Claims (27)
- Kontinuierlich arbeitende Färbeanlage (1) für textile Ware (7) in Form von Bändern oder Breitware, mit einer Färbeeinrichtung (2) und einer DampfFixiereinrichtung (3), wobei die Fixiereinrichtung (3) als Rohrstück (9) ausgebildet ist, mit einem vertikalen Schenkel (10)und einem horizontalen Steg (11), der in einen weiteren Vextikalabschnitt (12) ausläuft, welche Fixiereinrichtung (3) von der textilen Ware (7) zu durchsetzen ist, wobei weiter eine Fördereinrichtung (6), gegebenenfalls mit einer Abquetscheinrichtung (40) und/oder einer Absaugeinrichtung (41) zur Belieferung der Fixiereinrichtung (3) und eine Heraushebeeinrichtung (8) zur Herausförderung aus der Fixiereinrichtung (3) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung in dem vertikalen Schenkel (10) des Rohrstücks ausgebildet ist, dass der vertikale Schenkel (10) als doppelwandiges Rohr ausgebildet ist, wobei das Innenrohr (19) Düsen oder Öffnungen (20) zum Inneren der Fixiereinrichtung (3) zum Einblasen von Dampf aufweist, dass im Stegbereich des Rohres Wasser aufgenommen ist, zur Ausbildung einer Dampfsperre und dass der Dampf im vertikalen Schenkel, entfernt von der Einblasung, absaugbar ist.
- Färbeanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heraushebeeinrichtung (8) Quetschwalzen aufweist.
- Färbeanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) von oben nach unten eingeblasen wird.
- Färbeanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) von unten nach oben eingeblasen wird.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) allseitig eingeblasen wird.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) im Austritt der Fixiereinrichtung (3) abgesaugt wird.
- Färbeanlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugung im unteren Bereich des vertikalen Schenkels (10) des Rohrstückes (9), vor dem Übergang in den horizontalen Steg (11) erfolgt.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dampfsperre (18) durch stehendes Wasser (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dampfsperre (18) durch eine Wasser-Überlaufeinrichtung (21) gebildet ist.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Dampfsperre (18) das Wasser (17) durch in Transportrichtung (r) ausgerichtete Düsen (22) eingedüst wird.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohrstück (9) im Querschnitt, etwa zur Aufnahme von Breitware, langlochartig geformt ist.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zugeordnet zu dem vertikalen Schenkel (10) eine Reinigungseinrichtung (23) vorgesehen ist.
- Färbeanlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungseinrichtung (23) eine auf die Innenwandung der Fixiereinrichtung (3) wirkende Ringdüse (24) aufweist.
- Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungseinrichtung (23) innerhalb des vertikalen Schenkels (10) des Rohrstückes (9) vertikal verfahren ist.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer kontinuierlichen arbeitenden Färbanlage (1) für textile Ware (7) in Form von Bändern oder Breitware, insbesondere einer Färbeanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, mit einer Färbeeinrichtung (2) und einer Fixiereinrichtung (3), wobei die textile Ware (7) in die als Rohrstück (9) mit einem vertikalen Schenkel (10) und einem horizontalen Steg (11), der in einen weiteren Vertikalabschnitt (12) ausläuft, gestaltete Fixiereinrichtung (3) in dessen Inneres Dampf eingeblasen wird, unter Ausbildung eines spannungsfreien Zwischenabschnittes (13) hineingefördert wird und sodann unter Aufbrauch des spannungsfreien Zwischenabschnittes (13) herausgehoben wird, wobei der Dampf entfernt von der Einblasung abgesaugt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugung im Bereich des vertikalen Schenkels (10) des Rohrstücks (9) durchgeführt wird, und dass die textile Ware durch eine durch Wasser gebildete Dampfsperre geleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herausbeförderung über Querwalzen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) von oben nach unten eingeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) von unten nach oben eingeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) allseitig eingeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampf (15) am Austritt der Fixiereinrichtung (3) abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugung im unteren Bereich des vertikalen Schenkels (10) des Rohrstückes (9), vor dem Übergang in den horizontalen Steg (11) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dampfsperre durch stehendes Wasser (17) gebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die textile Ware (7) eine durch eine Wasser-Überlaufeinrichtung (21) gebildete Dampfsperre (18) durchläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Dampfsperre (18) das Wasser (17) durch in Transportrichtung (3) ausgerichtete Düsen eingedüst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reinigungseinrichtung (23) auf die Innenwandung der Fixiereinrichtung (3) einwirkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ringdüse als Reinigungseinrichtung (23) auf die Innenwandung der Fixiereinrichtung (3) einwirkt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungseinrichtung (23) innerhalb des vertikalen Schenkels (10) des Rohrstückes (9) vertikal verfahrbar ist.
