Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von verdichtetem Garn, mit mindestens einem Streckwerk zum Verziehen einer Faserlunte (1), mit mindestens einer Saugvorrichtung (4) zum Verdichten der Faserlunte (1) mittels Saugluftströmung in einer Faserbündelungszone (F), mit mindestens einer Verdreheinrichtung und mit einer Einrichtung (10) zum Erfassen der Saugluftströmung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (10) zum Erfassen der Saugluftströmung als eine um eine Drehachse (15) schwenkbare, in die Saugluftströmung ragende Klappe (12) ausgebildet ist, welche bei Funktionsstörung der Saugluftströmung ihre Position auswertbar ändert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Einrichtung (10) zum Erfassen der Saugluftströmung mit einer Auswerteeinheit (20) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Funktionsstörung der Saugluftströmung die geänderte Position der Klappe (12) durch einen mit der Auswerteeinheit (20) verbundenen Taster erfassbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher die Saugvorrichtung (4) einen oberhalb der Faserbündelungszone angeordneten Saugschuh (7) aufweist, welcher von einem um eine Oberwalze (8) eines Lieferwalzenpaares geführten, perforierten Riemchen (16) zumindest teilweise umschlungen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (12) im Bereich des Saugschuhs (7) unterhalb der Faserbündelungszone (F) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (15) quer, schräg zur oder in Laufrichtung der Faserlunte (1) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (12) mit einer deren Position kennzeichnenden Signalfläche versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (12) mit einem Taster in Wirkverbindung treten kann, welcher in Abhängigkeit von der Klappenstellung einen Signalstromkreis (18) öffnet bzw. schließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Funktionsstörung der Saugluftströmung die aus dem Bereich der Faserbündelungszone (F) weggeschwenkte Klappe (12) sich von einem Anschlag (23) löst und dass ein elektrisch mit der Drehachse (15) durch die Klappe (12) verbindbarer, als Taster ausgebildeter Anschlag (22) Teil des Signalstromkreises (18) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (12) mit einem Gegengewicht (24) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegengewicht (24) zur Anpassung der Klappe (12) an die Höhe des Saugluftstromes veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen weiteren Anschlag (23) zum Begrenzen der Klappenschwenkung im Bereich der Faserbündelungszone (F).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (12) quadratisch, rechteckig, rund, oval oder beliebiger Form ausgebildet ist.
