Claims (8)
- Hebelartiger Nockenfolger (1) aus Blech, insbesondere für einen Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit zwei parallelen, durch einen Querbalken (2) verbundenen Seitenwänden (3a, 3b), wobei eine Unterseite (4) des Querbalkens (2) an einem Ende (5) eine Anlage (6) für wenigstens ein Gaswechselventil hat, welche Anlage (6) durch parallel zu den Seitenwänden (3a, 3b) verlaufende Führungswangen (7a, 7b) begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nockenfolger (1) an dem einen Ende (5) schmaler als über dessen restliche Erstreckung ausgebildet ist, wobei wenigstens in diesem Abschnitt den Seitenwänden (3a, 3b) eine geringere mittlere Wanddicke (DSM) als über deren weitere Länge immanent ist, welche Wanddicke (DSM) zumindest in diesem Bereich von Stirnseiten (8a, 8b) der Seitenwände (3a, 3b) in Richtung zu dem Querbalken (2) kontinuierlich zunimmt.
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Dicke (DF) der Führungswangen (7a, 7b) kleiner als die mittlere Wanddicke (DSM) im Bereich des schmalen einen Endes (5) ist.
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Dicke (DF) der Führungswangen (7a, 7b) im wesentlichen der mittleren Wanddicke (DSM) im Bereich des schmalen Endes (5) entspricht.
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schmale eine Ende (5) aus einem sich allmählich verjüngenden Abschnitt (9) des Nockenfolgers (1) hervorgeht (Figuren 2b, 2c).
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schmale eine Ende (5) in einem Längsabschnitt (10) gleicher Breite ausläuft.
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungswangen (7a, 7b) wenigstens größtenteils in dem Längsabschnitt (10) verlaufen.
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungswangen (7a, 7b) einteilig mit der Unterseite (4) des Querbalkens (2) verbunden sind und sich von dieser weg erstrecken, wobei deren Außenseiten (11a, 11b) deutlich eingerückt gegenüber Außenflächen (12a, 12b) der Seitenwände (3a, 3b) im Bereich des einen Endes (5) sind (Fig. 3b).
- Nockenfolger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Führungswangen (7a, 7b) am einen Ende (5) in einem Präge-Fließpreßvorgang gefertigt sind, wobei die Seitenwände (3a, 3b) vor dem wesentlichen Ausbilden der Führungswangen (7a, 7b) orthogonal zu dem Querbalken (2) gebogen werden.
