Claims (10)
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, tu type qui après avoir permis l'ouverture d'un tiroir, le reste des tiroirs du même meuble se verrouillent pour réduire la possibilité de basculement, comprenant deux guides pour chaque tiroir et un ensemble de verrouillage pour chaque guide du tiroir, le guide comprenant un profilé étroit (2) fixé au tiroir et glissant dans un profilé large (1) fixé au meuble, dans lequel chacun de ces ensembles de verrouillage comprend :- deux butées (4, 5), une supérieure (4) et une inférieure (5),- un pivot (6) qui pivote dans une perforation (5,4) du bossage (5.3) de la butée inférieure (5), avec la partie frontale de ce pivot (6) sous forme de « C » conçue pour admettre, lorsqu'il tourne, l'entrée et le déplacement d'un embout (2.1) du profilé étroit a (2) associé au tiroir,- des barres (7) qui relient les butées (4,5) montées consécutivement en regard des ensembles de verrouillage;dans lesquelles uniquement les ensembles de verrouillage correspondant à un même tiroir peuvent permettre l'ouverture du tiroir en libérant les embouts (2.1) maintenant retenu le reste,- un ressort pour la récupération des deux butées (4, 5)caractérisé en ce que
chacun de ces ensembles de verrouillage comprend :- un petit logement (3) comprenant deux guides verticaux latéraux (3.1) reliés par deux barres horizontales irrégulières (3.2), dont le profilé externe s'adapte à la forme de la face interne du profilé large (1) pour leur fixation ;- les deux butées (4,5) sont aménagées à l'intérieur du petit logement (3), en s'ajustant de manière serrée contre la face arrière du petit logement (3) et guidées verticalement par les deux guides latéraux (3.1) ;- l'embout (2,1) est fixé à la face interne sur le profilé étroit (2) du guide du tiroir,- le ressort est monté intérieurement dans un évidemment arrière (4.3) de la butée supérieure (4) qui repose sur sa face arrière dans un trou (3.5) de la barre supérieure horizontale irrégulière (3.2) du petit logement (3) qui pousse la butée supérieure (4) vers le bas et en poussant également la butée inférieure (5) pour la récupération des deux. - Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la butée supérieure (4) et la butée inférieure (5) sont pourvue sur leur partie arrière d'embouts (3,3) ou de moyens de saillie qui reposent sur les faces des coupures dans le profilé large (1).
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la butée inférieure (5) présente un évidement sous forme d'arc (5.1) qui admet le logement du prolongement arrière de l'aile interne (6.1) du pivot (6) lorsqu'il tourne dans le sens contraire à celui des aiguille d'une montre; et le bossage supérieur (5.3) sur lequel est situé le pivot sous forme de C (6) comprend également un arrondi de son bord droit supérieur pour une meilleure entrée de l'embout de verrouillage (2.1), où également, dans sa partie inférieure il incorpore les moyens (5.2) de connexion avec la barre (7) qui relie le dispositif inférieur.
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la butée supérieure (4), a un bossage frontal (4.2) qui permet son élévation aussi bien à l'entré qu'à la sortie de l'embout (2.1) du profilé étroit (2) du tiroir ayant sa face inférieure sous forme d'arc pour faciliter l'action de glissement ; et dans sa partie supérieure il incorpore les moyens (4.1) de connexion avec la barre (7) qui relie le dispositif supérieur; et dans la face arrière, il comprend également un évidemment centré et principalement vertical (4.3) pour loger le ressort de rappel de position
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif de tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (2.1) a une telle longueur qu'il peut uniquement entrer en contact avec les bossages frontaux des butées (4, 5), c'est à dire, avec le bossage sous forme d'arc (4.2) de la butée supérieure (4), avec le bossage supérieur (5.3) de la butée inférieure (5) et avec le pivot (6) situé dans le bossage (5.3).
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif de tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lors de la sortie du tiroir, l'embout (2.1) lève la butée supérieure (4) au moyen de son bossage (4.2) et pendant la sortie, le pivot (6) tourne dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce que son aile (6.1) prolongée vers l'arrière se trouve dans une position verticale pour assurer la butée supérieure (4) qui a été soulevée ; les butées (4, 5) se trouvant alors l'une de l'autre à la séparation maximale, excepté lors du mouvement nécessaire de manière à éviter l'élévation de la butée inférieure et également la descente de la butée supérieure (4).
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée de l'embout (2.1) force la rotation du pivot (6) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en pressant sur son aile (5.1) prolongée vers l'arrière, de telle manière que son aile (6.1) cesse de reposer sur la butée supérieure (4), et par conséquent, a lieu sa descente due à un manque de support, ou cela permet l'élévation de la butée inférieure (5).
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élévation de la butée (4) par la sortie du tiroir, lève toutes les butées inférieures (5) et les butées supérieures (4) orientées vers chaque ensemble de verrouillage monté par-dessus le tiroir qui est ouvert de telle manière que leurs embouts (2.1) sont alignés avec le pivot (6) auquel il correspond, de manière que cette dernière (5) évite leur sortie.
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif pour tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la butée (4) ne peut pas s'élever parce qu'un tiroir supérieur est ouvert et que ses butées se trouvent à la séparation maximale, le bossage (4.2) évite la sortie de l'embout (2.1) et par conséquent l'extraction de son tiroir, et pour la même raison, sa butée inférieure (5) ne peut pas se lever non plus, en établissant de la sorte le verrouillage de tous les tiroirs aménagés plus bas.
- Dispositif de verrouillage sélectif de tiroirs à effet anti-basculement, selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moyen d'une clé on évite l'élévation de la butée supérieure (4) de l'ensemble de verrouillage le plus haut, de manière à éviter l'extraction de tous les tiroirs.
