position zwei einander benachbarte, nicht aneinander grenzende Wandungen zu verbinden, mit einem Mittel, um die Klappflügel (2), die sich zwischen den einander benachbarten Positionen an einer Extremität der Wandungen befinden, zu falten und um diese Klappflügel miteinander zu verbinden und mit einem Mittel, welches dazu bestimmt ist, eine jede der auf diese Weise aufgerichteten und teilweise montierten Packungen (6) und den diese tragenden Formgebungsdorn relativ zueinander gleitend zu führen, um diese voneinander zu trennen, wobei diese Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Mittel umfasst, um die unterschiedlichen Formgebungsdorne (5) synchron zu bewegen und um ihnen eine kontinuierliche Bewegung zu verleihen, und zwar unterbrechungsfrei entlang einer geschlossenen Kurve, nämlich zwischen einem Ausgangspunkt und einem solchen Punkt, an dem die jeweilige Packung aufgerichtet und teilweise montiert ist sowie von dem Formgebungsdorn getrennt ist.
  4. Vorrichtungsdorn nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unterschiedlichen Formgebungsdorne (5) durch ein bewegliches Mittel getragen werden, welches entlang einer geschlossenen Kurve beweglich angeordnet ist.
