Then, the pieces of ice are secondarily crushed by being rotated while being beaten by the beating portions or distal portions 17a of the blades 17 rotating at high speed, thereby producing micro crushing ice snow with a particle size of 0.3 mm.
- the particle size of the secondarily crushed artificial snow is so small that pieces of ice mutually get into spaces among them, thereby producing extremely firm snow.
- the delivery port 7 is formed with one end thereof extending along a tangent of a cylinder of the outer periphery of the rotor blade casing 8.

- the discharge pressure of the blower for the forced blast used for the apparatus is from 0.12 kgf/cm 2 to 0.40 kgf/cm 2 , and the quantity of snow to be thrown is from 2.0 t/hr to 25 t/hr.
- the area necessary for the installation of the apparatus of the present invention is from 64 m 2 to 180 m 2 .
- the high speed rotary snow producing and throwing apparatus of the present invention can produce an excellent effect which can not be obtained in prior arts.
- primarily crushed flaky or platy pieces of ice are supplied from the inlet of the apparatus into the rotary blade casing of the apparatus by strong discharge pressure of the forced blast and crushed into pieces with smaller and finer particle size through second crushing by the rotor blade rotating at high speed, thereby producing firm artificial snow of good quality, and further enhancing snow throwing capacity by increasing the speed of the forced blast by the turbine function of the rotor blade rotating at high speed, and efficiently letting a large quantity of snow fall onto a skiing slope with a large area by means of the hose with a length as long as 100 m to 200 m without causing an excess current to the drive motor.

Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee aus Eis, mit:einer drehbaren Welle (9);einer vorgegebenen Anzahl von Zerkleinerungsschaufeln (17), die an einem Ende der Welle (9) angeordnet sind, wobei jede der Schaufeln (17) einen proximalen Abschnitt und einen distalen Abschnitt (17a) aufweist;einer Eiszuführungsöffnung (6) zur Zuführung von Eis zu den Schaufeln (17) hin, in eine Richtung, die im wesentlichen parallel zur drehbaren Welle (9) ist; undeiner Eiszuführungsführung (18); dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Eiszuführungsführung (18) im wesentlichen nahe der Welle (9) zur Annahme von Eis aus der Eiszuführungsöffnung (6) und zur Führung des Eises zum distalen Abschnitt der Schaufeln (17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Eiszuführungsführung (18) fest mit der drehbaren Welle (9) in Eingriff steht und eine konische Form mit einer Kegelspitze aufweist, die der Eiszuführungsöffnung (6) gegenüberliegt.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Schaufeln (17) radial an der konischen Eisführung (18) mit einem äquidistanten Abstand zwischen den Schaufeln (17) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei der distale Abschnitt (17a) der Schaufeln (17) breiter als der proximale Abschnitt ist.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Eiszuführungsöffnung (6) im wesentlichen konzentrisch mit der drehbaren Welle (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Eiszuführungsöffnung (6) exzentrisch mit der drehbaren Welle (9) und in einem Bereich über und zwischen dem proximalen Abschnitt und dem distalen Abschnitt (17a) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die drehbare Welle (9) mit einer Drehzahl dreht, die von 1800 U/min bis 3600 U/min reicht.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Eiszuführungsöffnung (6) das Eis mit einem Druck zuführt, der von 0,12 kgf/cm2 bis 0,40 kgf/cm2 reicht.
- Vorrichtung (5) zur Herstellung von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 1, wobei:die Eisführung (18) eine konische Eisführung (18) ist, die fest mit einem Ende der Welle (9) in Eingriff steht; unddie Schaufeln (17) an der konischen Eisführung (18) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunstschnee, das eine vorgegebene Anzahl von Schaufeln (17) verwendet, die radial um eine drehbare Welle (9) angeordnet sind, wobei jede der Schaufeln (17) einen distalen Abschnitt (17a) und einen proximalen Abschnitt aufweist, das die Schritte aufweist:Drehen der radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) über die drehbare Welle (9);Zuführen von Eis zu den radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) hin, in eine Richtung parallel zur drehbaren Welle (9);Führen des Eises vom proximalen Abschnitt zum distalen Abschnitt (17a) der radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17); undzerkleinern des Eises im wesentlichen am distalen Abschnitt (17a), während die radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) gedreht werden; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Eis vom proximalen Abschnitt zum distalen Abschnitt (17a) der radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) durch eine drehbare konische Struktur (18) geleitet wird, die sich in der Mitte der radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) befindet.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Eis zur Mitte der radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) hin zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Eis zu einem exzentrischen Bereich der radial angeordneten Schaufeln (17) zwischen dem proximalen Abschnitt und dem distalen Abschnitt (17a) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 10, wobei sich die drehbare Welle (9) mit einer Drehzahl dreht, die von 1800 U/min bis 3600 U/min reicht.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunstschnee nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Eis unter einem Druck zugeführt wird, der von 0,12 kgf/cm2 bis 0,40 kgf/cm2 reicht.
