Description
- d'une part l'outil de pliage est porté par un support d'outil conique standard,
- d'autre part en ce que la tournette est combinée à des moyens automatiques de desserrage des mors de la pince lorsque la tournette arrive en fin de course de son mouvement numérique axial dans le sens de l'éloignement du poste de pliage, et de serrage automatique desdits mors lorsque la tournette débute le mouvement numérique axial en sen inverse, dans le sens du rapprochement du poste de pliage.

Claims (5)
- Machine à commande numérique pour le cambrage, le formage, le pliage ou le cintrage d'une barre, machine comportant classiquement un bâti, un outil de cintrage tournant pour pouvoir obtenir des plis dans différents plans, machine dans laquelle une barre est déplacée selon un axe de défilement et amenée à travers un nez de pliage porté par le bâti puis à travers l'outil de pliage (3) dont le mouvement numérique axial, perpendiculairement à l'axe de défilement est transmis depuis un moteur (5) au moyen d'une tournette (2), caractérisé en ce que :d'une part l'outil de pliage (3) est porté par un support d'outil conique standard (1)d'autre part en ce que la tournette est combinée à des moyens automatiques de desserrage des mors (6) de la pince lorsque la tournette arrive en fin de course de son mouvement numérique axial dans le sens de l'éloignement du poste de pliage, et de serrage automatique desdits mors lorsque la tournette débute le mouvement numérique axial en sen inverse, dans le sens du rapprochement du poste de pliage.
- Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la fonction de desserrage et serrage automatiques de la pince est solidarisée à la fonction de déplacement numérique axial de la tournette, ces fonctions étant réalisées par le même ensemble de moyens.
- Machine selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que,en position de serrage, les mors (6) de la pince (1) sont comprimés par la partie étroite d'une butée conique (7) et enserrent l'extrémité du porte-outil (1).un système vis-écrou (8) de positionnement axial de la tournette (4) entraíne la tournette axialement en direction du moteur (5) selon une flèche
F1 .en fin de course l'axe (9) du système vis écrou vient en contact avec l'extrémité d'une tige de guidage axial (13) de la pince (2) intérieurement à la tournette, et entraíne ladite pince (2) dans un mouvement axial, relativement à la tournette, selon une flècheF2 .la pince se rapproche de la butée conique et les mors (6), sous l'effet d'un ressort de tension situé dans la pince, s'écartent dans la partie évasée de la butée conique (7) libérant ainsi automatiquement l'extrémité du porte-outil (1).le mouvement axial de la pince (2), relativement à la tournette, selon la flècheF2 a également eu pour effet de comprimer un ressort (10) de tension entre une butée mobile (11) de l'extrémité de la tige de guidage axial (13) et une butée fixe (12) de la tournette.F1 , ce ressort éloignera automatiquement la pince (2) de sa butée conique, produisant un serrage automatique du porte-outil par les mors (6) de ladite pince puis, lorsque le ressort (10) atteint sa position normale de tension définie par la longueur de la tige de guidage axial (13) de la pince, l'axe (9) du système vis écrou se détache de l'extrémité de la tige (13), et la pince, dans la suite de son mouvement, exerce sur le cône un effort constant et déterminé par le ressort (10). - Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la fonction de serrage et de desserrage automatiques de la pince est désolidarisée de la fonction de déplacement numérique axial, ces deux fonctions étant réalisées par des moyens distincts.
- Machine selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage et desserrage sont entraínés par des vérins.
