Claims (24)
- Mobilier urbain de sécurité routière destiné à être installé au bord d'une voie de passage de véhicules pour assurer la sécurité des personnes (6) se trouvant dans une zone de protection (5) déterminée par rapport audit mobilier urbain, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (24, 27-35) de détection d'un risque imprévisible susceptible d'affecter une personne (6) se trouvant dans ladite zone de protection (5), et des moyens (26) de signalisation reliés aux moyens de détection précités et destinés à attirer l'attention de toute personne se trouvant dans la zone de protection sur le risque détecté.
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comprennent des moyens (24) de détection de la vitesse d'au moins un véhicule (4) circulant vers ou dans la zone de protection (5).
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comprennent des moyens (27-35) de détection de paramètres environnementaux dans ou au voisinage de la zone de protection.
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres environnementaux comprennent les conditions météorologiques, la visibilité, l'état de la route ou de la chaussée et l'heure.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comprennent des moyens (70) de détection d'un état particulier ou d'un évènement tel que l'arrivée ou le départ d'un train, d'un autobus ou d'un tramway, la fermeture ou l'ouverture d'une barrière, le passage au rouge ou au vert d'un feu de circulation.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (26) de signalisation comprennent des moyens (32, 40, 41) de signalisation visuelle et/ou sonore.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de signalisation (26) comprennent des moyens (39) d'affichage de messages.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également des seconds moyens (25, 42, 43) de signalisation, reliés aux moyens (24, 27-35) de détection et destinés à informer les conducteurs des véhicules (4) circulant vers ou dans la zone de protection (5).
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également des moyens (53) de détection de la présence d'au moins une personne dans la zone de protection (5), reliés aux seconds moyens (25, 42, 43) de signalisation.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (36) de génération de messages reliés aux moyens de détection (24, 27-35) et aux moyens de signalisation (26, 42, 43) et générant des messages qui sont variables en fonction des signaux de sortie des moyens de détection.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'ensemble des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (36) de génération de messages produisent des premiers messages destinés aux personnes se trouvant dans la zone de protection (5) et des seconds messages destinés aux conducteurs des véhicules (4).
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les affichages des premiers et seconds messages sont simultanés et leurs contenus sont corrélés.
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les premiers et seconds messages sont indépendants les uns des autres.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (36) de génération de messages comprennent une mémoire (46) contenant des messages préenregistrés et des moyens de sélection de messages dans ladite mémoire en fonction des signaux de sortie des moyens de détection.
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les messages sont sélectionnés dans la mémoire (46) en fonction d'au moins deux paramètres ou facteurs de risque différents détectés par les moyens de détection précités.
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la mémoire (46) contient des messages différents correspondant à des situations identiques, et en ce que la sélection d'un message correspondant à une situation donnée est effectuée de façon aléatoire.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comprennent des détecteurs radars, lasers, infrarouges et/ou des boucles magnétiques intégrées dans la chaussée.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comprennent au moins une caméra vidéo associée à des moyens de traitement d'images.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de signalisation comprennent des panneaux d'affichage alphanumérique et/ou d'affichage de pictogrammes et/ou des écrans vidéo.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de signalisation comprennent des moyens (45) d'émission de signaux destinés à être captés par des récepteurs montés à bord des véhicules automobiles.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection comprennent des moyens de réception de messages émis par des véhicules prioritaires.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de signalisation du passage ou de la présence de piétons prioritaires.
- Mobilier urbain selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de signalisation du passage ou de la présence de pié s prioritaires sont commandés par des moyens à bouton-poussoir ou analogue et/ou par des boítiers de télécommande tels que ceux utilisés par des personnes handicapées en fauteuil roulant.
- Mobilier urbain selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'enregistrement et éventuellement de traitement et de transmission de données relatives à un évènement détecté, tel que la vitesse excessive d'un véhicule (4) arrivant dans la zone de protection (5), ou la densité de la circulation à certaines heures.
