Bei diesem Fußbodenelement wird in der entsprechender Wiese zur Faltung der beiden Paneele das gleiche Prinzip angewandt wie bei den bekannten beschriebenen Faltrückwänden. Die Faserplatten weisen mindestens eine Sichtseite auf, wobei die Faserplattenteile zumindest abschnittsweise entlang einer Verbindungskante durch einen Kleber oder einen Klebestreifen miteinander verbunden sind. Aufgrund dieser Ausbildung bilden beide Plattenelemente eine Einheit, wobei diese faltbar gestaltet sind. Die Messeinrichtung 23 misst die sich in der Anlage 17 ergebende Dicke 24 der übereinander liegenden Plattenelemente 1 und 2 zur numerischen Ermittlung einer Nullpunktlage 25, die der Faltkante, um die die Plattenelemente 1 und 2 gefaltet werden, entspricht. Aufgrund dieser erfassten Nullpunktlage 25 werden nun die zur Bearbeitung der Verbindungskanten 5 und 6, in der Einzelansicht gestrichelt dargestellt, nachgeschalteten Aggregate mittels einer numerischen Steuerung auf die Nullpunktlage 25 abgestimmt. Claims (9)

  1. Panels which are articulated with one another, with at least one profiled lateral edge being provided on each of the panels for the articulation, said lateral edges having a suitable support and adhesive surface for an adhesive strip which connects the panels as connecting edges, so that the pivot axis is located in the area of the adhesive strip, and the connecting edges (5 and 6) have a further profile (11, 12) which forms a positive connection (13), when the connecting edges (5 and 6) are pivoted onto one another, with the profile (11) of one connecting edge (5) being configured in the form of a plug and the profile (12) of the other connecting edge (6) being configured in the form of a groove.
  2. Panels as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the connecting edge (5) in the form of a plug is configured in the form of a V and the connecting edge (6) in the form of a groove is configured correspondingly thereto.
  3. Panels as claimed in any one of Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the profiled areas of the support and adhesive surface (7 and 8) of the connecting edges (5 and 6) extend under an inclined portion (14 and 15) which, in the pivoted condition of the panels (1 and 2), forms a triangular area (16) between the connecting edges (5 and 6), which is limited by the positive connection (13).
  4. Panels as claimed in Claim 3, characterised in that the adhesive strip (9) connecting the panels (1 and 2) is affixed to the inclined surfaces (14 and 15).
  5. Process for manufacturing panels which are articulated with one another, with at least one profiled lateral edge being provided on each of the panels for the articulation, said lateral edges having a suitable support and adhesive surface for an adhesive strip which connects the panels as connecting edges, so that the pivot axis is located in the area of the adhesive strip, as claimed in Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that, in order to machine the positive connecting edges (5 and 6), a measurement of the thickness (24) of the panels (1 and 2) located above one another is carried out in order to determine the zero point position (25) of the folding edge in a first stage of the process, and with the required units (26, 27, 28) for machining the connecting edges (5 and 6) being adjusted to the zero point position (25) by means of a numerical computer control system in a second stage of the process.
  6. Process as claimed in Claim 7, characterised in that as a result of the numerical determination of the folding edge a milling cutter (26) for profiling the connecting edges (5 and 6), a bevelling unit (27) as well as a layer of adhesive (28) are moved into position.
  7. Installation for manufacturing panels which are articulated with one another, with at least one profiled lateral edge being provided on each of the panels for the articulation, said lateral edges having a suitable support and adhesive surface for an adhesive strip which connects the panels as connecting edges, so that the pivot axis is located in the area of the adhesive strip, as claimed in Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a measuring device (23) measures the thickness (24) resulting in the installation (17) of the panels (1 and 2) which are located above one another in order to numerically determine a zero point position (25) which corresponds to the folding edge, so that the units (26, 27, 28) connected downstream for machining the connecting edges (5 and 6) are adjusted by means of a numerical computer control system to the zero point position (25).
  8. Installation as claimed in Claim 7, characterised in that the numerical control system moves a milling cutter (26) for profiling the connecting edges (5 and 6), a bevelling unit (27) as well as a layer of adhesive (28) exactly into position.
  9. Installation as claimed in Claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the measuring device (23) substantially comprises a measuring rocker (29) having a roller (30) which interacts with a supporting roller (31), between which the panels (1 and 2) located above one another are guided, with a measurement transducer (32) interacting with the measuring rocker (29) in order to control the downstream units (26, 27, 28).
