Definitions

  • Fuel injectors that consist of several fuel Spraying spray openings are e.g. from the DE 198 27 219 A1 known. You have one Beam adjustment plate located at the downstream end of the Fuel injector is arranged and in the several Spray openings are introduced.
  • the spray orifices are divided into two groups based on two bolt circles are arranged with different diameters.
  • the central axes of each group of spray orifices each on a cone shell, the cones being in open downstream.
  • the cone that the Center axes of the spray orifices of the bolt circle with the is assigned larger diameter, has a larger Opening angle on than the cone, on the surface of which the Central axes of the spray orifices of the inner bolt circle lie so that the cone shells have no cutting line and the individual partial fuel jets are not together collide.
  • the jet shim can also be used with one to the outside of the fuel injector domed geometry be executed.
  • the spray openings are in the domed Area introduced so that the sprayed fuel itself along the beam path from the central axis of the Fuel injector removed.
  • Fuel injectors with several Spray openings are known from DE 198 04 463 A1. She have a conical downstream termination of the Fuel injector in which two rows of Spray openings are arranged. Due to the conical Geometry of the downstream end of the Fuel injector are aimed Fuel jets during the spraying process from the central axis the fuel injector away.
  • the single ones Partial beams are on one or more cone shells arranged.
  • the valve closing body has a central recess downstream of the sealing seat, through which the fuel when open Fuel injector to openings in a first Perforated disc flows. At least the first of at least two such a shape has to be flowed through perforated disks on that part of the disc in the recess of the Valve closing body protrudes. Downstream is between volume of the first and the following perforated disc educated.
  • the swirl generation from the metering of the fuel decoupled. For example, the swirl at Flow through the openings of the upstream disc respectively. The flow is evened out in volume between the two perforated disks and the fuel is in exactly metered amount of fuel sprayed.
  • Another disadvantage is the use of several Slices limited variability in the geometric Formation of the jet direction of the sprayed Fuel.
  • By shaping the first perforated disc in the recess of the valve seat body is the possibility of radial upstream bulge of the second perforated disc very limited. This makes the arrangement of the Spray orifices limited to simple geometries, if a collision of the individual beams is to be prevented.
  • Fuel injector also has the disadvantage of one thick-walled version in the area of the spray openings.
  • the one-piece design of the downstream end and the Fuel injector housing requires high Wall thicknesses.
  • the used thereby Manufacturing technologies for introducing the spray openings are expensive because of the small hole diameter of a single one Spray opening not punched with the large wall thickness can be.
  • Fuel injector the single orifice plate, whose dome-shaped curvature is directed upstream. This measure allows the fuel jets on the Shell surface of a double cone can be arranged. Despite one large cone opening angle is the fuel mixture in the Area of the central axis of the fuel injector is not emaciated. The focus of the hosed fuel lies in Combustion chamber and not in the fuel injector.
  • the spray openings on a spiral can e.g. the fuel is sprayed asymmetrically become.
  • the individual fuel jets collide not because the spray orifices are arranged so that one fuel jet between each Fuel jets from the opposite spray openings hits through.
  • Particularly advantageous with one asymmetrical spray pattern is the possibility that Adapt the spray direction to the special requirements, by the location of the spark plug and Fuel injector to each other arise.
  • the fuel injector according to the invention has the advantage that the material of the spray plate through the Shaping process a solidification e.g. by cold forming experiences. This allows smaller for the spray orifice plate Material thicknesses are used, which in turn means that Introduce the spray openings and attach the Orifice plate on the fuel injector is simplified. Manufacturing costs will be reduced.
  • Spray hole disk Advantageous with suitable processes for the production of Spray hole disk is the introduction of the spray openings before deforming the disc. This makes it possible in a flat disk, the spray openings by simple and inexpensive processes such as punching insert into the spray hole disc. The material is still not solidified. This means that the Punching tool possible despite the small hole diameter. Only in a second step is the forming next to an additional form stability a solidification, as they e.g. created by cold forming into the material brought in. The component is therefore also small Wall thicknesses for use at high fuel pressures suitable.
  • the fuel injector 1 is in the form of a Fuel injector 1 for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, spark-ignited Running internal combustion engines.
