Claims (11)
- Ventil zur Steuerung einer Verbindung in einem Hochdruckflüssigkeitssystem, insbesondere einer Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Ventilglied (72), das in Richtung seiner Längsachse (73) verschiebbar geführt ist, das in einen Ventildruckraum (77) ragt, in dem zumindest zeitweise Hochdruck herrscht, und im Ventildruckraum (77) an einer quer zu seiner Längsachse (73) verlaufenden Stirnseite eine Dichtfläche (81) aufweist, mit der es mit einem quer zu seiner Längsachse (73) verlaufenden Ventilsitz (79) zum zumindest weitgehenden Verschließen einer vom Ventilsitz (79) umgebenen Öffnung (78) gegenüber dem Ventildruckraum (77) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtfläche (81) an der Stirnseite des Ventilglieds (72) von einer Ringfläche (84) umgeben ist, die bei mit seiner Dichtfläche (81) am Ventilsitz (79) anliegendem Ventilglied (72) in Richtung von dessen Längsachse (73) mit geringem Abstand (A) vom Ventilsitz (79) angeordnet ist und daß das Ventilglied (72) mehrere über dessen Umfang verteilte Durchlässe (86) aufweist, durch die die Öffnung (78) bei mit seiner Dichtfläche (81) am Ventilsitz (79) anliegendem Ventilglied (72) mit dem Ventildruckraum (77) verbunden ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchlässe (86) zumindest annähernd radial zur Längsachse (73) des Ventilglieds (72) verlaufen.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchlässe (86) durch in der Dichtfläche (81) angeordnete, zum Ventilsitz (79) hin offene Nuten gebildet sind.
- Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringfläche (84) derart ausgebildet ist, daß diese sich über ihren radialen Verlauf ausgehend von ihrem radial inneren Rand zu ihrem radial äußeren Rand hin dem Ventilsitz (79) annähert.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringfläche (84) zumindest annähernd konisch ausgebildet ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringfläche (84) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Größe eines zwischen dieser und dem Ventilsitz (79) vorhandenen freien Durchflußquerschnitts über den radialen Verlauf der Ringfläche (84) zumindest annähernd konstant ist.
- Ventil einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Stirnseite des Ventilglieds (72) zwischen der Dichtfläche (81) und der Ringfläche (84) eine gegenüber der Ringfläche (84) vertiefte Ringnut (85) angeordnet ist.
- Ventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtfläche (81) an einem zumindest annähernd zylinderförmigen inneren Ansatz (80) des Ventilglieds (72) ausgebildet ist und daß die Ringfläche (84) an einem zumindest annähernd zylinderförmigen äußeren Ansatz (83) des Ventilglieds (72) mit gegenüber dem inneren Ansatz (80) größerem Durchmesser ausgebildet ist.
- Ventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilglied (72) im Ventildruckraum (77) zumindest annähernd druckausgeglichen ist, so daß auf dieses zumindest annähernd keine resultierende Druckkraft in Richtung seiner Längsachse (73) wirkt.
- Ventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich bei mit seiner Dichtfläche (81) am Ventilsitz (79) anliegendem Ventilglied (72) zwischen der Ringfläche (84) und dem Ventilsitz (79) eine zumindest näherungsweise laminare Strömung mit geringer Strömungsgeschwindigkeit ausbildet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) und einem mit dieser verbundenen Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (12) für jeden Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine, wobei die Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) einen durch die Brennkraftmaschine in einer Hubbewegung angetriebenen Pumpenkolben (18) aufweist, der einen Pumpenarbeitsraum (22) begrenzt, der mit einem Druckraum (40) des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils (12) verbunden ist, das ein Einspritzventilglied (28) aufweist, durch das wenigstens eine Einspritzöffnung (32) gesteuert wird und das durch den im Druckraum (40) herrschenden Druck gegen eine Schließkraft (44) in einer Öffnungsrichtung (29) zur Freigabe der wenigstens einen Einspritzöffnung (32) bewegbar ist, mit einem ersten elektrisch betätigten Steuerventil (68), durch das zumindest mittelbar eine Verbindung (66) des Pumpenarbeitsraums (22) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert wird, und mit einem zweiten elektrisch betätigten Steuerventil (70), durch das zumindest eine Verbindung (64) eines Steuerdruckraums (52) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert wird, wobei das Einspritzventilglied (28) durch den im Steuerdruckraum (52) herrschenden Druck zumindest mittelbar in einer Schließrichtung beaufschlagt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erstes Steuerventil (68) und/oder als zweites Steuerventil (70) ein Ventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche verwendet wird.
