B. along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of sliding plate 11 and Hopper plate 21 are required if only one or three traction means Skewers 35 are / are guided over the funnel plate 21 or over the sliding plate 11.
- the longitudinal slots 98; 99 are only slightly wider than the diameter of each Skewers 35. This avoids that the skewers 35 are guided laterally and not can tip over.
- funnel flank plates 55; 65 can be designed if the paper webs 05; 06; 07; 12 or the strand 08; 140 needled along them by means of finite or endless traction means 33; 34; 124; 87 should be moved.
- the Puncture 101 can be graded, as shown in Fig. 23, so that, as with the 11 and 12, a tread 102, a left roller guide surface 103 and a right roller guide surface 104 for the rollers 70 of the traction means 33; 34; 124 available.
- Embodiment of the divided hopper inlet roller 16 has the left Hopper infeed roller part 106 a long spline shaft or, protruding to the right -peg 108 on.
- the / the spline shaft - / - can z. B. as a serrated spigot or also be designed as a K-profile pin, etc.

- the outer surface of the bore 109 is like this Profiles that the / the spline shaft / / and the bore 109 a narrow sliding fit form.
- the pin part 106 and sleeve part 107 of the roller 16 are so far collapsed that enough space for immersing a rotating Cutting knife remains. In this position, the parts 106; 107 captured.
- Pin part 106 and / or sleeve part 107 could each be attached to the side frame supporting clutch, e.g. B. a positive clutch, z. B. a claw clutch, be spaced so that at times a sufficiently wide Passage 260 for the finite feed means 33; 34; 124; 87 is formed.
- side frame supporting clutch e.g. B. a positive clutch, z. B. a claw clutch
- These control devices have the task of moving Paper webs or the strand 140 around the two funnel flanks 22; 23 of "Longitudinal deflecting funnel 18" and “deflect” him / her along the inner guide surfaces 75; 85 of the lateral paper guiding devices 61; 62 to lead until she / he finally at least in the feed area of the driven hopper folding rollers 26; 27 arrive.
- the funnel fold rollers 26; 27 may have the same construction as that Insertion roller 16, d. H. they can be axially in the area of the movement paths Traction means 33; 34; 124 can be pushed apart. (Fig. 33).
- a finite feed means 33; 34; 124; 87 with skewers 35 and axially on "gap" funnel fold rollers 26; 27 it would be possible to pass the paper webs or strand 140 with positive locking with the skewers 35 the area of the funnel fold rollers 26; 27, e.g. B. up to the cross cutting unit of a cross folding unit to draw.
- the guides for the traction devices in front of and behind the inlet in Funnel folding rollers 26; 27 are automatically movable so that at axial collapsing funnel folding rollers 26; 27 (operating position) no malfunctions of the Run of strand 140 through the guides are possible.
- the "obstacle" z. B. part of the rail-like guide 80; 88; 94; 96 from the intended movement path removed or moved partially out in some other way becomes.
- the running path is "cleared" on a section of the rail-like Guide. This is e.g. B. very useful if the movement path of the traction means 30; 33; 124 is provided within the bale length (e.g. half the bale length).
- the location of the Movement paths z. B. half the length of the bale would be advantageous in that a good and safely pulling a strand 140 through the gap between the Funnel folding rollers 26; 27 is made possible. Under production conditions it would be a fixed However, guidance over a certain length is an obstacle, because the running strand 140 could touch rail-like guidance.
- a strand 140 from a first longitudinal folding former 18 Strand of a z. B. to perform second longitudinal folding funnel and "hang up" on it and then the two superimposed strands z. B. a cross cutter and then fed to a cross folder or other units.
- these guides 80; 89; 88 guided, finite traction means with needle-like skewers 35 these guides 80; 89; 88 at the bottom of the Funnel inlet plate 21 or on the inside of the funnel flank plates 55; 65 appropriate.
- the guides 80; 89; 88 are attached so that the skewers 35 through Slots in the mentioned sheets 21; 55; 65 protrude through sufficient length can.
- traction means 33; 34; 124 not by the scope of the Funnel folding rollers 26; 27 should lead or none at times in the axial direction separable funnel folding rollers 26; 27 to form a "passage" for the finite traction devices are to be used, those from the funnel flank plates 55; 65 protruding skewers 35 of the traction means (endless or finite) near the Immerse the funnel nose into the interior of the longitudinal folding funnel 18.
- the device just described thus also makes it possible to use individual devices, not with one another connected webs at least into the rotating funnel folding rollers 26; 27 move in, which they then seize and transport.
- Another possibility is to have several paper webs or a strand 140 over one Longitudinal folding former 18 to be drawn in at least until the former folding rollers 26; 27 grab, is seen within the scope of the invention in that the direction Hopper insertion roller 16 individually arriving paper webs to form a strand 140 connected, d. H. be "blocked" and then moved over the funnel.
- Such “blocking” can be carried out as a positive connection.
- Form-fitting connection options of several paper webs to one another "blocked" strand 140 would be z.
- B. Bands or chains Fig. 3, 4; 5; 6; 8; 9; 10; 11; 12
- ropes, timing belts But that too Sewing the paper webs together to form a "blocked" strand 140 would be possible.
- the first method is characterized by "not needling" each other connected paper webs.
