Claims (12)
- Dispositif de perçage pour réaliser un perçage périphérique sur une conduite posée dans la terre, dans lequel un outil de perçage est relié à des tiges de poussée et est déplacé sur l'ancienne conduite au moyen d'un entraînement de poussée, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de perçage (1) enveloppe la conduite à plus de 50 % de manière ouverte, sans fermeture annulaire.
- Dispositif de perçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il enveloppe la conduite à 60 %.
- Dispositif de perçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par la forme d'une pelle ou d'un manchon ouvert ou d'un demi-cône entaillé.
- Dispositif de perçage selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par une configuration hélicoïdale.
- Dispositif de perçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des buses de sortie (2) pour un liquide de refoulement ou de lavage.
- Dispositif de perçage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les buses de sortie (2) sont orientées de manière à former un espace de refoulement ou de lavage annulaire.
- Dispositif de perçage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par une couronne de buses courbe s'ouvrant en forme d'éventail.
- Dispositif de perçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une surface de coupe ou plusieurs surfaces de coupe (8).
- Dispositif de perçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une surface de commande (3).
- Procédé pour réaliser un perçage périphérique autour d'une ancienne conduite posée dans la terre et/ou pour remplacer et/ou enlever cette ancienne conduite, caractérisé par- pose d'un outil de perçage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes sur l'ancienne conduite,- passage de l'outil de perçage (1) sur l'ancienne conduite, une poussée étant reportée d'un entraînement de poussée à l'outil de perçage par l'intermédiaire de tiges de poussée,- production d'un espace couvrant au moins un segment de cercle de la périphérie de l'ancienne conduite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par- approche ciblée avec contact d'obstacles- séparation des obstacles de l'ancienne conduite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé par- branchement d'un dispositif de refoulement ou de lavage,- dégagement d'un espace annulaire par refoulement ou de lavage,- avance de l'outil de perçage.
