Abstract

Farbkissen für einen Selbstfärbestempel, der ein Gehäuse mit einem Aufsetzrahmen (1') und einen in diesem Gehäuse aus einer Ruhestellung unter Wenden in eine Stempelstellung bewegbaren Stempelplattenträger (3) aufweist, der mit einem relativ zum Gehäuse gegen eine Rückstellfeder bewegbaren Betätigungsgriff (2) verbunden ist, wobei das Farbkissen (6) in einen Aufnahmeschacht (8) des Gehäuses mit Hilfe eines im wesentlichen wannenförmigen Kissenhalters (7) einsetzbar ist und sich über den Umfang des Kissenhalters einen Dichtrahmen (9) erstreckt, der eine von dem Kissenhalter vorstehende Dichtlippe (9') aufweist, die in der Gebrauchsstellung des Kissenhalters im Aufnahmeschacht des Stempelgehäuses an dem Stempelplattenträger unter elastischer Verformung abdichtend angreift.

Description

Farbkissen für einen Selbstfärbestempel
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Farbkissen für einen Selbstfär- bestempel, der ein Gehäuse mit einem Au setzrahmen und einen in diesem Gehäuse aus einer Ruhestellung unter Wenden in eine Stempelstellung bewegbaren Stempelplattentrager aufweist, der mit einem relativ zum Gehäuse gegen eine Rückstellfeder bewegbaren Betätigungsgriff verbunden ist, wobei das Farbkissen in einen AufnahmeSchacht des Gehäuses mit Hilfe eines im wesentlichen wannenformigen Kissenhalters einsetzbar ist.
Stempel und Stempelkissen dieser Art sind beispielsweise aus dem EP 0 804 344 bekannt. Bei diesen Konstruktionen umgibt der Kissenhalter das Farbkissen unmittelbar, und das Farbkissen ist in der eingeschobenen Gebrauchslage der Umgebung im wesentlichen ausgesetzt, was mit der Zeit dazu führt, daß sich die lösungsmittelhaltige Stempelfarbe verflüchtigt und das Kissen vorzeitig unbrauchbar wird bzw. die Stempelabdrucke ungenügende Qualität haben. Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, diesen Mangel zu vermeiden, und erreicht dies bei einem Farbkissen der einleitend angegebenen Art dadurch, daß sich über den Umfang des Kissenhaltes ein Dichtrahmen erstreckt, der eine von dem Kissenhalter vorstehende Dichtlippe aufweist, welche in der Gebrauchstellung des Kis- senhalters im Aufnahmeschacht des Stempelgehäuses an dem Stempelplattentrager unter elastischer Verformung abdichtend angreift.
Vorzugsweise ist der Dichtrahmen samt Dichtlippe durch Spritzgießen aus Kunststoff, insbesondere einem thermoplasti- sehen Elastomer, gebildet.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist der Dichtrahmen zwischen dem Farbkissen und dem Kissenhalter angeordnet. Alternativ kann der Dichtrahmen an der Außenseite des Kissen- halters vorgesehen werden. Durch die Erfindung wird eine einwandfreie Abdichtung des Farbkissens in der unbetätigten Stellung des Stempels erreicht, in welcher die Stempelplatte an dem Farbkissen anliegt, und ein frühzeitiges Austrocknen des Farbissens infolge Abdampfens der Stempelfarbe verhindert. Die Lebensdauer des Farbkissens wird auf diese Weise erhöht und eine gleichbleibende Abdruckqualität sichergestellt.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in welchen zeigen: Fig. 1 eine teilweise geschnittene Ansicht eines Stempels mit einem Farbkissen gemäß der Erfindung, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch das Stempelkissen und Fig.3 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Stempelkissens nach Fig. 2 von unten, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Farbkissens, und Fig. 5 ein Detail aus Fig. 4. Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Selbstfärbestempel weist ein Stempelgehäuse 1 auf, das einen auf die zu stempelnde Fläche aufzusetzenden Rahmen 2 bildet und in dem ein Stempelplattentrager 3 mit einer Stempelplatte 4 aus einer Nichtgebrauchstellung unter Wenden der Stempelplattenträgers in die Stempelstellung ver- setzbar ist. Zur Betätigung des Stempelplattenträgers sind ein mit diesem verbundener, gegen eine Rückstellfederkraft bewegbarer Betätigungsbügel 5 und ein nicht gezeigter Wendemechanismus vorgesehen, die z. B. aus dem EP 0 804 344 bekannt sind.
In der Nichtgebrauchstellung liegt die Stempelplatte 4 an einem Farbkissen 6 an, das mittels eines wannenformigen Kissenhalters 7 aus Kunststoff in einen Aufnahmeschacht 8 des Gehäuses 1 eingeschoben ist.
Gemäß den Fig. 2 und 3 ist zwischen dem Farbkissen 6 und dem Kissenhalter 7 ein Dichtungsrahmen 9 vorgesehen, der durch Spritzgießen, z.B. von TPE, mit einer über den Halter nach unten vorstehenden Dichtlippe 9' ausgebildet wird, die relativ zum Farbkissen 6 nach außen gebogen und gegen ihr freies Ende verjüngt ist.
Nach dem Einschieben des Kissenhalters 7 m den Aufnah e- Schacht 8 greift die Dichtlippe 9 ' unter elastischer Verformung an dem Stempelplattentrager 3 an und dichtet auf diese Weise das Farbkissen 6 gegen die Umgebung ab.
Bei dem in Fig. 4 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Dichtrahmen 10 an der Außenseite des Kissenhalters 7 zwi- sehen einem Rand 7' des Kissenhalterbodens und einer Rippe 7" der Kissenhalterwand angeordnet. Die zur Aufnahme relativ dik- ker Stempelplatten entsprechend hoch ausgebildete Dichtlippe 10' ist gewellt ausgebildet und endet in einem relativ zum Kissenhalter 7 nach innen gerichteten Wulst 10". Es versteht sich, daß die erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiele im Rahmen des Erfindungsgedankens weiter abgewandelt werden können, insbesondere was das Material des Dichtrahmens und die Form der Dichtlippe betrifft.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Farbkissen für einen Selbstfärbestempel, der ein Gehäuse mit einem Aufsetzrahmen und einen in diesem Gehäuse aus ei- ner Ruhestellung unter Wenden in eine Stempelstellung bewegbaren Stempelplattentrager aufweist, der mit einem relativ zum Gehäuse gegen eine Rückstellfeder bewegbaren Betätigungsgriff verbunden ist, wobei das Farbkissen in einen Aufnahmeschacht des Gehäuses mit Hilfe eines im wesentlichen wannenformigen Kissenhalters einsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich über den Umfang des Kissenhalters (7) einen Dichtrahmen (9, 10) erstreckt, der eine von dem Kissenhalter (7) vorstehende Dichtlippe (9r, 10') aufweist, die in der Gebrauchstellung des Kissenhalters im AufnahmeSchacht (8) des Stempelgehäuses (1) an dem Stempelplattentrager (3) unter elastischer Verformung abdichtend angreift.
2. Farbkissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtrahmen (9, 10) samt Dichtlippe (9', 10') durch Spritzgießen aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise einem thermoplastischen Elastomer, gebildet ist.
3. Farbkissen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtrahmen (9) zwischen dem Farbkissen (3) und dem Kissenhalter (7) angeordnet ist.
4. Farbkissen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich- net, daß der Dichtrahmen (10) an der Außenseite des Kissenhalters (7) angeordnet und die Dichtlippe (10') vorzugsweise wellenförmig ausgebildet ist.
