Claims (8)

  1. Farbroller mit einer röhrenförmigen zylindrischen Hülse (6), die außen mit einem Bezug (9) versehen ist, dessen Enden (9a), die länger sind als die der Hülse (6), nach innen davon umgeschlagen sind, und zwei Endstücken (7) aus Kunststoffmaterial, die in jedes der Enden der Hülse (6) eingepresst sind und jeweils ein Lager (8) aufweisen, das mit einer axialen Stange (2) zusammenwirkt, die einen Teil eines Gestells (B) bildet, wobei mindestens eines dieser Endstücke (7) mit Mitteln (12) zum eine translatorische Längsbewegung verhindernden Festklemmen der Hülse und der Rolle auf der Stange wirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Endstück (7) einen axialen Körper (11) umfasst, von dem, von seinem zuerst in die Hülse (6) eintretenden Ende bis zu seinem zuletzt eintretenden Ende Folgendes vorragt:
    - mindestens ein Endbefestigungskragen (20), der unter Klemmwirkung in die Hülse eingepresst werden kann,
    - mindestens einen Zwischenkragen (22) zum Andrücken an die Innenfläche der Hülse des entsprechenden freien Endes des Überzugs
    - und ein äußerer Endkragen (23) mit spitzem Umfangsrand (23a), der in den Wendebereich (9b) des Überzugs eintreten kann,
    wobei diese beiden letzten Kragen (22, 23) einen Außendurchmesser aufweisen, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser der Hülse, während das Endstück (7) auf der Seite des Lagers (8) für die axiale Stange (2) des Gestells (B) eine Kammer (10) umfasst, die einen elastisch radial verformbaren Sprengring (12) aufnehmen kann, wobei die Kammer (10) mit einem radialen Schacht (14) zur Einführung des Sprengrings in Verbindung steht.
  2. Roller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (6) des Rollers aus spritzgegossenem Kunststoffmaterial besteht und in ihrem Innenteil und von jedem Ende aus zunächst eine sich im Inneren der Hülse vom freien Ende (9a) des Bezugs (9) zumindest über die Umschlaglänge erstreckende Gleitzone (26) und dann eine Befestigungszone (27) aufweist, in der kreisförmige Rippen (28) vorragen, die mit dem oder den Befestigungskragen (20) des entsprechenden Endstücks zusammenwirken können.
  3. Roller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (10) für den Sprengring (12) im Querschnitt eine U-Form aufweist, deren Schenkel durch die Wände (14a) des Schachts (14) verlängert werden, und wobei mindestens eine der sie verlängernden Wände einen elastisch verformbaren Vorsprung (15) aufweist, der den Sprengring (12) passieren lässt, aber seinem Zurückziehen entgegenwirkt.
  4. Roller nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Wände (14a) des Schachts (14) durch eine Klappe (16) nach außen hin verlängert wird, die seine Öffnung verschließen kann und mit Mitteln (17) zur Rastverbindung versehen ist, die mit an der anderen Wand des Kanals vorgesehenen komplementären Mitteln (18) zusammenwirken können.
  5. Roller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (8) jedes Endstücks (7) neben einer mit Schultern versehenen Aufnahme (13) angeordnet ist, die einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als es, nach außen mündet und einen Gewindestopfen aufnehmen kann, der ein Mittel zum eine translatorische Bewegung verhindernden Festklemmen der axialen Stange (2) eines mit einem Gewindeende versehenen Gestells bildet.
  6. Roller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endkragen (23) mit dem spitzen Umfangsrand kegelstumpfförmig ist, wobei seine Konkavität nach außen weist.
  7. Roller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Befestigungskragen (20) von einer kegelstumpfförmigen Wand (25) zur Zentrierung des Endes der axialen Stange (2) des Gestells vorragt, wobei diese Wand von dem inneren Ende des Endstücks zum axialen Körper (11) verläuft.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Rollers nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Phasen umfasst:
    a) Herstellen der röhrenförmigen zylindrischen Hülse (6) durch Spritzgießen, wobei die Hülse im Inneren jedes Endes eine Gleitzone (26) und eine Zone (27) mit radialen Vorsprüngen (28) aufweist,
    b) Anordnen auf der Hülse (6) einer Bezugshülle (9), die eine größere Länge aufweist als die Hülse (6), damit ihre Enden (9a) über die beiden Enden der Hülse (6) überstehen,
    c) Ineingriffbringen eines Sprengrings (12) in jedes der Endstücke (7),
    d) teilweises Ineingriffbringen eines Endstücks (7) in jedes der Enden der Hülse (6), wobei zwischen dem Rand der Hülse und dem Zwischenkragen (22) ein Raum gebildet wird, der das Umschlagen des entsprechenden Endes (9a) des Bezugs (9) gestattet, wobei das Endstück durch Zusammenwirken und Festklemmen seiner Befestigungskragen (20) an der inneren Gleitzone (26) der Hülse (6) in dieser Position festgehalten wird,
    e) Umschlagen der Enden (9a) des Bezugs (9) zum Inneren der Hülse (6),
    f) endgültiges Ineingriffbringen jedes Endstücks (7) unter Verrasten seiner Befestigungskragen (20) mit den inneren Vorsprüngen (28) der Hülse (6), Andrücken und Klemmen der umgewendeten Enden (9a) des Bezugs (9) an die Innenfläche der Hülse (6) durch den Zwischenkragen (22) und Ineingriffbringen des äußeren Endkragens (23) im Inneren der Hülse und in den umgewendeten Teil des Bezugs (9).
