Wenn bei einer Tubenfüllmaschine nach dem Abfüllen eines ersten Produkts oder Mediums ein Wechsel auf ein anderes Produkt oder Medium stattfinden soll, ist es aus hygienischen Gründen notwendig, die Fülleinheit vollständig von Resten des ersten Produktes zu reinigen. Dies geschieht in der Regel dadurch, daß die Fülleinheit aus der Tubenfüllmaschine ausgebaut wird und an einem externen Ort gereinigt wird. Zum Ausbau der Fülleinheit müssen zunächst die Befestigungsschrauben gelöst werden, über die die Fülleinheit in der Tubenfüllmaschine gehalten ist. Anschließend müssen die Antriebe der Füll- und Dosierelemente, d.h. üblicherweise der Antrieb des Drehschiebers und der Antrieb der Absperrstößel, von den jeweiligen Füll- und Dosierelementen, d.h. dem Drehschieber und dem Absperrstößel gelöst werden. Bei einem gewünschten Produktwechsel wird die Tragkonstruktion verstellt. Dabei kann sie entweder aus der Tubenfüllmaschine seitlich herausgezogen werden, vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, daß die Tragkonstruktion schwenkbar gelagert ist und somit seitlich aus der Tubenfüllmaschine herausgeschwenkt werden kann. In der seitlich aus der Tubenfüllmaschine hervorstehenden Position befindet sich die Tragkonstruktion in der sogenannten Nicht-Betriebsstellung, in der die Fülleinheit ebenfalls seitlich aus der Tubenfüllmaschine hervorsteht und somit gut zugänglich ist. Auf diese Weise ist es insbesondere möglich, die auf der Tragkonstruktion sitzende Fülleinheit mittels eines herkömmlichen Hebezeugs, insbesondere eines Krans oder eines Gabelstaplers, zu erfassen und von der Tragkonstruktion abzuheben. Zu diesem Zweck ist in bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die Fülleinheit einen Drehschieber mit einem Drehschieber-Antrieb aufweist, der bei Verstellung der Tragkonstruktion und somit der Fülleinheit in die Nicht-Betriebsstellung selbsttätig von dem Drehschieber entkoppelbar ist und bei Verstellung der Tragkonstruktion und somit der Fülleinheit in die Betriebsstellung selbsttätig mit dem Drehschieber in Eingriff tritt. An dem Bodenrahmen 25 ist um ein Gelenk 28 ein Tragarm 22 schwenkbar gelagert, auf den der Tragrahmen 23 mit den genannten Bauteilen der Fülleinheit 14 aufgesetzt ist. Claims (8)

  1. Tube filling machine comprising a circulating conveying device (11) by means of which a tube (13) can be transported through the tube filling machine for passing differing processing stations with one of the processing stations being a filling unit (14) in which the tube (13) can be filled with a desired product, characterized in that the filling unit (14) is disposed on an adjustable support structure (21) which is actuated between an operating position in which the filling unit (14) is located in the tube filling machine above the tube (13) to be filled, and a non-operating position in which the filling unit (14) projects sidewardly out of the tube filling machine.
  2. Tube filling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the support structure (21) is pivotably disposed.
  3. Tube filling machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the filling unit (14) has receptacles (24) for a hoist to lift the filling unit (14) from the support structure (21) in the non-operating position.
  4. Tube filling machine according to any one of the claims 1 through 3, characterized in that the filling unit (14) comprises a rotary valve (16) with associated rotary valve drive (17), wherein the rotary valve drive (17) can be automatically decoupled from the rotary valve (16) when the support structure (21) is adjusted into the non-operating position.
  5. Tube filling machine according to any one of the claims 1 through 4, characterized in that the filling unit (14) comprises at least one shut-off tappet (18) with associated tappet drive (19), wherein the tappet drive (19) can be automatically decoupled from the shut-off tappet (18) when the support structure (21) is adjusted into the non-operating position.
  6. Tube filling machine according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the rotary valve drive (17) and the tappet drive (19) are fixed within the tube filling machine.
  7. Tube filling machine according to any one of the claims 1 through 6, characterized in that the support structure (21) comprises a bottom frame (25) and a support arm (22) pivotably disposed thereon, wherein an adjustment device (27) is disposed between the bottom frame (25) and the support arm (22).
  8. Tube filling machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the adjustment device (27) is a spindle drive or a piston cylinder unit.
