Abstract
Description
Das Trägersubstrat kann ein- oder beidseitig mit einem Heiß- oder Kaltsiegelkleber oder einer Selbstklebebeschichtung versehen sein.
Die Druckfarbe für die lichtundurchlässige Schicht enthält vorzugsweise 5 - 40 Gew% an Pigmenten.
Die lichtundurchlässige Schicht kann aber auch beispielsweise eine metallisierte Schicht, die durch Aufdampfen von Metallen und/oder Metallverbindungen hergestellt wird, sein. Besonders geeignet dafür sind Metalle wie beispielsweise schwarz gefärbtes Aluminium (unstöchiometrisches AlxOy) und dergleichen.
Diese Schichten können gleich oder unterschiedlich von den Schichten sein, die gegebenenfalls bereits partiell auf dem Trägersubstrat vorhanden sein können.
Als Bindemittel kommen verschiedene natürliche oder synthetische Bindemittel in Frage.
Bei Verwendung einer löslichen Farbschicht kann diese gegebenenfalls nach Aufbringung einer weiteren Schicht im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren durch ein geeignetes Lösungsmittel, das auf die Zusammensetzung der Farbschicht abgestimmt ist, entfernt werden, um Codierungen in Form von Zeichen und/oder Mustern jeder möglichen Art herstellen zu können.
Claims (9)
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein im Auf- und im Durchlicht erkennbares Sicherheitsmerkmal mit von beiden Seiten unterschiedlichen typischen Far- oder Fluoreszenzmerkmalen aufweist, wobei die unterschiedlichen Farb- oder Fluoreszenzschichten durch eine lichtundurchlässige Schicht voneinander getrennt sind.
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichtundurchlässige Schicht eine metallische Schicht oder eine pigmentierte Druckfarbe ist.
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichtundurchlässige Schicht eine schwarz gefärbte aufgedampfte Aluminiumschicht ist.
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichtundurchlässige Schicht 5 - 40 % an TiO2 und/oder ZnS und/oder BaSO4 und/oder Al2O3 und/oder Kieselsäurederivate und/oder Kaolin und/oder Talkum und/oder Feldspaten als Pigmente enthält.
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Auf- und Durchlicht visuell erkennbare Sicherheitsmerkmal ein jeweils kennzeichnender fluoreszierender Farbverlauf oder/oder eine definierte Fluoreszenzfarbe ist.
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Auf- und Durchlicht visuell erkennbare Sicherheitsmerkmal ein jeweils kennzeichnender im sichtbaren Licht erkennbarer Farbverlauf oder/oder eine definierte Farbe ist.
- Beschichtetes Trägersubstrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche partielle funktionelle und/oder dekorative Schichten auf dem Trägersubstrat vorhanden sind und zumindest in einem Teilbereich im Auf- und Durchlicht typische optische Merkmale erkennbar sind.
- Sicherheitsmerkmale für Datenträger- und Wertdokumente hergestellt aus einem beschichteten Trägersubstrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Verwendung der beschichteten Trägersubstrate nach Anspruch 1 bis 8 als Sicherheitselement in Datenträgern, insbesondere Wertdokumenten wie Ausweisen, Karten, Banknoten oder Etiketten, Siegeln, als Verpackungsmaterial in der pharmazeutischen und Lebensmittelindustrie, für dekorative Anwendungen oder optische Elemente, in der Architektur und dergleichen.
