- Adapter (1) for fastening water state regulators to parts of washing machines, comprising a housing (2), which has a first section (6) and a second section (7) each for reception of a respective water state regulator, a fastening device (8) for fastening the adapter (1) to parts of the washing machine and two openings (10, 11) in the receiving sections (6, 7) of the housing for reception of a fastening device arranged at the respective water state regulator, characterised in that the fastening device (8) of the adapter (1) is arranged in a central section (3) of the housing, the first receiving section (6) in a first side section (4) and the second receiving section (7) in a second side section (5), that the central section (3) is bounded by the two side sections (4, 5) and that the opening (10) is arranged in the first receiving section (6) substantially perpendicularly to the opening (11) in the second receiving section (7).
- Adapter according to claim 1, characterised in that the fastening device (8) is arranged in such a manner that the direction of movement for fixably clamping the adapter (1) is substantially the same as the direction of movement for fixedly clamping a water state regulator in the first receiving section (6).
- Adapter according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least the opening (10) in the first receiving section (6) extends over approximately the entire height thereof, wherein it is wider in the direction of the upper end (14) of the receiving section (16) than in the direction of the lower end (15).
- Adapter according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least the first receiving section (6) has at a small spacing behind the opening (10) a spring tongue (12) which is fastened to an upper end (14) of the receiving section (6).
- Adapter according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least the second receiving section (7) has at its outer edges guide webs (16) for positional fixing of a water state regulator.
- Adapter according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the central housing section (3) has a cavity for reception of the fastening device, which is introduced through the opening (11) of the second receiving section (7), of a water state regulator.
- Adapter according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (2) is of integral construction.
