Stabilisierung des Adapters an dem Waschmaschinenteil kann zudem ein entsprechender Fortsatz 28 am äußeren Ende des ersten Seitenabschnittes 4 sowie der nach hinten überstehende Teil der Fläche 20 des zweiten Seitenabschnittes 5 verwendet werden, die das Waschmaschinenteil 18 seitlich umfassen. Es ist auch möglich, andere Teile als asserstandregler mit diesem Adapter zu befestigen, sofern die Befestigungsvorrichtungen dazu geeignet sind.
