Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken eines flüssigen Produktes in mindestens eine Verpackung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
einer Flüssigkeit ein Inertgas, wie etwa Stickstoff, oder/und Kohlendioxid im gasförmigen Zustand beigemischt wird, um ein Produkt entstehen zu lassen, das aus der mit Gas gesättigten oder übersättigten Flüssigkeit besteht;
dieses Produkt in einem Zwischenbehälter (14) gespeichert wird, der teilweise, bis zu einem festgelegten Füllstand, mit dem Produkt befüllt wird;
dieser Füllstand in etwa konstant gehalten wird, und sich über diesem Füllstand eine Atmosphäre aus dem Gas im gasförmigen Zustand, die auf die Sättigung oder die Übersättigung der Flüssigkeit zurückzuführen ist, mit einem in etwa konstanten Überdruck, der festgelegt ist, befindet;
auf Anforderung das Produkt aus dem Zwischenbehälter in die Verpackung überführt wird, die dem Luftdruck ausgesetzt ist, wobei in dem Zwischenbehälter der festgelegte Füllstand und der festgelegte Überdruck beibehalten werden, um die Verpackung teilweise mit dem Produkt zu befüllen, wonach die Verpackung hermetisch verschlossen wird;
und dadurch, dass
auf diese Weise in der Verpackung eine Gasatmosphäre aus dem Gas mit einem Druck erhalten wird, dessen Wert etwa gleich jenem der Atmosphäre des Zwischenbehälters (14) ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn der Überdruck der Gasatmosphäre in dem Zwischenbehälter (14) den festgelegten Überdruck erreicht, das überschüssige Gas abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, um der Flüssigkeit das Inertgas oder/und das Kohlendioxid im gasförmigen Zustand beizumischen, dieses Gas in die Flüssigkeit eingepresst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überdruck in der Atmosphäre des Zwischenbehälters (14) auf einen Wert geregelt wird, der im Bereich von 10 mbar bis 3 bar enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überdruck auf einen Wert von ungefähr 50 mbar geregelt wird.
- Anlage zum Verpacken eines flüssigen Produktes in mindestens eine Verpackung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sie Folgendes umfasst:einen ersten Kreis (1), wobei in dem mindestens einem Teil davon eine Flüssigkeit in Umlauf gebracht wird;einen zweiten Kreis (2), wobei in mindestens einem Teil davon ein Inertgas, wie etwa Stickstoff, oder/und Kohlendioxid unter Druck im gasförmigen Zustand in Umlauf gebracht wird, und der als Auslass einen Injektor (22) aufweist, der in eine Einpresszone des ersten Kreises mündet, um ein Produkt entstehen zu lassen, das aus der mit Gas gesättigten oder übersättigten Flüssigkeit besteht;einen Zwischenbehälter, in den das Produkt eingebracht wird,Mittel, um einen festgelegten Füllstand der Flüssigkeit in diesem Zwischenbehälter aufrechtzuerhalten,Steuerungs- und Regelungsmittel (3), um in dem Zwischenbehälter einen Überdruck, der auf die Sättigung oder die Übersättigung der Flüssigkeit zurückzuführen ist, auf einem festgelegten und etwa konstanten Wert zu halten, undMittel (4) zum Abziehen des Behälters, um aus diesem das Produkt in die Verpackung zu überführen, um die Verpackung teilweise mit dem Produkt zu befüllen, derart, dass die Verpackung teilweise mit dem Produkt befüllt wird, und derart, dass, in der Verpackung, nachdem sie hermetisch verschlossen worden ist, eine Gasatmosphäre aus dem Gas mit einem Druck erhalten wird, dessen Wert jenem der Atmosphäre des Zwischenbehälters (14) etwa gleich ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kreis (1) eine Transportpumpe (11), deren Einlass mit der mit Gas zu sättigenden oder zu übersättigenden Flüssigkeit gespeist wird, um diese Flüssigkeit in Umlauf zu bringen, und eine Einfüllleitung (12), deren vorderes Ende an den Auslass der Pumpe angeschlossen ist, umfasst, wobei ein Injektor, der dem zweiten Kreis (2) angehört, hinter der Pumpe (11) in die Leitung (2) mündet, um in diesen das Gas unter Druck im gasförmigen Zustand einzupressen.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungs- und Regelungsmittel (3) eine Regelungseinrichtung (31), einen Druck-Messwertgeber (32), der den Druck des Gases in der Atmosphäre des Behälters (14) misst, und einen Füllstandsanzeiger (33), der den Füllstand des Produktes in dem Behälter (14) erfasst, die mit der Regelungseinrichtung verbunden sind, und ein Auslass-Regelventil (34), das von der Regelungseinrichtung (31) gesteuert wird und mit der Atmosphäre des Behälters (14) verbunden ist, um daraus auf Anweisung der Regelungseinrichtung überschüssiges Gas abzuziehen, umfassen.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Kreis (2) eine Einpresseinrichtung (21), die den Injektor (22) speist, umfasst und die Steuerungs- und Regelungsmittel (3) eine Regelungseinrichtung (31) umfassen, die mit der Einpresseinrichtung elektrisch oder pneumatisch verbunden ist, um ihr ein Einpress-Regelsignal zu übermitteln.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in etwa konstant gehaltene Überdruck im Bereich von 10 mbar bis 3 bar enthalten ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überdruck einen Wert von ungefähr 50 mbar hat.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungs- und Regelungsmittel (3) ein tariertes Sicherheitsventil (35) umfassen, das an das obere Ende des Behälters (14) angeschlossen ist.
