Claims (13)
- Bohrvorrichtung mit mindestens drei nebeneinander angeordneten, drehend antreibbaren Bohrsträngen (7) mit jeweils einer Schneideinrichtung (10) an ihrem bodenseitigen Ende, wobei das bodenseitige Ende eines mittleren Bohrstranges (7''') mit einem Versatz zu den äußeren Bohrsträngen (7', 7'') angeordnet ist, und mit mindestens einem Joch (20), in welchem die Bohrstränge (7) drehbar gelagert und miteinander gekoppelt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Joch (20) im Bereich des versetzten mittleren Bohrstranges (7''') eine Verschränkung (22) in Richtung des Versatzes aufweist. - Bohrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Bohrradien der Schneideinrichtungen (10) der einander angrenzenden Bohrstränge (7) überschneiden. - Bohrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Suspensionszuführung für eine aushärtbare Suspension an mindestens einem der Bohrstränge (7) vorgesehen ist. - Bohrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb des Jochs (20) entlang der Bohrstränge (7) Mischelemente (14) zum Bilden eines Mischbereiches angeordnet sind. - Bohrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Anschluss an die Schneideinrichtung (10) eine Förderwendel (11) an dem jeweiligen Bohrstrang (7) angeordnet ist, wodurch ein Aufbereitungsbereich unterhalb des Jochs (20) gebildet ist. - Bohrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderwendel (11) nicht mehr als eine Ganghöhe aufweist. - Verfahren zum Erstellen einer Bohrung im Boden, welche durch drehendes Antreiben und gleichzeitiges Absenken von mindestens drei nebeneinander angeordneten Bohrsträngen (7) mit jeweils einer Schneideinrichtung (10) an deren bodenseitigem Ende in den Boden eingebracht wird, wobei das bodenseitige Ende eines mittleren Bohrstranges (7''') mit einem Versatz zu den äußeren Bohrsträngen (7', 7'') angeordnet ist, und die Bohrstränge (7) über mindestens ein Joch (20) miteinander gekoppelt werden, in welchem die Bohrstränge (7) drehbar gelagert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Aufbereitungsbereiche entlang der einzelnen Bohrstränge (7) unterhalb des Jochs (20) durch eine Verschränkung (22) des Jochs (20) in Richtung des Versatzes des mittleren Bohrstranges (7''') zumindest teilweise zueinander ausgeglichen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Bohrstränge (7) erstellten Bohrungen sich überschneiden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Aufbereitungsbereich unterhalb des Jochs (20) Bodenmaterial zerkleinert wird und
dass in einem Mischbereich oberhalb des Jochs (20) mittels Mischelementen (14) das zerkleinerte Bodenmaterial mit zugeführter Suspension vermengt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden äußeren Bohrstränge (7', 7'') in einer entgegengesetzten Drehrichtung angetrieben werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Suspensionszuführung über den mittleren Bohrstrang (7''') erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Vermischen die Bohrstränge (7) in bestimmten Zeitabständen nach oben verfahren und wieder abgesenkt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Ziehen der Bohrstränge (7) Sand oder ein anderes Material in die Bohrung eingeblasen wird.
