Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten auf der Sekundärseite eines nuklearen Dampferzeugers, insbesondere zum Inspizieren oder Bergen eines zwischen den Heizrohren (6) eines nuklearen Dampferzeugers (2) befindlichen Fremdteiles (30), bei dem am Umfang des Heizrohrbündels (4a,4b) eine Führungsbahn (12) angeordnet wird, auf die anschließend wenigstens ein Fahrzeug (16; 16-1 bis 16-6) mit einer auf ihm gelagerten ausfahrbaren Lanze (130) aufgegleist und fernbedient entlang der Führungsbahn (12) in eine Position (41-46) verfahren wird, in der die Ausfahrrichtung der Lanze (130) auf einen sich ins Innere des Rohrbündels (4a,4b) erstreckenden Spalt zwischen den Heizrohren (6) ausgerichtet und mit einem an ihrem freien Ende angeordneten Wartungsgerät, insbesondere ein Inspektionsgerät bzw. Bergewerkzeug (150), fernbedient in den Spalt eingeführt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Fahrzeug (16; 16-1 bis 16-6) selbstfahrend ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Führungsbahn (12) in ihrer Längsrichtung flexibel und quer dazu biegesteif ist und gegen am Umfang des Heizrohrbündels (4a,4b) durch Ausüben einer in Umfangsrichtung wirkenden Zugkraft verspannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei dem die Lanze (130) durch Schwenken um eine erste und eine dazu senkrechte zweite Schwenkachse (140 bzw. 142) auf die Spaltebene bzw. die Lage des Fremdteils (30) im Spalt ausgerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von Fahrzeugen (16-1 bis 16-6) aufgegleist wird, die unabhängig voneinander verfahren werden und eine Wartung, Inspektion oder eine zur Bergung erforderliche Mehrzahl von gleichzeitigen oder aufeinanderfolgenden Manipulationen des Fremdteils (30), aus mehreren Richtungen (31-36) gleichzeitig durchgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten auf der Sekundärseite eines nuklearen Dampferzeugers, insbesondere zum Inspizieren oder Bergen eines zwischen den Heizrohren (6) eines nuklearen Dampferzeugers (2) befindlichen Fremdteiles (30), mit einer in einen Spalt zwischen die Heizrohre (6) einfahrbaren Lanze (130), die an ihrem freien Ende ein Wartungsgerät, insbesondere ein Inspektionsgerät bzw. ein Bergewerkzeug (150), trägt und ausfahrbar auf einem Fahrzeug (16) angeordnet ist, das entlang einer am Umfang des Heizrohrbündels (4a,4b) anbringbaren Führungsbahn (12) fahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der das Fahrzeug (16) selbstfahrend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei der die Führungsbahn (12) in ihrer Längsrichtung flexibel und quer dazu biegesteif ist und gegen die am Umfang des Heizrohrbündels (4a,4b) angeordneten Heizrohre (6) durch Ausübung einer Zugspannung verspannbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Führungsbahn (12) eine Rollenkette (124) umfasst, deren Kettenglieder (156) an ihren äußeren Seitenflanken jeweils mit einem Führungselement (126) versehen sind, wobei die gegeneinander verschwenkbaren Führungselemente (126) eine in Längsrichtung flexible Schiene bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Führungsbahn (12) einen flexiblen Zahnriemen (160) umfasst, der an seinen äußeren Seitenflanken jeweils mit einem Führungselement (166) versehen ist, die eine in Längsrichtung flexible Schiene bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem Ansprüche 6 bis 10, bei der die Lanze (130) auf dem Fahrzeug (16) schwenkbar um eine erste und eine dazu senkrechte zweite Schwenkachse (140 bzw. 144) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei der die erste Schwenkachse (140) bei auf der Führungsbahn (12) aufgegleistem Fahrzeug parallel zur Querachse der Führungsbahn (12) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der die zweite Schwenkachse (144) parallel zur Fahrrichtung des Fahrzeugs (16) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, bei der die Lanze (130) ein flexibles Band ist, das von einem am Fahrzeug (16) angeordneten Zahnscheibenantrieb (136) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, mit einer Steuer- und Auswerteeinrichtung (20) zum Fernbedienen einer Mehrzahl von Fahrzeugen (16-1 bis 16-6).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, bei der die Fahrzeuge (16-1 bis 16-6) selbstfahrend und unabhängig voneinander verfahrund bedienbar sind.
