Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung vorzugsweise für nährende und nicht nährende Produkte, einschließlich Lebensmittel und Getränke oder dergleichen, wobei die Verpackung wenigstens einen Boden (4) und wenigstens eine Seite (14) aufweist, wobei die Verpackung aus wenigstens einer dünnen Lage geformt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage wenigstens eine Schicht (3) aus Kunststoff umfasst, dem eine Menge an anorganischem Pulvermaterial zugesetzt worden ist, und dass das Bilden der Verpackung wenigstens eine Kombination wenigstens der folgenden Arbeitsgänge umfasst:
    a) wenigstens teilweises Stanzen der dünnen Lage von einer Rolle oder einer Lagenzuführung in Zuschnitte (10);
    b) Falzen wenigstens eines Bodens (4) und wenigstens einer Seite (14);
    c) Verschweißen wenigstens eines Bodens (4) und wenigstens einer Seite (14);
    d) Formen wenigstens einer Manschette (22), die geeignet ist, Mittel zum Verschließen der Verpackung aufzunehmen.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formen wenigstens einer Manschette (22) ein Einfalzen umfasst.
  3. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formen wenigstens einer Manschette (22) ein Warmformen der Gestalt der Manschette umfasst.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung mehrere Teile umfasst, einschließlich Teile, die Mittel zum Verschließen der Verpackung aufweisen, wobei die Teile vorzugsweise auf die gleiche Weise hergestellt sind, wie in einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 angegeben ist.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage vor dem Stanzen mit einem Aufdruck versehen wird.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herstellung ein Warmformen von zweifach gebogenen Kanten und/oder Flächen umfasst.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu Beginn wenigstens eine Seite (14) von wenigstens einem Boden (4) getrennt ist und wenigstens teilweise gefalzt und gesondert angesetzt wird, woraufhin die wenigstens eine Seite (14) und der wenigstens eine Boden (4) zusammengefügt werden.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eine Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gestanzte Zuschnitte (10) auf eine Stapelplatte (24) mit einer Halterung (26), die für die betreffende Geometrie vorgesehen ist, gestapelt werden und dass die Verpackung unmittelbar vor dem Befüllen aufgerichtet wird.
  9. Gefaltete Verpackung, vorzugsweise für nährende und nicht nährende Produkte, einschließlich Lebensmittel und Getränke oder dergleichen, wobei die Verpackung wenigstens einen Boden (4) und wenigstens eine Seite (14) umfasst, wobei die Verpackung im Wesentlichen aus wenigstens einer dünnen Lage geformt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage wenigstens eine Schicht (3) aus Kunststoff umfasst, dem eine Menge an anorganischem Pulvermaterial zugesetzt worden ist, und dass die Verpackung im Wesentlichen durch Falzen und Verschweißen hergestellt ist, und dass die Verpackung wenigstens eine Manschette (22) aufweist, die geeignet ist, Mittel zum Verschließen der Verpackung aufzunehmen.
  10. Gefaltete Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage wenigstens eine Deckschicht (5) aus Kunststoff aufweist.
  11. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage mit einem Aufdruck versehen wird, der vor dem Formen der Verpackung aufgebracht wird.
  12. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung mehrere Teile umfasst, einschließlich wenigstens eines Teils, das mit Mitteln zum Verschließen der Verpackung versehen ist, wobei die Teile vorzugsweise aus der gleichen Materialart hergestellt sind.
  13. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage wenigstens eine Barriereschicht (7) aufweist.
  14. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage wenigstens eine Schicht aus Kunststoff aufweist, der geschäumt ist.
  15. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Manschette (22) für Schnappdeckel (20) vorgesehen ist.
  16. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Manschette (22) für einrastbare Deckel (18) vorgesehen ist.
  17. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Manschette (22) für Aufdrückdeckel (21) vorgesehen ist.
  18. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dünne Lage wenigstens eine Deckschicht (5) aufweist, die vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Olefin enthält.
  19. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anorganische Pulvermaterial vorzugsweise Kalk und/oder Talk enthält.
  20. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Schicht (3) wenigstens 75 % der Gesamtdicke der dünnen Lage ausmacht.
  21. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge an anorganischem Pulvermaterial wenigstens 20 Gew.-% der wenigstens einen Schicht (3) ausmacht.
  22. Gefaltete Verpackung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge an anorganischem Pulvermaterial wenigstens 50 Gew.-% der wenigstens einen Schicht (3) ausmacht.
