Abstract

Keramische Verbundwerkstoffe mit unidirektionaler Ausrichtung der Verstärkungsfasern, wobei das Verhältnis des Volumens der Faserstränge der Verstärkungsfasern zu dem Volumen der Matrix mindestens 0,5 beträgt, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung, wobei zunächst Faserstränge oder Rovings der Verstärkungsfasern mit einem Opferpolymer umhüllt werden, die derart umhüllten Faserstränge oder Rovings unter Zusatz von Binderharzen zu unidirektional verstärkten CFK-Formkörpern verarbeitet werden, die gebildeten CFK-Körper carbonisiert werden zu CFC-Körpern, und diese anschließend mit flüssigem Silicium siliciert werden, wobei das flüssige Silicium durch die Kapillarkräfte in die in dem CFC-Körper gebildeten Poren diffundiert und sich dort zumindest anteilsweise mit dem Kohlenstoff zu Siliciumcarbid verbindet, und wobei das Opferpolymer ein polymerer Stoff ist, der bei dem Carbonisierungsschritt rückstandsfrei pyrolysiert oder unter Bildung eines Kohlenstoff enthaltenden Rückstandes carbonisiert wird, sowie deren Verwendung in faserverstärkten keramischen Bauteilen
