Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur variablen Betätigung eines Hubventils (3) insbesondere eines Ein- und/oder Auslassventils einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem im Antriebszug zwischen einer oszillierenden Aktuatoreinrichtung (8, 9) und dem Hubventil (3) angeordneten, hin- und herbewegbaren Linearnocken (12), der einerseits mit einem im Sinne des Ventilhubs stationären Gegenorgan (13) und andererseits mit einem im Sinne des Ventilhubs beweglichen, antriebsmäßig mit dem Hubventil (3) verbundenen Gegenorgan (14) zusammenwirkt und mit wenigstens einer eine Hubbewegung des im Sinne des Ventilhubs beweglichen Gegenorgans (14) bewerkstelligenden Steuerkurve (22) versehen ist, wobei die Hubbewegung des Gegenorgans (14) durch eine im Sinne der hin- und hergehenden Bewegung des Linearnockens (12) erfolgende Relativbewegung zwischen dem Linearnocken (12) und wenigstens einem einer Steuerkurve (22) des Linearnockens (12) zugeordneten Gegenorgan (14) variierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearnocken (12) schwenkbar an einen seinerseits durch die Aktuatoreinrichtung (8, 9) schwenkbaren Schwenkhebel (10) angelenkt ist, dessen Schwenklager quer zu seiner Achse verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (10) auf einer drehbaren Exzenterwelle (17) gelagert ist, die zur Verschiebung des Schwenklagers des Schwenkhebels (10) vorzugsweise in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung eines Füllungssteuerungsorgans verdrehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem im Sinne des Ventilhubs beweglichen Gegenorgan (14) eine Steuerkurve (22) des Linearnockens (12) zugeordnet ist und dass vorzugsweise dem im Sinne des Venitlhubs stationären Gegenorgan (13) eine der Steuerkurve (22) gegenüberliegende Stützkurve (21) des Linearnockens (12) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Sinne des Ventilhubs bewegliche Gegenorgan (14) auf einem mit dem Hubventil (3) zusammenwirkenden, schwenkbar gelagerten Schlepphebel (15) aufgenommen ist und dass vorzugsweise das der Stützkurve (21) zugeordnete Gegenorgan (13) allseitig stationär angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkurve (21) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie keinen Ventilhub bewirkt und dass das bei geschlossenem Hubventil (3) vorhandene Spiel zwischen dem Linearnocken (12) und den Gegenorganen (13, 14) bei jeder Position des verstellbaren Schwenklagers des Schwenkhebels (10) im wesentlichen gleich ist und dass vorzugsweise die Steuerkurve (22) einen zur Stürzkurve (21) im wesentlichen parallel verlaufenden Rastabschnitt (23), einen hieran anschließenden Rampenabschnitt (24) und einen hieran anschließenden Hubabschnitt (25) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlepphebel (15) durch Joche verbundene Seitenschenkel (15a, 15b) aufweist, zwischen welche der Linearnocken (12) und die diesem zugeordneten, vorzugsweise als drehbar gelagerte Rollen ausgebildete Gegenorgane (13, 14) eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlepphebel (15) auf einem Lagersockel (28) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der zumindest in Richtung seiner Achse verstellbar und vorzugsweise in einer drehbaren Exzenterbuchse (29) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterwelle (17) bei einem Motor über die Motorlänge durchgeht und die den zu betätigenden Hubventilen (3) der in Motorlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Zylinder (1) zugeordneten Schwenkhebel (10) aufnimmt und dass vorzugsweise die Achse der Exzenterwelle (17) in einer Ebene mit der Achse einer die Aktuatoreinrichtung bildenden, über die Motorlänge durchgehenden, mit den zu betätigenden Hubventilen (3) zugeordneten Nocken (9) versehenen Nockenwelle (8) angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Schwenkhebel (10) eine am jeweils zugeordneten Nocken (9) der Nockenwelle (8) anliegende Tastrolle (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zur variablen Betätigung eines Hubventils (3) insbesondere eines Ein- und/oder Auslassventils einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem im Antriebszug zwischen einer oszillierenden Aktuatoreinrichtung (8, 9) und dem Hubventil (3) angeordneten, hin- und herbewegbaren Linearnocken (12), der einerseits mit einem im Sinne des Ventilhubs stationären Gegenorgan (13) und andererseits mit einem im Sinne des Ventilhubs beweglichen, antriebsmäßig mit dem Hubventil (3) verbundenen Gegenorgan (14) zusammenwirkt und mit wenigstens einer eine Hubbewegung des im Sinne des Ventilhubs beweglichen Gegenorgans (14) bewerkstelligenden Steuerkurve (22) versehen ist, wobei die Hubbewegung des Gegenorgans (14) durch eine im Sinne der hin- und hergehenden Bewegung des Linearnockens (12) erfolgende Relativbewegung zwischen dem Linearnocken (12) und wenigstens einem einer Steuerkurve (22) des Linearnockens (12) zugeordneten Gegenorgan (14) variierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearnocken (12) schwenkbar an einen seinerseits durch die Aktuatoreinrichtung (8, 9) schwenkbaren Schwenkhebel (10) angelenkt ist, dessen Schwenkwinkel verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aktuatoreinrichtung (8,9) so ausgebildet ist, dass ihr Hub veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale wenigstens eines der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
