Die Prägungen 18 bis 24 weisen einen Winkel α von 90° auf und sorgen dafür, daß sich beim nachfolgenden Umformen der Platine 100 zum Aufrichten eines Gehäuses geradlinige Biegelinien ergeben. Aufgrund der Schlitze 3 und 10 sind die Außensicken 12 und Flansche 28 und 30 sowie die späteren Anschläge geschlitzt und erlauben das nachfolgende Biegen entlang der Biegelinien BL. Claims (26)

  1. A channel-shaped housing for a shut-off device in ventilation ducts, wherein said housing is configured in one piece as a profiled sheet-metal shaped part (100) having shapings in its circumferential and longitudinal direction, said housing has a rectangular inside cross-section and three longitudinal shapings (BL), a single continuous longitudinal seam (18, 26) and a circumferential internal beading (14) in a (first) plane running transversely to its longitudinal direction,
    characterised in
    that the three longitudinal shapings (BL) each run rectilinearly over the entire length of the housing.
  2. The housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the housing is closed in the area of the longitudinal seam by means of a joint connection.
  3. The housing according to claim 2, characterised in that the joint connection is a spot-joint, welded, screwed, riveted or adhesive connection.
  4. The housing according to claim 1, characterised in that said housing comprises at least one external beading (12) extending only along its sides in a plane parallel to the first plane.
  5. The housing according to claim 4, characterised in that corner metal sheets (38) are inserted in the external beading (12) and are fastened thereto by means of a joint connection in such a manner that they project outwards in the corner areas.
  6. The housing according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that a connection is formed at each end of the housing.
  7. The housing according to claim 6, characterised in that at least one connection is configured as a flange (28, 30).
  8. The housing according to claim 6, characterised in that the flanges (28, 30) are connected to one another in the corner areas by means of corner metal sheets (34).
  9. The housing according to claim 8, characterised in that the corner metal sheets (34) are fastened by means of a joint connection.
  10. The housing according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the corner metal sheets (34) have at least one elongated hole (36) in their corner areas.
  11. The housing according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a bearing bushing for a closing lever and a bearing bushing for an adjusting lever are inserted in the housing.
  12. A shut-off device having a housing according to any one of the preceding claims.
  13. The shut-off device according to claim 12, characterised in that the shut-off device is a fire protection flap.
  14. A method for manufacturing a channel-shaped housing for a shut-off device in ventilation ducts according to claim 1, wherein a profiled plate is provided and said profiled plate is shaped to form a one-piece housing in its circumferential and longitudinal direction, wherein a flat plate having stamped sections is produced by means of stamping and cutting to length from slit strip to provide the profiled plate,
    characterised in
    that the stamped sections comprise slits for subsequent fastening of corner metal sheets, that the slits are configured in such a manner that respectively one of the slits is disposed at the respective two ends of three directly adjacent rectilinear subsequent bending lines for the subsequent fastening of corner metal sheets and respectively two of the slits are disposed at a distance between both ends of each bending line for the subsequent insertion of corner metal sheets and that at least three shapings are provided on the stamped plate, that at least one embossing is made on the profiled plate, wherein V-shaped embossings extending along the subsequent bending lines are formed in the area of the inner beading.
  15. The method according to claim 14, characterised in that the stamped sections comprise the outer contour and/or at least one hole for an inspection opening and/or an opening for a transmission passage.
  16. The method according to one of claims 14 to 15, characterised in that at least one bevelling which intersects the slits for the subsequent fastening of corner metal sheets at right angles is formed in both end areas of the subsequent bending lines.
  17. The method according to claim 16, characterised in that two central beadings are formed which intersect the slits for the subsequent insertion of corner metal sheets at right angles.
  18. The method according to claim 17, characterised in that an internal beading is formed between the two central beadings parallel thereto.
  19. The method according to one of claims 14 to 18, characterised in that the angle α enclosed by the two sides of the V-shaped embossing is 90°.
  20. The method according to one of claims 14 to 19, characterised in that at one end of the embossing, that corresponding to half of a said V-shaped embossing is formed for subsequent hooking with a V-shaped embossing at the other end of the internal beading.
  21. The method according to one of claims 14 to 20, characterised in that the plate is assembled to form a housing by bending along four bending lines running parallel to one another, transversely to the longitudinal extension of the internal beading and centrally through the V-shaped embossings.
  22. The method according to claim 21, characterised in that the housing is closed by a joint connection along a housing longitudinal seam.
  23. The method according to claim 22, characterised in that the corner metal sheets are inserted in the external beading and fastened thereon by means of a joint connection in such a manner that they protrude externally in the corner areas.
  24. The method according to claim 22 or 23, characterised in that the corner metal sheets are fastened to flanges by means of a joint connection in such a manner that these connect the corner areas to one another.
  25. The method according to claim 24, characterised in that the compressed corner portions of the bent or edged embossings are spot-joined.
  26. The method according to one of claims 14 to 25, characterised in that the shut-off device is a fire protection flap.
