Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Schleifen von Profilen an Werkstücken mit Hilfe einer drehend angetriebenen Umfangsschleifscheibe, die mit Hilfe einer CNC-Steuerung dem Profilzug entlang bewegt wird, wobei die Schleifscheibe selbst am Umfang im Querschnitt ein bogenförmiges Profil aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifscheibe während des Schleifvorgangs um eine Achse senkrecht zur Drehachse der Schleifscheibe und senkrecht zur Vorschubbewegung verschwenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifscheibe während des Schleifvorgangs mehrfach und/oder kontinuierlich innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Winkelbereichs verschwenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschwenkung zu beiden Seiten einer Mittellage der Schleifscheibe erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dass der Schwenkwinkel etwa 120° beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse während der Schwenkbewegung entlang eines Bogens bewegt wird derart, dass die Zustellung der Schleifscheibe während der Verschwenkung annähernd konstant bleibt.