- the principle of the second method is a plurality of paper webs at the latest in the area of the beginning of the funnel flanks 22; 23 one Longitudinal folding funnel 18 form-fitting and / or material-fitting and / or non-positively to a "blocked" strand 140 and block it in this State in or only in the direction of the funnel folding rollers 26; 27 to pull or to slide.
- the blocked, "spread" strand 140 reaches z. B.
- the lateral guide devices 61; 62 are spaced apart (e.g. 5 cm) each Funnel flank plates 55; 65 versus. At the top they go over into the left 155 or right cover plate 165. They cover a wider strip (approx. 10 to 20 cm wide) of the funnel inlet plate 21 each along the funnel flanks 22; 23 starting in the area of the insertion roller 16 and ending almost at the broad end the funnel nose 24. You have a distance - z. B. between 5 to 10 cm - from Hopper inlet plate 21 to the paper web or strand 140 unhindered in the or through the gap between the funnel folding roller 26; 27 to lead.
- Left and right Funnel flank plate 55; 65 are from the vicinity of the wide end of the funnel nose 24 connected so that they form a continuous funnel cover plate 274 from there.
- the lateral guide devices 61; 62 form together with the funnel flank plates 55; 65 and the funnel cover plate 274, the funnel guiding device 273 (FIG. 13).
- Another possibility would be to spit 35 before it enters the area of the Funnel inlet plate 21 or in other areas in which the strand 140 or the Paper webs will move during production to fold, retract or the like. that they do not move into the paper webs or strands moving over them can stab more.
- the entire guide can also be taken from the hopper inlet plate be lifted off.
- All parts of the longitudinal folder such as the insertion roller 16, the Funnel inlet plate 21, the funnel nose 24, the driven funnel folding rollers 26; 27 as well as the two funnel flank plates 55 and 65; and also those at a distance from the Funnel flank plates 55 and 65 arranged on the side guide devices 61 and 62 etc. are electrically isolated from the metallic side frames 117; 118 of Folders 116 stored.
- the longitudinal folding former 18 can also be provided with a former guiding device 273 Guidance devices 61; 62 and interacting funnel flank plates 55; 65, a funnel cover plate 274, etc. When using a electrostatic blocking they are all appropriate to the DC high voltage source 149 connected. In this case it goes without saying that the charges of the control devices 61; 62 and the funnel flank plates 55; 65 accordingly on the loads of the top or bottom paper web of the blocked Paper web strand 140 are adapted to have no counterproductive effects produce.
- the interlocked (interlocked) in form-locking, material-locking or force-locking, paper webs or strand 140 needled onto the skewers 35 are thus in the direction on the rotating former fold rollers 26; 27 transported until they finally either be detected by these or through the gap between the two former folding rollers 26; 27 through, "needled” on the skewers 35 of the traction means of these be transported further.
- the funnel folding rollers 26; 27 i.e. with a large gap between them
- the Funnel folding rollers 26; 27 do not necessarily turn. This is a first way to to move the paper webs or strand 140.
- Another possibility is e.g. B. upstream of the longitudinal folding former 18, driven transport rollers 03; 04 between which the paper web or Paper webs or the blocked strand 140 - regardless of which method - is pressed.
- d. H. frictional paper webs or strand 140 are pushed in the direction of the longitudinal folding former 18 until they finally over the funnel inlet plate 21 between the rotating Funnel folding rollers 26; 27 arrive. They take it and then take care of you further transport of the paper web / webs or strand 140.
- the rotating Funnel folding rollers 26; 27 finally the paper web / webs or strand 140 comes in the folder 116, the z. B. the cutting rollers and finally the Cross-fold cylinder group and possibly downstream longitudinal folding devices.
- the funnel guiding device 273 (FIG. 13): Its control devices 61; 62 not only cover the funnel flank plates 55; 65, but also preferably above the hopper inlet plate 21 laterally over a certain width at a sufficient distance so as not to disturb the possibility of movement of the strand 140 or the paper webs. These overlapping parts are referred to and shown in the context of this description as the top right cover plate 165 and top left cover plate 155 (FIG. 13).
- the cover plates 155; 165 preferably begin above the introduction roller 16 and they are raised slightly upward, so that a kind of inlet funnel is formed for the incoming paper webs or strand 140.
- the paper web or webs or strand 140 reach the entrance area of the cover plates 155 by pushing or pulling; 165. Their internal spacing across the funnel sheet width is selected such that it is sufficiently larger than the maximum width of the paper webs to be processed plus the possible lateral course (plus / minus 10 cm) to the left and right of their ideal entry path. Finally, the paper webs or the strand 140 come in the area of the cover plates 155; 165 at. Since the entire paper guide device 61; 62 to the hopper inlet rollers 26; 27 tapers towards the end, the paper web / webs or the strand 140 with its side surfaces laterally abuts the guide device 61; 62 on.
- traction means which are used for this purpose can be band-shaped, chain-shaped, rope-shaped or be designed like a toothed belt.
- the guidance is then an endless one.
- the traction device could be moved around in it.
- the other option is to have an endless guide to the types just mentioned Arrange traction means above the funnel inlet plate 21 and so the traction means move their skewers 35 into the longitudinal slot from above the funnel inlet plate 89 protruding and moved in this up to near the funnel nose 24 and then moved upward (Fig. 21).