  • the Fuel injection valve 1 is particularly suitable for not directly injecting fuel into one Shown combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine.
  • the fuel injection valve 1 comprises a nozzle body 2, in which a valve needle 3 is arranged.
  • the Valve needle 3 stands with a valve closing body 4 in Active connection with one on a valve seat body 5 arranged valve seat surface 6 to a sealing seat interacts.
  • the fuel injector 1 is acting it is an electromagnetic in the exemplary embodiment actuated fuel injector 1, which via has at least one spray opening 7.
  • the nozzle body 2 is one by a seal 8 against the outer pole Magnetic coil 10 sealed.
  • the solenoid 10 is in one Encapsulated bobbin case 11 and on a bobbin 12 wound, which on an inner pole 13 of the solenoid 10th is applied.
  • the inner pole 13 and the outer pole 9 are by a Gap 26 separated from each other and based on one Connecting component 29 from.
  • the solenoid 10 is a Line 19 from via an electrical plug contact 17th supplyable electric current excited.
  • the plug contact 17 is surrounded by a plastic sheath 18, which on Inner pole 13 can be molded.
  • the valve needle 3 is in a disc-shaped design Valve needle guide 14 out. This is one Paired shim 15, which for setting the Valve needle stroke serves.
  • an anchor 20 On the upstream side of the Adjustment disk 15 is an anchor 20. This is standing non-positively via a flange 21 with the valve needle 3 in connection, which by a weld 22 with the Flange 21 is connected.
  • the flange 21 is supported a return spring 23, which in the present Design of the fuel injector 1 by one in the Inner pole 13 pressed sleeve 24 brought to bias becomes.
  • valve needle 3 in operative connection standing valve closing body 4 lifts from the Valve seat 6, the fuel flows in one Central recess 32 past the valve closing body 4 in a through opening 34 of the valve seat body 5 and is through the spray openings 7 in one Spray hole disk 31 hosed.
  • FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the orifice plate 31 on the downstream surface of the Valve seat body 5 fixed by a weld 33 is.
  • the weld joint 33 can e.g. by laser welding be generated.
  • the Spray plate 31 on a dome-shaped curvature 37, their radial expansion preferably with the radial Expansion of the through opening 34 corresponds to which with the fuel injector 1 open Spray openings 7 are supplied with fuel.
  • the dome-shaped curvature 37 is oriented upstream, whereby the downstream of the valve closing body 4 dead volume located inside the through opening 34 is reduced.
  • the dimensional stability is greater than that of a flat one Spray hole disc 31.
  • the metering of the fuel to be sprayed is carried out by the Sum of the cross sections of the spray openings 7 in the Spray plate 31 set. They form completely open fuel injector 1 the smallest for the Cross-sectional area to flow through fuel, so that a restricting the flow rate only at the Spray plate 31 takes place.
  • fuel channels can also be introduced into the valve seat body 5, which upstream of the sealing seat in the valve seat surface 6 open out.
  • the radial corresponds Expansion of the central recess 32 with the radial Expansion of the valve closing body 4 so that the Valve closing body 4 guided in the central recess 32 is.
  • the cross section of, for example, as grooves in the central recess 32 introduced fuel channels must again be significantly larger than the sum of the Cross sections of the spray openings 7 in the Spray hole disc 31.
  • FIG. 3 An example of the arrangement of the spray openings 7 on the Spray hole disk 31 is shown in FIG. 3.
  • the Spray openings 7 are arranged on a spiral.
  • the Central axes 35 of the spray openings 7 are directed that their extension in the spray direction the central axis 36th of the fuel injector 1 cuts. With the same Inclination angle of the central axes 35 of the spray openings 7 against the central axis 36 of the fuel injector 1 intersect the central axes 35 of the spray orifices 7 Central axis 36 of fuel injector 1 in different distances from the downstream end of the Fuel injector 1.
  • the spray openings 7 on the Spiral distributed that opposite each Spray opening 7 no further spray opening 7 arranged is.
  • the spray openings 7 can also in the Spray plate 31 be introduced that the Central axes 35 of spray openings 7 and central axis 36 of fuel injector 1 do not cut.
