Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a process for the automated cleaning of textiles or solid objects, such as dishes, using water-soluble detergents and / or cleaning agents and enzymes.
The invention has for its object to prevent the dissolution or inactivation of the enzymes and to avoid the rinsing of still usable enzymes.
- a) a method for machine cleaning of textiles or solid objects, such as dishes, using water-soluble detergents and / or detergents and enzymes, characterized in that the washing or cleaning process in the machine deposited for at least several cleaning cycles, opposite typical soiling catalytically active enzymes (E) are added and that separated from the washing or cleaning agents (W) and only as long (t 1 ) as their catalytic effect is desired,
- b) an enzymatic structure for use in a process according to
claim 1, characterized in that the enzymes (7) are macroscopically encapsulated by means of a wash-slab-permeable but water-insoluble polymer membrane, - c) an arrangement comprising a machine for machine cleaning of textiles or solid objects, such as dishes, by means of detergents and / or cleaning agents and enzymes, characterized in that in the machine for at least several cleaning cycles specific, against typical contaminants catalytically acting enzymes (E. ) are deposited separately from the washing or cleaning agents (W) and only as long as (t 1 ), as their catalytic effect is desired, that the enzymes in capsules (12) are encapsulated macroscopically by means of a washable but water insoluble polymer membrane, and Capsules (12) are fixedly but exchangeably arranged in the machine at a location (6) which can be reached by the washing or cleaning liquor.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the process according to the invention is to be carried out with a washing or cleaning agent in which the enzymes are macroscopically encapsulated by means of a wash-membrane-permeable but water-insoluble polymer membrane. As a result, the catalytic effect can be carried out through the membrane without the enzymes being distributed in the washing or cleaning liquor.
If according to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the capsules consist of several interconnected hollow bodies, the enzyme-loaded membrane body are the easiest from the circulation of the liquor -. B. when pumping - stick out. Thus, the hollow body can be connected to cartridges and / or plates and / or tubular bodies. As a result, they become a larger unit, which can be stopped mechanically most easily in the lye flow.
Since the enzymes are gradually consumed even when using the method according to the invention - alkaline residues and temperature-induced decomposition processes are responsible - can, according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the inventive enzymatic structure, the capsules or the connected hollow body in a machine for cleaning textiles or solid Objects (eg crockery) at one of the washing or cleaning solution reachable place but be arranged interchangeable.
In such a case, the location is most conveniently protected by a filter against insoluble contaminants from the washing or cleaning liquor.
So that all types of protein-containing or carbohydrate-containing contaminants are affected in the enzyme phase of the washing or cleaning process, capsules or hollow bodies are advantageously filled with set to different types of pollution enzymes. It is best to use a special enzyme for every type of contamination that occurs in machine-washable or cleaning processes.

The method according to the invention and the enzymatic structure thus include the possibility of completely avoiding regular detergent additions by the customer. Neither polluting surfactant detergents of conventional type nor enzymatic detergents in powder form are required when using the process according to the invention in the washing or cleaning agent. The enzymatic structure which is still required, for example in cartridge form, will be the treatment agent supply of the machine, if not for the duration of a washing or dishwashing machine life, at least for a longer time. A manual or automatic single-dose of enzymatic structure according to the invention in each washing process can be omitted and thus relieved both the customer and the environment can be spared significantly.
In order to take into account the different requirements of enzymes depending on the type of contamination, either a separate structure or mixtures of different enzymes can be accommodated in a structure or a cartridge for each type of enzyme.