- a plurality of synchronously running speed and position-controlled electric motors 85 are provided, via their pinions in engage the chain links or the teeth of the toothed belt.
- the drives are of course also to the paper web speed at which the paper webs or the blocked strand 140 via the funnel inlet plate 21 during the pulling-in process to be transported, synchronized.
- the skewers 35 of the traction means are aligned that they point in the direction of the funnel inlet plate 21 and from the Leadership 80; 89 protrude.
- the drive motors drive during the pulling-in process 85 the feed means with their skewers 35 continuously, so that skewers 35 continuously from the beginning of the longitudinal folding hopper 21 to practically the end thereof near or within the area of the funnel nose 24 move.
- the guide rail carrier 220 with its guide 80; 89 and the traction device can to the funnel inlet plate 21 using suitable means, e.g. B. by means of a fixed frame Rocker arm or by means of retractable and extendable guide rods 221; 222, one of which End is attached to the guide rail support 220, on and off.
- the Guide rods 221; 222 are each in guide blocks 223 and 224 fixed to the frame guided.
- the second ends of the guide rods 221 and 222 are each one Piston rod of an adjusting means 218; 219 connected.
- an adjusting means z. B. pneumatic or hydraulic 2-way valves can be provided.
- Another possibility of the drive would also be conceivable, for. B. about electromotive Drive via racks.
- the contact pressure that the guide rail carrier 220 via the guide 80; 89 on that Hopper inlet plate 21 and thus on the paper webs moving on it or exerting the blocked strand 140 can be done continuously via variable pressure of the fluid can be set.
- the guide rail carrier 220 can extend strand 140 over the funnel inlet plate 21 and thus the guide 80; 89 at a preset distance from the funnel inlet plate 21 are brought.
- the guide rail support 220 is therefore on that Funnel inlet plate 21 can be moved back and forth from it. This makes it optional possible, the skewers 35 of the moving feed means continuously into the paper web or to allow the blocked strand 140 to penetrate or not and thus in the move positive engagement towards the funnel nose 24 or not.
- the skewers 35 leave the paper web or the upward Strand 140 because the direction of movement of the skewers is in a different direction, such as that of the paper web or strand 140. Taking the paper web or the Stranges 140 in the returning trajectory of the moving traction device with the Skewers 35 are prevented by wipers.

