Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Nasssieben von Faserstoffsuspensionen (S) unter Verwendung eines Siebes (1) mit einer Vielzahl von Sieböffnungen (3), durch die der beim Nasssieben akzeptierte Teil der Faserstoffsuspension als Gutstoff (A) hindurchtritt, während das Abgewiesene als Rejekt (R) davon getrennt abgeleitet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sieb (1) mit Sieböffnungen (3) verwendet wird, welche als Langlöcher ausgebildet sind, deren Lochweite (W) zwischen 1 und 8 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 3 mm liegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lochweite (W) mindestens 1,5 mm groß ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Langlöcher eine Lochlänge (L) zwischen 1 und 50 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 5 mm aufweisen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis von Lochlänge (L) zu Lochweite (W) zwischen 2 und 20, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 10, liegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (A), den benachbarte Langlöcher in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung zueinander einnehmen, zwischen 1 und 6 mm beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sieb (1) durch einen daran vorbeibewegten Räumer (4) freigehalten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungsrichtung (5) des Räumers (4) so gewählt wird, dass sie zur Längserstreckungsrichtung der Langlöcher einen Winkel (β) zwischen 0 und 75° einnimmt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Sieb (1) ein zylindrischer Siebkorb verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtung der Längserstreckung der Langlöcher einen Winkel (α) zur Achsrichtung (7) des Siebkorbes einnimmt, der zwischen 15° und 90° liegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) größer ist als 45°. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) 90° beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstoffsuspension (S) eine Konsistenz von mindestens 2 % aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstoffsuspension (S) eine Konsistenz von mindestens 3 % aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstoffsuspension (S) einen Gehalt an sortierbaren Störstoffen von mindestens 0,3 %, vorzugsweise mindestens 0,5 % aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserstoffsuspension (S) aus aufgelöstem Altpapier besteht. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren mit Hilfe mindestens eines Drucksortierers durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem Drucksortierer ein Rejekt in Form einer störstoffangereicherten Suspension entfernt wird.
