Description
- d'une part, la saillie doit présenter une hauteur axiale suffisamment
importante pour permettre de délimiter une gorge et de contenir le joint dans
cette gorge. Lorsque le bouchon est vissé sur le col de récipient, le joint est
comprimé de sorte qu'il présente localement une épaisseur inférieure à la
hauteur axiale de la saillie, et reste maintenu dans la gorge ;
d'autre part, la position de la saillie doit être précise. En particulier, la saillie ne doit pas présenter un diamètre trop faible, ceci pouvant nuire à un bon maintien du joint dans la gorge. A l'inverse, la saillie ne doit pas présenter un diamètre trop important, car elle risquerait de ce cas de se trouver en regard du rebord du col du récipient, ce qui nuirait à l'étanchéité. De plus, compte tenu de la hauteur axiale de la saillie, le vissage du bouchon sur le col pourrait endommager la saillie.
Un joint est coulé au fond du bouchon puis matricé, de sorte à épouser la forme de la face interne de la paroi transversale et de la saillie. Le joint présente de ce fait un bossage annulaire au niveau de la saillie.
Le but de l'invention est de résoudre les problèmes posés par l'art antérieur, en fournissant un bouchon - associé à un joint coulé - dans lequel les fonctions d'accrochage du joint et d'étanchéité sont dissociées.
- un bouchon du type comportant une paroi transversale d'extrémité et une jupe cylindrique comprenant, sur sa face interne un filetage destiné à coopérer avec un filetage complémentaire externe d'un col de récipient ;
- et un joint placé contre la face interne de la paroi transversale du bouchon, le joint ayant été mis en place par coulage et s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la face interne de la dite paroi transversale la paroi transversale du bouchon comprend, sur sa face interne, au moins une saillie formant moyen d'accrochage pour le joint, la dite saillie étant enrobée et recouverte par le joint, le joint présentant la forme générale d'un disque d'épaisseur sensiblement constante, et la hauteur axiale de la saillie étant inférieure à l'épaisseur du dit joint.
- on réalise par moulage un bouchon comprenant au moins une saillie ;
- on dépose au fond du bouchon un certain volume de matière constitutive du joint sous forme liquide ou pâteuse, de sorte que la matière s'étale sur la face interne de la paroi transversale du bouchon, enrobe et recouvre la saillie, le dit volume étant suffisant pour que l'épaisseur du joint soit supérieure à la hauteur axiale de la saillie.

La figure 4 représente une saillie 17 conforme au premier mode de réalisation, en coupe axiale.
Ce matriçage permet de donner au joint 15 une forme parfaitement adaptée à la forme du col du récipient auquel le bouchon 1 est destiné à être associé, afin de garantir une très bonne étanchéité. De plus, le matriçage permet de bien faire pénétrer les saillies 17 dans la matière constitutive du joint 15.
Claims (14)
- Ensemble comprenant :la paroi transversale (3) du bouchon (1) comprenant, sur sa face interne (16), au moins une saillie (17) formant moyen d'accrochage pour le joint (15), la dite saillie (17) étant enrobée et recouverte par le joint (15), caractérisé en ce que le joint présente la forme générale d'un disque d'épaisseur sensiblement constante, la hauteur axiale de la saillie (17) étant inférieure à l'épaisseur du dit joint (15).un bouchon (1) du type comportant une paroi transversale d'extrémité (3) et une jupe cylindrique (4) comprenant, sur sa face interne (7), un filetage (8) destiné à coopérer avec un filetage complémentaire externe d'un col de récipient;et un joint (15) placé contre la face interne (16) de la paroi transversale (3) du bouchon (1), le joint (15) ayant été mis en place par coulage et s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la face interne (16) de la dite paroi transversale (3) ;
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (17) comprend au moins une face (21, 25, 27) inclinée d'un angle (β, γ) aigu par rapport à l'axe (2) du bouchon (1) de sorte que, lorsque le joint (15) est placé dans le bouchon (1), au moins une zone du dit joint (15) est comprise dans une zone d'accrochage (27) située, axialement, entre la paroi transversale (3) et une partie de la dite saillie (17).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (17) présente, en coupe axiale, la forme d'au moins un trapèze dont la petite base (19) est située vers l'extrémité libre de la dite saillie (17), le dit trapèze étant tel que l'un des deux angles (β) adjacents à la petite base (19) est aigu.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'un des deux angles (β) adjacents à la petite base (19) est compris entre 40° et 80°, notamment voisin de 60°.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (17) présente, en coupe axiale, la forme d'au moins un trapèze dont la grande base (23) est située vers l'extrémité libre de la dite saillie (17).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dit trapèze possède un axe de symétrie (24) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe (2) du bouchon (1).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (17) est annulaire, l'axe de la dite saillie (17) étant sensiblement confondu avec l'axe (2) du bouchon (1).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux saillies (17) annulaires sensiblement concentriques, d'axe sensiblement confondu avec l'axe (2) du bouchon (1).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres (19) des deux saillies (17) sont décalées axialement l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (17) présente une hauteur axiale inférieure à la moitié de l'épaisseur de la paroi transversale du bouchon.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (17) présente une hauteur axiale inférieure au tiers de l'épaisseur de la paroi transversale du bouchon.
- Ensemble comprenant d'une part un bouchon (1) et un joint (15) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, et d'autre part un col de récipient ou un récipient ayant un col, le dit récipient étant vide ou au moins partiellement rempli d'un certain contenu.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un ensemble bouchon (1) - joint (15) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, comprenant les étapes suivantes :on réalise par moulage un bouchon (1) comprenant au moins une saillie (17) ;on dépose au fond du bouchon (1) un certain volume de matière constitutive du joint (15) sous forme liquide ou pâteuse, de sorte que la matière s'étale sur la face interne (16) de la paroi transversale (3) du bouchon (1), enrobe et recouvre la saillie (17), et caractérisé en ce que le dit volume est suffisant pour que l'épaisseur du joint soit supérieure à la hauteur axiale de la saillie (17).
- Procédé de réalisation d'un ensemble bouchon (1) - joint (15) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, une fois la matière constitutive du joint (15) déposée au fond du bouchon (1), on comprime la dite matière contre la paroi transversale (3) du bouchon (1).