If tabloid production is envisaged, 18 each outer, finite or endless traction means 33; 34 each have a second, separately drivable assigned to inner, finite or endless traction means.

Analog der Konstruktion des Trichterbleches 21 können auch Trichterflankenbleche 55;

It would also be possible to use one through both
Durch die Anwendungen der oben beschriebenen endlosen bzw. endlichen Zugmittel 33;

Die Anwendung eines endlichen Zugmittels 33; 34; 124 in schienenartiger Führung 80;

einstellbarer Durchlaß 235 vorgesehen ist.The application of a finite traction means 33; 34; 124 in rail-

Führung. Dieses ist z. B. sehr sinnvoll, wenn der Bewegungspfad des Zugmittels 30; 33;
124 innerhalb der Ballenlänge (z. B. in halber Ballenlänge) vorgesehen ist. Die Lage des
Bewegungspfades z.
However, it may be necessary after or after the drawing-in process has ended
the "obstacle" z. B. part of the rail-
There are possibilities of "clearing" z. B. also the ends just before or after the "obstacle" telescopically or to attach to a quadrangle.
It is also possible to form a
nebeneinander vorgesehen sein. Auch können endlose wie auch endliche Zugmittel 33;
As already mentioned above, one or more can be provided per
So it is also with a "diving" of the
The device just described thus also makes it possible to use individual devices, not with one another

Another possibility is to have several paper webs or a
Such "blocking" can be carried out as a positive connection.

Verblockens.Another way to connect multiple paper webs together, i.e. H. to block, could be done by a material connection. Here is z. B. 03; 04. But also z. B. knurling under high pressure (cold welding), as shown in Fig. 15; 16 and 17, one way would be one cohesive connection or blocking.
z. B. einer Hochspannungs-Gleichspannung von mehreren Tausend Volt. Einrichtungen
hierzu sind in den Fig. 13 und 14 dargestellt. It would also be possible to connect several paper webs by means of a non-positive connection

(Fig. 13, Fig. 1).
seitlichen Leiteinrichtungen 61; 62.The first method is characterized by "not needling" each other

of paper webs at the latest in the area of the beginning of the funnel flanks 22; 23 one
linke 155 bzw. rechte Deckblech 165.
seitlichen Leiteinrichtungen 61; 62 bilden zusammen mit den Trichterflankenblechen 55;
Now meets the beginning of a
Papierbahnen bzw. des verblockten Stranges 140 zwischen den Trichtereinlaufwalzen 26;
Then they will only be announced after arrival or shortly before arrival

B. beim
Zusammennähen von Papierbahnsäcken bekannt geworden. The blocking options mentioned above are only given as an example.
Of course, other methods could also be used, such as. B. a

(Fig. 13, 14):
Falzapparates 116 gelagert. All parts of the longitudinal folder, such as the
erzeugen. As already mentioned, the longitudinal folding former 18 can also be provided with a
hineinragen. As described above, several paper webs can be non-positively,
cohesively or positively with one another, at least temporarily, into one
The interlocked (interlocked) in form-locking, material-locking or force-locking,

Of course, care must be taken to ensure that as soon as the drawing-in process has ended

Strang 140 in
den Falzapparat 116, der z. B. die Schneidwalzen und schließlich die
Querfalzzylindergruppe und evtl. nachgeschaltete Längsfalzeinrichtungen aufweist.Another possibility is e.g. B. upstream of the longitudinal folding former 18,

But now again to the funnel guiding device 273 (FIG. 13):

Below are exemplary embodiments of the arrangement of the guides for the

One possibility is e.g. B., the guides on the underside of the
The other option is to have an endless guide to the types just mentioned

Fig. 11 dargestellt ist.
The
To drive the feed means are a plurality of synchronously running

The
The contact pressure that the
A first meeting of the

To avoid the traction device, e.g. B. the roller chain, during the

daß seine Zähne jeweils zwischen zwei Rollen eingreifen. Bei endlichen Zugmitteln 33;
(Fig. 24).

Speicherpfad 115 umzulenken (Fig. 22).The
