Claims (5)
- Kontaktanordnung für mindestens einpolige, strombegrenzende Schutzschalter im Niederspannungsbereich mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse, umfassendeine im Gehäuse um eine feststehende Querachse (4) drehbar gelagerte Schaltwelle (6), wobei die Querachse (4) senkrecht zur Längsrichtung (8) jedes Pols verläuft,eine Drehkontaktbrücke (10), die sich entlang der Längsrichtung (8) des Pols in einer spielbehafteten Aufnahme (12) der Schaltwelle (6) erstreckt und diametral gegenüber liegende Kontaktstücke (14) aufweist, die in Einschaltstellung mit feststehenden Kontakten (16) zusammenwirken,im Inneren der Schaltwelle (6) angeordnete Kontaktkraft-Zugfedem (18), die jeweils ein an der Kontaktbrücke (10) angeordnetes erstes Ende (20) und ein an der Schaltwelle (6) angeordnetes zweites Ende (22) aufweisen, wobei sich die ersten bzw. zweiten Enden (20 bzw. 22) in Bezug auf die Drehachse der Kontaktbrücke (10) bzw. die Querachse (4) diametral gegenüber stehen,zwei mit je einem der feststehende Kontakte (16) verbundene Anschlussschienen (24), die bei Durchfluss eines Kurzschlussstromes die Kontaktbrücke (10) entgegen der Kraftwirkung der Zugfedern (18) in Richtung einer Abstoßstellung zurückstoßende, elektrodynamische Kräfte erzeugen,wobei die Zugfedern (18) jeweils paarweise symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Drehachse der Kontaktbrücke (10) sowie symmetrisch auf beiden Seiten der Kontaktbrücke (10) angeordnet sind,jede der beiden der Kontaktbrücke (10) gegenüber angeordneten Innenwände (26) der Schaltwelle (6) in der Weise ausgebildet ist, dass sie ausgehend von der Einschaltstellung in Richtung der Abstoßstellung der Kontaktbrücke (10) für die Zugfedern (18) von je einen Spielbereich (28) in je einen Reibbereich (30) übergeht.
- Kontaktanordnung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Innenwand (26) für die Zugfedern (18) kurz vor der Anschlagstellung der abgestoßenen Kontaktbrücke (10) einen weiteren Spielbereich (32) aufweist.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei auf gegenüber liegenden Seiten der Kontaktbrücke (10) befindliche erste Enden (20) der Zugfedern (18) einstückig über quer verlaufende Zwischenstücke (21) verbunden sind.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktbrücke (10) mit einem Langloch (11) auf einer feststehenden, in der Querachse (4) der Schaltwelle (6) verlaufenden Lagerachse (7) gelagert ist.
- Kontaktanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltwelle (6) aus polweise zugeordneten Schaltwellensegmenten besteht.
