Abstract

"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO E ACONDICIONAMENTO DE PRODUTO LìQUIDO EM UMA EMBALAGEM". Para acondicionar líquidos em embalagens com parede fina, conferindo a essas embalagens uma boa resistência mecânica, introduz-se no líquido, por meio de um injetor (22), um gás inerte, tal como o nitrogênio, ou/e gás carbónico, no estado gasoso, do qual se satura ou se supersatura o líquido; o produto obtido é armazenado em um reservatório (14) em um nível constante acima do qual é criada uma atmosfera desse gás a uma superpressão constante, graças a meios (3) de regulagem. Conforme a necessidade, esse produto é transferido, por meios de estiramento (4), para embalagens que se enchem parcialmente de produto das quais, após selagem da embalagem, a superfície é superposta por uma atmosfera desse gás em superpressão. Utilização: acondicionamento dos líquidos, notadamente alimentícios.
