Claims (4)

  1. Gefäß bzw. Behälter (1) zum Verpacken und Aufbringen von fluiden Beschichtungen in der Form eines Mantels eines mehrseitigen Pyramidenstumpfs mit gleicher Wandstärke, dessen größerer zentraler Ebenenteil (10) der Rückseite (9) in das Gefäß (1) unter einem Winkel größer als dem Neigungswinkel der Rückseite (9) gepreßt ist und auf dessen innerer Oberfläche (11) eine ebene gerippte Oberfläche (12) ausgebildet ist, weiterhin umfassend Mittel zum Verformen bzw. Beanspruchen und zur Verteilung der Beschichtung auf einem getauchten Requisit zum Aufbringen und eine Abdeckung (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß (1) die Form eines Mantels eines fünfseitigen Pyramidenstumpfs mit konisch abgerundeten Kanten bzw. Rändern und gleicher Wandstärke aufweist, dessen untere kleinere Basis durch den Boden geschlossen ist und dessen obere größere Basis in einer ebenen fünfseitigen Öffnung mit einem Kragen (3) öffnet, der nach außen gebogen ist, welche Seiten die Form bzw. Gestalt eines Trapezoids aufweisen, das sich ein wenig vom Boden zu der Öffnung des Gefäßes aufweitet, so daß ihre Neigung zu vertikalen Linien sehr klein ist, welche symmetrisch in bezug auf die vertikale Längssymmetrie ist, in welcher untere Teile von vorderen Seitenkanten als prismatische Inkursionen bzw. Einbuchtungen hergestellt sind, die zwei Ausnehmungen bzw. Vertiefungen (13) ausbilden, welche in dem Mantel des Gefäßes (1) zwei stufenartige Oberflächen (14) ausbilden, über welchen sich in dem Inneren des Gefäßes (1) zwei L-förmige spiegelsymmetrische vertikale Abteile (15) befinden, wobei die Enden der Abteile (15) mit der seitlichen und vorderen Seite des Gefäßes (1) verbunden sind, einer der Arme jedes Abteils (15) einen Längsschlitz (16) umfaßt und jedes Abteil gemeinsam mit der seitlichen und vorderen Seite des Gefäßes und der stufenartigen Oberfläche (14) innere Gefäße (17) definieren, deren Böden etwa auf der Hälfte der Höhe des Gefäßes (1) liegen.
  2. Gefäß zum Verpacken und Aufbringen von fluiden Beschichtungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene bzw. planare fünfseitige Öffnung des Gefäßes (1) luftdicht durch eine ebene fünfseitige Abdeckung (2) geschlossen ist, welche mit der Form der fünfseitigen Öffnung des Gefäßes (1) übereinstimmt, indem der Sitz einer Oberfläche (5) in einer Nut bzw. Rille (4) auf der Kante der Abdeckung (2) an die obere Oberfläche (6) des Kragens (3) der Öffnung des Gefäßes (1) adaptiert ist und daß die Abdeckung (2) und das Gefäß (1) in einer elastischen Verbindung zum Zusammenbauen und Lösen bzw. Zerlegen durch einen Kragen (7) in der Rille (4) auf der Kante der Abdeckung (1) mit einer Kante (8) auf dem Kragen (3) des Gefäßes (1) vorliegen.
  3. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Gefäßes zum Verpacken und Aufbringen von fluiden Beschichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß (1) und die Abdeckung (2) durch ein Druckspritzgießen von Polymermaterial hergestellt werden.
  4. Verwendung eines Gefäßes zum Verpacken und Aufbringen von fluiden Beschichtungen gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß (1) mit der Abdeckung (2) als ein dauerhafter, rückführbarer, wiederverwendbarer Verpackungsbehälter zum Verpacken und Transport von fluiden Beschichtungen und/oder ein dauerhaft verwendbares Gefäß zur Herstellung und Aufbringung von Beschichtungen verwendet ist, wobei die Öffnung des Gefäßes (1) und des inneren bzw. Innenbehälters (17) als das Gestell für ein temporäres Ablegen von Handwerkzeugen während eines Aufbringens der Beschichtung verwendet wird.
