Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de serrage, notamment étau pour le serrage d'un outillage ou d'une pièce à usiner comprenant des organes de blocage mobiles (11, 14) sur lesquels sont adaptés une mâchoire d'arrêt (15, 18) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison en queue d'aronde (21, 23, 22, 24) avec, dans le sens d'introduction et d'embrochage, des joues latérales cunéiformes (25, 26, 27, 28) en approche angulaire desserrables au sens d'introduction et sens d'extraction des liaisons en queue d'aronde (21, 23, 22, 24) qui sont à peut près disposés transversalement au sens de serrage (29) des mâchoires d'arrêt (18), caractérisé en ce que les sens d'introduction des mâchoires (15, 18) se meuvent à contresens l'une de l'autre.
  2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les joues latérales cunéiformes (25, 26, 28) fonctionnent à contresens l'une de l'autre et sont pourvues d'angles cunéiformes auto-retardateurs.
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en particulier à la mâchoire d'arrêt (15), vue dans le sens de serrage (29) de la mâchoire d'arrêt (15), vue du côté extérieur de la joue latérale (26) de la liaison en queue d'aronde (21, 23) se déroulent verticalement par rapport au sens de serrage (29).

  6. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élasticité axiale (30) est réalisée sous forme d'une réduction du matériau sur l'organe de maintien (14).
  7. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, sur la surface de contact entre les mâchoires d'arrêt (15, 18) et l'organe de maintien correspondant (11, 14), est pratiquée une rainure d'évidement plat passante (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) transversalement au sens de serrage (29).
  8. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la rainure d'évidement passante et plate (31, 35) dans le sens de serrage (29) est disposée spécifiquement à l'arrière de la rainure en queue d'aronde (23, 24) à la mâchoire de serrage (15, 18).
  9. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement plat traversant (32, 34) dans les parties en queues d'aronde (23, 24) est pratiqué essentiellement dans l'organe de maintien (11, 14).
  10. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement traversant (33), vu dans le sens de serrage (29), situé devant la rainure en queue d'aronde (23), est pratiqué dans la mâchoire de serrage (15).
